Painting crew arrived on time, were courteous and hard working. All surfaces were cleaned and prepped appropriately. The outcome was beautiful. I would highly recommend Lomar Painting. Call Bismarck Lopez, the owner, for a quote. The quote was mid-point of three quotes I obtained, but I believe you get what you pay for! I received high quality professional and experienced painters at a price point expected. This was of great value for me and what I was looking for in a painting company.

Got everything done in a day and took care to clean-up afterwards. Very impressed with finished product and how quickly it was done.We are planning on using him again in a month to do additional interior painting.

Bismarck Lopez gave the estimate. He is very straightforward and easy to deal with. Once we agreed upon the price, his men came about a week later. We had a lot of work to be done and it took about a week to complete. While we had many men working in our house, they made it manageable and they were very pleasant and respectful of us in general, but with our time in particular. it They did an excellent job with the painting/staining and easily addressed touch-ups.

This was a great experience with professional individuals who knew what they were doing and were ready for any hiccups we had thrown them. Bismarck was very thorough during our walkthrough and developed a clear estimate that made it easy for us to use when making a decision on which projects to start. The two guys that arrived were on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They took their time and it paid off. I can't even remember where the old holes used to be in the ceiling and walls. The old bar area looks amazing, considering they were working with a lot of rips in the drywall and a kitchen floor that was not level with the hardwood. The paint job looks incredible and they focused on the details. This corner of our house is completely transformed. They were courteous and accommodating when asking my direction on certain places that didn't seem clear at first, prior to taking action on something. After the project, one of the painters called Bismarck to let him know they were finished. He was transferred to me and asked if everything was to my satisfaction. I appreciate that immediate follow-up. I was very impressed with the entire experience and can't wait to get these guys back over here to start on some more work for us.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Lomar Painting. Although the price was mid way between 3 bids I received, I chose Lomar based on their professionalism and reviews on Angie's list. Another factor was communication; there was no language barrier. After contacting Lomar for a bid, Bismark, the owner, promptly scheduled a time to visit to provide an estimate. He arrived as scheduled. He provided a verbal estimate and we subsequently communicated via email to confirm the price and job. The crew arrived as scheduled to complete the work. The job took one day of taping and applying the compound, another day to sand and apply the primer, and a third to finish painting. The crew was very attentive to details. When they found that the latex primer was not providing enough coverage, they changed to an oil primer. In addition, when they arrived the second day to sand, they found that the compound had not finished drying, so said they would come the next day. (It was near freezing the night before - and this was in my garage). After they finished, I found a couple of spots which had some problems. I called Bismark, and he promptly had the crew come out and fix them. It should be noted that I requested that the finish not be to the quality of an interior wall since it was my garage and my intent was to make it clean and presentable. The walls had never been painted and we have lived here for nearly 19 years. As a result, the tape had dried up and was falling off. In addition, I asked that they prime and paint only the ceiling and the wall with the doors (double garage). I finished the other walls. In summary, Bismark / Lomar painting provides a quality job at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend him!

Bismarck is a pleasure to work with. He arranged to come for an estimate and sent a bid later that same day. We selected him because his bid was the low bid and he was so highly recommended on Angie's List. He was very responsive to all of our questions and his crew was able to start within just a few days. The crew was excellent. They were careful of our many possessions, took switch and socket covers off, fixed all of the cracks (some were quite large) and a ceiling that had extensive water damage, arrived on time and were generally great to work with. We highly recommend and plan to use them again when it is time to pain the outside of the house.

Estimates were prompt. Modifications to the estimates were prompt. The workers showed up on time, worked quickly, and finished on time. Quality of the work was good. Adjustments to the scope at the work site were handled well. An overall satisfying experience.

My first meeting was with Bismarck. He is very likeable and instills total confidence. I stressed to him that I like quality work especially good lines where walls meet trim. He assured me that the job would be done to my satisfaction. He was so right. On the appointed day, the first of his crew arrived before the scheduled time, which was good because I was able to instruct them before heading for work. I should add that every day the crew arrived before the appointed time and waited patiently until I left before knocking on the door (my husband was home). I have 3 kids and my mornings are hectic so I REALLY appreciated that. Though the crew was large, like 6 people, Orlando presented himself as our main point of contact, which was nice. On the first day I came home early to inspect the work and was very impressed. The original scope of work did not include everything I listed above and was supposed to last only 1 to 1.5 days. After seeing the work, I increased the scope, tacked on another day, and exceeded my budget...all happily. If that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what does. There were some issues throughout the job, which is always the case. How a company deals with the issues is how I determine what type of business they are and whether I will deal with them again. For example, I left backpacking equipment, specfically an expensive sleeping bag, hanging a couple of feet from the wash tub they used to clean their brushes. Flecks of paint got on the bag. My husband noticed it and called Bismarck. Bismarck apologized and offered to do whatever it took to restore the bag--clean it, replace it, etc. He must of told his crew because the next morning one of them made a beeline to the bag to examine and clean it. At the end of the job, Bismarck once again asked if we were totally satisfied with the sleeping bag. It was clear he was concerned with our total satisfaction. Another example of their committment to customer satisfaction occurred when we noticed all of the lines in the house were excellent except in one area of my husband's office. A line was visibly wobbly at the ceiling. We pointed it out to Orlando and he rectified it, even though the furniture had been replaced impeding access to the area. EVERY concern that my husband or I gave, large or small, was promptly resolved without headache or tension. It was nice. After this experience I will never paint again. I know who to call.

So thankful that Raphael & his team, showed up timely, knocked out the job and cleaned up. Bismarck, was great to work with both on the phone and email. Very pleased!!

Overall, the experience was very positive. Lomar Painting fixed my walls and provided two coats of paint. I would use them in the future and recommend them to other people.

Mr. Lomar was very prompt to communicate via phone & email. He was very good in describing my different options for painting & deck work, allowing me to choose the best options for my end result & budget. I ended up choosing one of the higher-end options for deck sealing/staining & I couldn't be happier with the result - the transculent seal is beautiful and makes the deck look like more expensive teak wood (which it isn't!) The crew was very attentive to my painting needs - they were very clean & efficient in their operations. When they were complete, I did a walk-through with them to address any minor inconsistencies. They were just a couple and the crew addressed them promptly & without question. I would definitely consider Lomar painting again in the future for any painting/deck work.

They were extremely prompt. We spoke to them the beginning of the week and they were able to get a crew together by the end of the week and they painted on the weekend. We were very appreciative of their prompt service. We would use them again.

Bismarck was able to meet with us on a very tight timeline and provided a quote on the spot in order to meet the window we had between contractors working on the home before we moved in. His team was very professional and went above and beyond our expectations. For example, during the home painting we had new appliances delivered for the kitchen and discovered the refrigerator would not fit without removing the trim temporarily in one location. We called Bismarck for help and he had one of his guys remove the trim to have the fridge installed and replace/repaint it afterwards even though they had already completed the kitchen. In addition we tried to tip the gentleman that completed the work and he refused, talk about work ethic! The entire job was completed in 3 long days which was half as long as we anticipated. The walk-through process was a breeze, we marked areas that required a little extra TLC and last-minute repairs were made right then and there. Great company, easy to work with, would definitely recommend!

Bismark Lopez responded quickly to my request for an estimate, came in with a good price, and scheduled the work promptly. Bismarck's team painted all of my 1400 sq.ft. condo and tore out the 1970s baseboards replacing them with beautiful modern baseboards. The team of painters and carpenters worked together to complete the project in 2 days. They worked fast and efficiently producing a high quality finished project, taking pride in their work, and enjoying what they were doing. I highly recommend Lomar Painting and plan to have them work on another project soon.

It's been a while since I had Lomar painting complete the work, so the details are a little fuzzy in regards to timing and price, but they did an excellent job. They were very responsive via phone and promptly set up an appointment to come and give me an estimate. Once they arrived, they gave me an estimate for the work that seemed fair, and said they could come back later that day to do the work. Since I had not gotten any other estimates, I was initially hesitant, but I was comfortable with the gentleman who came over; he seemed honest and so I said sure, come back! They were back with a crew of two gentlemen in a few hours, as promised. They gave two coats of paint and did an excellent job, and managed to complete the job within 5 hours or so. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again. A very positive experience.

We had need for some wall repairs and painting of interior rooms - described above. We were also looking for quick response and schedulding time if possible. We contacted Lomar Painting because of the high grades given to this company which were represented in a large number of reports. Bismark returned our call same day, came to our house the following day with a comparable quote to another company's quote. It was a little higher, but we had added a couple of items and unlike the other company, we were not expected to dismantle our custom drapes in the Dining Room - Lomar Painting crew took care of the taking down/putting back up. Fortunately for us and since this was not a huge job, Lomar was able to work us into their schedule for next day rather than be scheduled in November. Bismark communicated with us that evening; paint in 2 rooms needed to be matched since we did not have the color, and we needed to decide on paint choice for the Kitchen and Dining Room. The crew came right at the expected time and went to work immediately. Everyone was very professional, accommodating, and efficient. The Lomar crew really demonstrates that they care about their work, customer satisfaction, attention to detail, care of the customer's home, etc. The job from start to finish was 5 hours. The work is beautiful and we are very, very pleased. We would use them again for sure and recommend them highly. Bismark was great to work with and the entire crew was exceptional. This is by far the best experience we have had with a painting contractor.

Exceptional in every regard -- we were extremely impressed throughout the entire process -- conduct of a comprehensive walkthrough and estimate -- through having a highly professional and thorough crew perform the work. They were on-time, friendly, tidy and highly proficient. I would enthusiastically recommend Bismarck and his firm to anyone seeking interior or exterior paint work .

Contractor was very responsive. He provided an estimate in a timely fashion and did all the work when he said it would get done. Good job!

I called for an estimate for interior painting and Bismarck Lopez was out within the week taking notes. We had a very competitive quote within 24 hours. In the days before the painting I had lots of questions which Mr. Lopez answered quickly and clearly. On the morning of the job, Lomar's crew of 7 or 8 came eager and prepared to start. They were very polite and appeared organized. The job was estimated to take 2-3 long days. I went out the first day dreading a chaotic evening with drop cloths everywhere and furniture in the middle of the rooms! How surprised I was to arrive at 5:30 pm to find the job 80% finished!!! They had cleaned and put furniture back in place as they went along. The next day the crew arrived to finish the last room and we decided to have them powerwash while here. Mr. Lopez had additional staff to complete the job, even in the pouring rain. Unfortunately an old screen was torn in the power washing process so a crew member was sent to Home Depot to buy another one, of course at no cost to us. Wow! Everything looks wonderful and the job took 2 days instead of 3. Lomar's staff was efficient, polite and organized. I'm never painting again!

Owner Bismark Lopez was punctual, professional and conscientious. His team did an excellent job, and they did it in exactly the time frame agreed upon for exactly the price quoted. The studio was closed, and staff was out of town; the Lomar crew handled the job independently, coordinating their efforts with the electrician who was also working in the space. Very successful job.

We are very pleased with the results of the painting job. Bismarck from Lomar Painting came to estimate, and we scheduled a time for painting a few weeks later. He was very responsive throughout the process, the paint job was delayed due to the weather conditions, but he stayed in touch via email, and came on the very next non-rainy day. The crew did a great job, they and were very thorough, and fast. Bismarck and his crew painted our shed at no extra cost to us, it really was a pleasure doing business with him, it was also clear to us that he cares about pleasing his customers. I can highly recommend using Lomar Painting, and would use them again in the future when we're ready to paint other areas of the house.

I recommend this company. They did great work at a reasonable price, and communicated clearly and professionally throughout the process. I called to request an estimate and spoke with Bismark. He came out that week to evaluate the project (we didn't have to be home, very handy) and left his his card in the door. The next day he emailed me an estimate for $1,300 plus the cost of paint. We exchanged a few emails to clarify the scope of work and pricing for additional carpentry, if needed. (None was.) About 2 months later, I emailed him back to let him know we had selected Lomar to do the work. We tentatively scheduled the painting, pending approval of paint colors by our HOA. The approval took several weeks. We had to reschedule because of delays from the HOA. Bismark was very helpful and flexible during this process. The day scheduled for the painting, the crew arrived at around 9:30 and worked until about 3. The lead of the crew dealt especially well with an aggressive neighbor who is on our HOA board and tried to interfere during the work while we were not home. The crew left the remaining paint. They were friendly and cleaned up well in the front and back yards. One month later, the work still looks great. We are very satisfied.
