Looney's did a great job! From the initial contact (I ordered an Angie's big deal offer) to the finished work. They arrived on time, worked very quickly, and were finished in about 5 hours. They were friendly and professional. My shower/bathtubs in each of these bathrooms have tile on 3 walls. When they finished they looked almost like new. I had thought about having the tile replaced, but I'm glad I went with the restoration instead. Looney's will be my first call when I need tile work again.

They did a great job. I had additional grout replaced, but the price was roughly what they quoted. They were great. The price was very reasonable and the quality was great. I've had several comments on it since then. They came out when they said they would, so they were exactly on schedule. I would absolutely, 100% use them again.

My house is almost 20 years old and the showers need to be completely re-grouted eventually. We had only just bought the house and wanted to do some simple maintenance, as we'll eventually renovate in the future. So we purchased the Big Deal for two hours of service. My husband was with them and said they were great. Had I been there at the time, I'm sure I would give them A's across the board, but as it was they missed a couple "bubbles/cracks" that I thought would be repaired and it looks like they forgot to finish/wipe an area that was repaired, so that the grout line is no longer smooth/even in that spot. So overall they did fine, I just would have preferred a little more detail.

It all looks great. It was a difficult job removing the extremely old cement/glue material under the carpet. All removed caulking was hauled away and bathrooms left neat and clean.

It was fine. The initial response was timely, but then I didn't feel they did what I want them to do. They told they will come back and do it, but they never did. I had to call them and it was before two or three months they get back. It seems they forgotten. The young fellow that they sent did a very good job. I had little pinholes in the tiles and the shelves and I didn't want to redo the whole thing. He did that a very nice clean job. I probably would not use them again.

We called them and due to my health they were willing to do the work whenever needed. They postponed the work for a few months to accommodate us. Martha and Michael were professional and they did a phenomenal job. They are going to come back and seal two other bathrooms. They are going to repair cracked grout in my kitchen around the granite as well. From calling the office to the people doing the work the whole experience has been great. We are not from the area and working with them has been such a great experience. They went above and beyond as my home was a model home and the tile is not available anymore and they went out of their way to find a matching tile if that was needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They provided exceptional service. When they gave the estimate they were very detailed and professional. When they came to do the work they were very informative and knowledgeable. I highly would recommend them.

Martha Looney arrived on time for the estimate (even with the previous night's snowfall!). I was looking to have a shower enclosure regrouted (removal and replacement of grout). The first task she did was to use a moisture meter (looked like a GE Protimeter) to check for dampness in the material/behind the tiles. The shower hadn't been used for days and the moisture was high. She indicated the regrouting job she could do might not hold because of the condition behind the tiles/walls and presented me with options of replacing the shower enclosure (thereby removing the damp condition) -OR-, since I said I had considered remodeling what was sub-par builder job, to remodel. Martha was extremely professional and has obviously been in the customer service business before. She even went so far as to offer and measure the moisture in the other upstairs bathroom. While I am not using Looney's for this current job as I will need to remodel (or throw money after a temporary solution), our discussion and Martha and Looney's professionalism and honesty will definitely point me in their direction for any other tile or grout jobs. (NOTE: none of the other three "well-known grout specialists" from Angie's List called me back!).

Great experience with Looney's. They were able to provide a free estimate quickly and were flexible about scheduling. The results are fantastic: our shower tile looks brand new, and the cost was way lower than completely re-tiling the bathroom. They take their time, do a quality job and cleaned up before they left. We had a small problem with some grout discoloration after they left, and they corrected the issue quickly without hesitation. I would definitely recommend them for grout work.

I was so pleased with the entire process provided to us by Martha and Michael. Martha came out and examined our tile floors and shower. She and I talked about what was going on, why it was going on and ways to prevent further damage. I was|happy with the ideas and that she took the time to converse WITH me vs talk AT me about what was going on. Michael and an assistant came over to do the actual work and he also went over what he was going to do as well. They were very professional and I appreciated their work very much. Very good to work |with! I will definitely call them again when needed!|

They offered to re-do the shower stall once I purchased different tiles. I appreciated their concern to "make it right" and it was the right decision. The job was done on time and correctly. Color, grout lines, tile spacing: everything looks 100% better. Workers were very courteous and professional, removing all waste and thoroughly cleaning up after the job was completed.

We bought an Angie's List deal for 2 hours of grout work for $99. Work was completed as described. Prompt, professional,courteous service. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

A wonderful experience and a really great value. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because the results are amazing. If I had more bathrooms I would hire Looneyl to do the them as well.

I have mixed feelings about this provider. Martha Looney arrived within her stated time window for the estimate. She left and I had the estimate within a few hours. I replied I wanted the work done and they responded quickly with options. the first day of work was the grout removal. I younger guy came and did the work. the kid worked his tail off. I didn't see him take more than a 5 minute break the entire 7 hours he was there. the problem I had here was that he did not seal off the doors to the closets and bedroom when he was working. We had grout dust covering all our clothes and our bedroom (it gets right under the doors). I mentioned this to the owner. He seemed surprised that I mentioned they should probably always seal off the doors due to the dust but apologized. Within a week they had sent me a check to pay for the cleaning (which I did not request they just did so proactively). the day they came to apply the grout they showed up with plastic to seal the doors which I appreciated. They completed the work and left. When I got home form work and inspected the job the grouting appeared to be done well. the only issue I have is that again the details were sloppy. there are grout stains inched high on the paint around the shower. they didn't tape off the paint areas around the tile when grouting. I will try and clean it today and update. All around not a bad experience. The job was clearly more work intensive than they anticipated. It took nearly twice the time they quote but they did NOT raise our price. they honored their quote which shows good professionalism. My advice would be to just be very specific about your expectations regarding cleanup etc.

Mr. Looney did a wonderful job. The floors and shower look brand new. He and his associate matched grout in all the bathrooms and everything was cleaned up when finished.

Replaced all master shower grout and caulk; repaired grout and caulking in hallway bath. Beautiful work - looks like a brand new shower - great attitude and responsive -- only issue is their work is so good, it is hard to get scheduled - had to wait a month for an open appt.

I was very satisfied with Looneys and would definitely recommend them.

Mike was going to be late, so he called to keep me updated on exactly when he'd arrive. Not only did he do great work, he was a really kind person who was attentive to detail and he cleaned up after the job, as well. I will be calling this company back when I need more work done!

They removed and replaced all of the sealant around the shower/bathtub. They arrived on time, completed the work very quickly and cleaned-up their work area prior to leaving. The did a nice job and I would hire them again.

Service was excellent. Looney's was very communicative throughout the process of setting up the appointment for the work. They arrived on-time, and completed the work as promised. We are very pleased with the results. Our shower looks like the day it was originally installed. Michael's attention to detail really shows, I appreciate that even though it was a long day for him, he didn't rush to finish up and did it right. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Looney's and I am so happy with what now feels like two new bathrooms! For a fraction of the cost of installing new tile, Looney's made my shower and bathtub look brand new by regrouting. They are the best at what they do and their pricing was very reasonable. I recently bought a home and I just assumed that I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars renovating the bathrooms. Martha Looney came out to do an estimate and she was right on target with the pricing after the work was completed. They were able to repair very poor grout work and replace it with brand new grout and it looks incredible. Don't even try to do a job like this yourself because it appeared the previous owner of my home tried to and made a mess of it. Mike Looney is an artist with grout and he does an impeccable job. If you need any grout work, you will be more than happy with Looney's work and their pricing. They are a great value, extremely professional and very clean with their work. I couldn't be happier with my new showers and bath!

The company cleaned and sealed natural tile in the kitchen first, and did a fabulous job. Since they did such a great job we had them re-grout, clean and seal the tile in 2 bathrooms.

They replaced tiles and backing in our lower shower/bath where we had some mold problems and then put in new grout. They were very good from start to finish - they came out to look at the situation, provided different options for repair/cleaning and were on time and overall did a great job!
