They did a nice job and avoided getting paint on the bushes. They were on time and cleaned up well when the job was completed. They also found bad wood work and repaired it for a reasonable price.

I'm very happy with the job. Bismark Lopez was very prompt in making an estimate and willing to break the estimate into sections, working with me to fit the most important work into my budget. He was very responsive, keeping in touch daily as weather delayed the start of the job. Once they were able to start, the painting crew worked quickly and efficiently, and did a very good job. The work was neatly done and they cleaned up completely. The prep work wasn't perfect, but we had agreed on this beforehand; my house was rough and I couldn't afford to have it scraped completely clean. When there were one or two minor misunderstandings they redid that work. After the job was complete they returned to open several windows that had become stuck a few days after drying.

I couldn't be happier. Lomar's owner, Bismarck Lopez, was outstanding--perhaps the single most customer-service oriented businessperson I've met. The estimate was crafted promptly and professionally and every question was quickly and thoroughly addressed. Bismarck arrived with the crew at the expected time, supervised the start, and didn't leave for another job site until he was sure I was comfortable. The uniformed crew worked hard and nearly nonstop for roughly six hours and were very pleasant. Bismarck returned as the crew was wrapping up and did his own inspection so fixes were done before our joint walk through. I have extensive personal experience with interior painting and found Lomar's work top-notch. Moreover, Bismarck insisted I not pay a dime until I was completely satisfied--he wouldn't accept my offer of a deposit!

The owner, Bismark Lopez, responded quickly to my initial call, he showed up for our scheduled appointment on time and provided a detailed estimate shortly thereafter. The work they did started and finished on schedule. I have used many painters over the years and none of them were as reliable as Lomar Painting. I strongly recommend this company and would gladly work with them again.

Lomar was my #1 pick but I ended up selecting another contractor who is remodeling my bathrooms as a package deal. Bismarck was punctual, very responsive to my email queries and his quote was in the ballpark. He seemed quite knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The owner, Bismarck, is very friendly and personable. His crew is polite and courteous. I had him come May '06 to paint my exterior, as the best bidder, and he did a thorough job. He came back a year later to touch up the job, since the paint didn't adhere to the railing. A man of his word. That kind of service won him the job for our interior painting. He was very patient with me and our crazy household, as I was going through chemotherapy at the same time as our renovations. Flexible, generous with his time and all my touch-up requests. I would definitely recommend him to others and use his services again. I already have a plan to have him back for some other work. His carpenter, Ruben, is fantastic too! Very skilled and a fast worker.

Bismark the owner came out to the house to provide an estimate promptly and on time. He was very friendly, courteous and thorough. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. We based our decision on price and the confidence in the owner Bismark. Him and his crew did not disappoint. They did all the work they said they would do and threw in bit of extra work that we really appreciated. Everything was done on time and by a capable crew. However, what we loved most was the care and attention to detail that Bismark put into the job. When he wasn't satisfied with something, he pointed it out, before I even needed to say anything, he has an eye for perfection that surpasses even the customers critical eye. I highly recommend Lomar, and will certainly use them again.

Excellent experience. Company owner, Bismarck Lopez provided a written estimate and returned to confirm his estimate when other painting companies had listed additional work. I obtained several estimates from $3,500 to $5,500. I selected Lomar Painting because Mr. Lopez was prompt, courteous and professional. He was on site to supervise the carpentry and the painting. All work was done professionally. The crew was neat and did not cause any damage to the plants or other areas around the house. Mr Lopez addressed all my concerns, followed up promptly and remains available.

We were very pleased with the quality of this service. The owner, Bismarck Lopez, was on time for appointments and thorough and accurate in his assessment of the work that needed to be done. We particularly appreciated his bringing in a representative of the paint manufacturer to suggest options and to make sure that the paint chosen would be compatible with the existing coating. The townhouse is sided in cedar and had originally been finished in oil-based stain. Mr. Lopez personally inspected the completed job to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. The carpenters did an excellent job replacing the rotten wood sections and replacing the rear entranceway door. The painting crew's work was also first-rate. Both the carpenters and painters were cheerful, professional and obviously dedicated to a job well done. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Lomar provided a prompt estimate when requested, started and completed the work on schedule. The Lomar crew did an outstanding job.

The work was required as the result of a small roof leak (flashing problem) which damaged the drywall and carpet in the dining room and an adjoining large sunroom. Bismarck was very prompt in providing a detailed estimate, and completed the required work promptly on the desired schedule.

Lomar returned my call quickly and came out and gave an estimate. Here is the uniqueness of my situation: I required that the painting begin within a few days. In other words, I allowed three days for estimates, and told each contractor that the work had to be completed the following week before Friday at midnight. I got SEVERAL estimates. Lomar was tied as the lowest. I went with Lomar because I liked his can-do attitude, and he seemed very professional and knowledgeable. He also gave me references that were wonderful. His team showed up early and on time for three days. They were very neat and I am very pleased. I feel his price was fair. Other estimates were more than twice as much! Please know that Lomar painted my newly purchased, and therefore EMPTY townhouse. I am sure it would cost more to paint a furnished place. Finally, all my estimates came from A grade Angie's list companies. Some did not call me back until after the painting was completed! Very slow!

Outstanding service, outstanding value. Owner is a former Marine, he shows first class responsiveness and professionalism. His crew arrives on time, leaves on time, and works hard. They were polite, respectful, and trustworthy. Cleaned up after themselves, the owner did a pre and post-work walk-through with me, and made sure all tasks were completed and done right. The owner called before work completed each day to check in and make sure everything was going according to plan. It was a pleasure working with this company, I have recommended them to my friends, and would recommend them to my family.
