The owner emails and calls...to give you time to ber easy and to confirm arrangements. Comes out the first time to review what needs to be done, confirms what material,s needs to be procured, then sets up another appointment to do the work. The company is efficient, communicates well and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to use this company. It is first class from beginning to end!

I highly recommend this company Mike Looney and Brad Marcey are very dependable and professional. I have used this company several times and they deliver as promised. I am on well water and septic so I get green stains in my tubs and showers and this group gets them out. I had tried to get out myself with commercial products but could not do it. They also give after care instructions with is helpful

The technician Franks was extremely professional and meticulous. He explained the entire process and quickly went to work. All of the 20 year old grout was either removed or cleaned and replaced with new grout. All of the existing caulking was removed and re-caulked. At the end of the day the bathroom looked like it was brand new. Great job with the dust control and protection of the bedroom carpet during the work. Because of the quality of their work we are going to have them return and do the same to two other bathrooms. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

Very professional. Actually came back a 2nd time because we had the wrong color grout the first go around. As a consumer, I did not realize that there were flat and gloss grouts so we had to work through that issue and did so effectively.

We purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal"; $99 for 2 hours of caulking/grouting from Looney's. Mr. Looney was punctual and professional. He did a fabulous job removing our old damaged caulk and replacing it. It looks fantastic. Mr. Looney was interested in making sure we liked the result and were happy with the work.

I posted an inquiry looking for professional caulkers and received several immediate and positive recommendations for Looney's Tile and Grout. I then called and made an appoinemtn for an estimate. Michael arrived on time and was very informative and responsive. Absolutely no upsell or pressure to do more than what I needed. A day before the work was scheduled Stepahine emailed me with a bad weather contingency plan. Foretunately we didn't need to reschedule and despite a heavy snowfall the work was done exactly on time. I would recommend Looney's highly and plan to use them again.

A problem cropped up during the project. Looney's Tile worked diligently to solve the issue in a timely fashion. I would heartily recommend them to my friends and will call them again should the need arise for this type of work in the future.

The provider was flexible when we had a family emergency, showed up precisely on time, provided excellent communication and customer service. In addition the work he did was nothing short of magic! Our shower looks like new as a result, and observing him as he applied caulk revealed that expert application is truly an art. Not only would I recommend him as an excellent resource in preparation to sell a house! intend to utilize his services in our new purchase. We are shopping for homes in neighborhoods that are already well established, so we expect to have some wear and tear on any tile work. I intend to have any issues addressed by this company. If you do your own painting, as I like to do, this company would also be an excellent resource. Often older houses have beautiful molding which has shifted over time. Expert caulking would address those issues before paint is applied. I feel confident that the result would make molding or other millwork look like new! If we purchase established construction, I will certainly use this company to get an estimate for such work before applying paint. Highest recommendation!

The owner of the company arrived right on time to make an assement. I bought a big deal for 2 hours of work for grout and caucking. The plan was to see what needed to be done and meet then to schedule another time for the work to be done. My project was not huge, so Michael, when to his car and got his supplies and did the job in about 30 minutes. I looks great, he was professional friendly and really efficient. If only all contractors were like him. Thanks.

We have a tile shower and it was cracking so they cleaned it up and they used an application to seal everything and water proof it. They did a good job and the service was really good and they were professional. The installer had a good attitude and he was pleasant. The scheduling was very professional, something you would expect from a larger company. They followed up and them they conformed the appointment and they sent an emailing verifying the appointment. I am going to use them again for a bathroom remodel next year.

We have four bathrooms and one of them is a very large master bathroom. They were great and excellent. They're very responsive. We had to make some several adjustment to the scope of the original project and they were very good. They worked with us very well.

They had to reschedule once due to a death in someone's family, but the second date went smoothly. They call ahead of time, send reminders, and generally keep you well informed of the appointment. Once here, the technician went to work in the bathroom immediately. I was most impressed with how the acid wash cleaned up the grout in the floor because it had always been a tad on the yellow side whereas the floor tile is pure white. The floor looked close to brand new. The shower is once again like new and the bathroom is gorgeous as we repainted as well.

I have used the service of Looney's about a month ago at my other home. They regrouted the entire master bath shower, deep cleaned floors, caulked around the edges of the bathrooms, recaulked the guest bath tub, patched missing grout in the floors. The work was flawless. They took a lot of care doing the work. They explain everything before they started working on a chunk of work. When there was one minor misunderstanding about the scope of work Michael & Martha very graciously agreed to do that work at no extra charge. I was charged $1066 for this work which was very reasonable for the services offered. It took 2 days to complete the work. When I had some work to do at my new home I didn't call anyone else. They gave me a repeat customer discount and caulked the master bath shower and guest bath tub for $240. I am very happy with their service and will use them again for all my future needs.
