Description of Work: They regrouted and rechaulked 2 bathrooms. While doing the job, they discovered that the boards under the tiles had been damaged by water and replaced them with a new floor. We were very pleased with their work. They were professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Looney tile did a great job regrouting my shower. It looks great and i am confident it won't leak. The installer did leave a little bit of caulk drips on my bath tub and toilet seat. Easy to clean up but that was the only mistake.

Description of Work: They called in advance to give me a time they would be there and arrived exactly on time. They were professional, courteous and we went over the scope of work which I agreed to and they went right to work. They completed the work ahead of time and cleaned up. They did an excellent job and I was extremely happy and now looking at doing more tile work with them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing Tile or Grout work.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal special to have my custom shower tile regrouted and recaulked. Michael and Martha were super nice and great to work with. Michael even showed up for our scheduled work day when it was snowing heavily with 4" already on the ground! My shower looks 100% better than it did and would definitely use them again.

Excellent!
Description of Work: Mr. Looney stands by his work! He refinished & re-caulked a spare bathroom bathtub in early 2012. A section of caulk (approx 8 to 10 inches) failed and shrunk over time. I called Mr. Looney on Friday, 11/30/2012. He was extremely courteous and responsive, came by the house the following Monday, 12/3/2012, and repaired the caulk, free of charge. I will use his company again.
