The entire Looneys team were absolutely the best contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They were on time professional, and communicated every step and performed the work perfectly. I tiredly thin they are the bestie the business.

The technician arrived on time, very courteous and professional. Because we are always careful about bringing in repairmen inside the house, especially bed rooms, we were our usual bit careful. The technician appeared trustworthy. He cleaned up well after removing old caulk and dirt. The final work seemed well done. He was also fast. There is some mismatch in the color between old grout and new grout. But they warned us ahead of time about this. Whether there is a leak or not, only time will tell. Looking at the work quality, I don't have any reason to believe that I will have problem.

He arrived on time, was very professional and had a sense of urgency about him. He managed to get quite a bit done in the time we had prepaid and the quality was high. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Showed up as promised and while later than scheduled they were very communicative about the delay. Work was performed as expected and very professionally. Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them.

We are prepping our home to sell and have 4x4 white tile in all of the bathrooms. They responded quickly and setup an appt for a quote very fast. I am a "3 quote" person and I picked Looney's because of Mike and Martha's professionalism and knowledge about tile and grout. Their crew arrived on time and did the work quickly, they were very easy to deal with and very professional. There was a miscommunication about cleaning the master shower and they came back and did it for no extra charge - I appreciated their honesty. I will use them again.

The grout in our shower needed to be replaced. We also wanted the tile around the tub redone and the grout on the tile floor cleaned and possible sealed. Looney's was one of 2 companies I contacted. They arrived on time for the estimate and provided me the estimate quickly. I had a few subsequent phone calls to them with questions and costs of additional work. They responded to my calls and email very quickly. In the end their total estimate was little higher than their competitor and when I told them this they immediately matched that estimate. The day of the scheduled work I was provided a 2 hour window (standard) and of course they showed up at the end of that window. The worker was very professional and thorough. He completed the job in several hours. He kept me up to date as he did the work. He used dropclothes and plastic to keep the dust within the bathroom and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We are pleased with the work done.

We were first impressed with this company when When Michaell Looney came to our home to assess the situation and give us an estimate to replace ceramic tiles in the master bath. We found Michael to be professional and trustworthy, as well as personable. The contractors, Frank and Daniel ,were a pleasure to work with -- polite, friendly, and efficient. We especially appreciated their calling 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time each day and arriving on time. They cleaned the work area at the end of each work day and were also conscious about not tracking dust through the house. They informed us when they encountered unforeseen conditions and offered suggested solutions. The additional costs for the repairs were fair and reasonable. . Furthermore, it is evident that Frank and Daniel take pride in their work and like their jobs. While we expected the floor would be a great improvement, we are overwhelmingly pleased with the transformation. The tile replacement was completed in the quoted time frame. Without hesitation we recommend Looney's. Their business organization and management style are exceptional. and should be cited as a model to follow.

The workers were on time, worked all day, were organized, pleasant, courteous and did not even know they were in my house. All work completed was of the highest quality! Thirty year old tile floors looked brand new!!

Martha gave us a great estimate. the guys especially frank, were absolutely wonderful. Answered questions, problem solved and did a super job!! We are repeated customer.

The grout in the shower stall and on the floor kept cracking. The original contractor who did the work 4 years ago just patched the grout & claimed it was "normal to dry out." The tiles in the shower stall became so loose we had to duct-tape them to keep them from falling into the shower pan & we couldn't use the shower. When we called in other contractors to diagnose the problem & estimate the repairs, they suspected the wrong adhesive was used, was applied incorrectly, or both. We choose Looney's to do the repairs; they were able to determine with a moisture meter that the problem probably was not moisture, like a hidden leak. When demolition began, Looney's was able to show us that the original contractor had not used the right adhesive. The grout kept cracking & falling out because the tiles were not adhering to the wall or the floor & were moving. Looney's has been the most professional company I've dealt with in years. They are responsive, accommodating, on-time, & accessible. Their prices are not the cheapest, but are competitive. Michael & Martha Looney were understanding, constantly kept in touch, & worked with us to solve this unexpected mess that was not only inconvenient & frustrating, but financially hard when you're a senior on a fixed income & you're again paying for work done just 4 years ago. Their crew (especially Jose Martinez who did most of the repairs) were not only skillful but also extremely careful to make as little mess as possible. Jose managed to salvage all of the bullnose tiles, which saved us a lot, & he was very good at explaining what the problems were & how to fix them. I've never had to spend so little time cleaning up after a contractor. In addition to replacing almost all the tile in the master bath, Looney's re-grouted the tub tiles in the guest bathroom to try to prevent, or at least delay, the problem from occurring in that bathroom. We know we will have to deal with this same situation in the future because the floor tiles in the guest bath are already loose with cracking grout--so we know the original contractor used the wrong adhesive on this job also. When that happens, I'll be calling Looney's. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Loonies is a great company to work with. They were responsive, communicative, knowledgeable and skillful. Their work now has to meet the test of time, but so far, great.

They did an excellent job. They sent one person out to do the job. The worker was very professional and did an excellent job with the cleanup. The scheduling was good.

They are very honest and up front. They explained that they couldn't do the job we needed but did suggest someone else which I thought was very nice.

Every aspect of this job was handled professionally. Martha came out first to give us an estimate and explained the entire process. Frank (the technician) is truly a craftsman! Our shower looks better new. By adding a quarter round trim it has a much more "detailed finish". Even though it was a day and a half job, he cleaned everything before leaving the first day. This was a job that we knew needed to be done but had dreaded for a while. Looney's Tile and Grout Restoration made it easy. Everyone was prompt, neat and knowledgeable making it a positive experience.

Michael was amazing, contacted me immediately, came to look at what needed to be done and completed the job a day later. Would definitely recommend them for any tile and grout restoration.

The downstairs job was a bear! The grout in the shower was like concrete and Frank went the extra mile to get it out, at no extra cost. The bathroom looks brand new. We are waiting to see if the regrout in the master bath shower fixes the leak, if not we will tackle the shower pan. Looney's is a great company -- prompt, excellent communication, clear estimates, professional and polite folks. Frank, the main man on my job, was a pleasure to have in my home. Looney's Tile and Grout Restoration sealed and caulked grout in a remodeled hall bathroom. Rich the technician did a great job. He sealed the floor and shower. In addition, he caulked the bathroom. Rich was meticulous in his work. Beautiful, clean, straight caulk lines. Perfect finishing touch to the bathroom. He applied great attention to detail in his work. In addition, there was no mess left behind. Rich and Jose cleaned my 18 year old tile in the kitchen, foyer and dining room. The tile is terra cotta and the wide, cream grout lines when they started were stained and dirty. They first cleaned the tiles, scrubbing all the grout lines. They did not miss a spot! After cleaning they wet vacuumed the floors. The floors are BEAUTIFUL! They look almost brand new!. I wish I had done this sooner. Before sealing the grout Jose replaced 11 broken tiles. Jose and I looked at the tiles together and strategically placed them in the rooms. He removed the tiles and grout, cleaned up as he went along. Again - no mess! Paid attention to all the details. As Jose worked, Rich began working on sealing the grout in the dining room. Jose and Rich did not take a break. They worked from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. True professionals, they both took pride in their work and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I was extremely pleased with the end results of their work! I whole heartedly recommend Looney Tile and Grout Restoration. Thank you for the beautiful work you performed in my home.

The work was done professionally, and on time. The whole process was very smooth. My only complaint is the grout dust around the bedroom. Really nothing they could have done about it, it comes with that type of work. They did remove the rugs, cover the bathroom floor, and wear protective covering on their shoes when walking in the house outside of that room. I would have no issue with using them again for future work.

After being provided with 2 options (full grout replacement or grout repair and professional grout cleaning), I elected to have only grout repair and cleaning performed. However, not all weak/recessed grout was repaired and in less than 3 months I had issues with mold build up. In addition, the grout cleaning was quickly becoming unmanageable. I contacted the Company and requested that they come out to inspect the work and assess why we were not able to maintain clean grout following the professional cleaning and repair. After the assessment, it was determined that the option for grout repair and cleaning should never have been offered, as the old grout was in such poor condition that it needed to be replaced. A fair credit was ultimately applied to the re-grout work given that the initial assessment incorrectly suggested the grout was a candidate for re-pair work. Each service (re-pair and cleaning and re-grout) was performed by two different servicemen, who were respectful and professional. I've only recently had the re-grout work performed, so I can't speak to the longevity of work, but I'm pleased so far.

Great experience working with Martha and Michael. They both were very friendly and professional and provided all the details we needed to make sure we got the service we wanted at a fair price. The work was completed in a timely manner and would definitely work with them again in the future.

First class operations from beginning to end. Very professional and courteous. All I dealt with were personable, kind, punctual, clean, and clearly took pride in the work they were doing. And the work that was done was first rate. I would definitely recommend that anyone interested in caulking and grouting services call the Looney's as you will get a great experience working with them.

It was okay. There were additional charges but it was okay. The service was fine and I was satisfied. They were very good. They were very responsive and they were here on time. They were highly professional.

Very well - very thorough, detailed. Made both areas look practically new when complete. I had to wait for a number of weeks to get on their schedule - they are crazy busy so plan ahead. Also, cover the area well - the work is a bit dusty. He did clean up as well as he could when he left.

Everything from the initial phone call, to the estimate, to completion of the project was perfect. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. The estimator explained the process in detail and answered all questions that I had. She even provided me a discount for being an Angie's list customer. The team comprised two individuals lead by Frank who was excellent. Frank was polite, courteous, and took pride in his work and the work of him and his colleague exceeded my expectations. The grout lines on my floor were so bad I was not sure that the grout lines could be cleaned. When I came home to see the work, I was so impressed that it looked like I had a new floor! I would highly recommend this company to anyone, no questions asked. This is a first class company in every respect.
