Let's Roll Painting

From start to finish I always enjoy working with these guys. The quoting process is fast and their prices are always competitive. Some thoughts about lets roll: * The owners are great to work with and genuinely try to go above and beyond * The painters are all friendly and very professional * They make a point to clean up completely after each day of work * The quality of their work is solid. There is a reason we go back to them every time we need some painting done!

Lester came to my home to review the work to be done and provide an estimate. He was very thorough in explaining the prep and painting process, the best type of paint to use, and other details. On the day work began, he came with the crew to introduce each of them to me and to again go through every room in the house and review the work to be done, verify which colors went on which walls, and then instructed the crew on what to do. Lester and his foreman both speak excellent English. Other crew members spoke and understood some English so the foreman was able to translate any instructions from me. The entire project took 4 days. They do beautiful work. They obviously take great pride in their work and consider it a craft and not just a job. They were very polite and friendly and it was fun to hear them singing and whistling while they worked. I had a lot of nail pops, some cracks and nail holes and they did an excellent job of patching and repairing prior to painting. The walls are now clean and smooth. They replaced all of the bathroom and window hardware and each night cleaned up the areas where they had been working and neatly stored their supplies. I am very, very pleased with the work and have recommended them to friends and would definitely hire them again. It was worth every penny.

We've had Let's Roll paint our townhouse two different times, once in 2009 and again in 2010. In both cases, we were very satisfied with all aspects of the experience. The quality of the work is excellent, the work was completed quickly and at the quoted price, and we were treated professionally throughout the entire experience. I have no reservations about recommending Let's Roll. We received the original referral from our realtor, who uses them herself. This gave us some confidence that they would be a good choice. The company is run by Lester and his wife Jennifer. Jennifer is very responsive via email and phone, and Lester is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest when he comes to measure, conduct the estimate, and oversee the work. Lester was able to advise us on many of the issues we hadn't considered - we came into this with a set of colors in mind, Lester suggested finishes, choices for trim, and suggested that we could save money if we just did touch-ups on the ceiling and doors, as they were in pretty pristine shape. The teams that did the painting were very professional, and did a great job. Lester got his start as a painter and then started his own business, as a result, he places a lot of emphasis on maintaining professional standards among his staff, and treating them as professionals. His staff receive full benefits, do not smoke, and treated our home with great care. They arrived on time, worked quietly and quickly, protected all our furniture and floors, and cleaned up after themselves each day. We are very happy with the way things look, which is why we hired them the second time.

We saw Lets Roll working on our neighbor's house and asked them for a recommendation - which they gladly gave. Lester came over and did an estimate that included a few non-standard options (our screened in porch). His crew arrived on time, and cleaned up every day prior to leaving. The job, when finished turned out beautifully. His crew not only replaced all the rotten wood and painted, but rehung the gutters - leaving them in better shape than when the job started.We had a minor issue with what was to be done on the screened porch - which was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Four months later - we are still impressed with the work that was done - we have just noticed one small area that appears to have been missed - but to Lester's defense - we have not gotten back to him on this issue.

They were awesome. Lester came out promptly when it was time for the estimate. We were undecided at first about whether to use a clear seal or to have some stain. He had recommendations and also provided a brochure of the Sikkens color options. We chose the clear. He kept us up to speed on the start time and had to slip one day due to lots of rain. His team came out and power washed the deck and sanded the rough spots around nail marks and other places as necessary. His team was very courteous and mindful of other areas of the house and yard. They carefully taped and covered EVERYTHING that wasn't supposed to have sealant and they did a super job. They sprayed the fence sealant on with a small sprayer so as not to have fluid going everywhere. They HAND PAINTED the deck so that it was evenly done and uniform throughout. The things they had to move, they put back. After the work was done, Lester called to make sure we were happy and wanted to know if there was anything they hadn't done that we had expected. In addition to the flat deck, there were two elevated decks shown in the pictures below. This was a very, very good team that worked very hard to do a quality job and ensure we were happy!

They did an excellent job as always and their people are very professional. They never smoke or even ask to use a bathroom while working. They always clean up afterwards. This is the only painter that I have found that does not ask for 20% down before they start. If you are happy when finished then you pay all but if not they will make you happy. They stand behind their work 100% and will come back and redo somehting if you are not satisfied. I have interviewed many local painters and these guys are the best. Lester and his crew will make you happy I am sure of it. It is a family owned and run business and Lester and his Wife are great people. You will not go wrong with these folks.

What a great experience! After speaking with other painting contractors I picked Lester and his crew because he provided the lowest estimate AND was happy to send along proof of insurance. Lester and his crew showed up on time and started prep work right away. They sectioned off my living room from the other areas of the house so the dust from the sanding wouldn't spread. I couldn't see what they were doing, but I could hear rollers on walls. They did apply a special sealant to an area that I had repaired at no extra cost. All in all it took two guys about seven hours to do the room, ceiling, and banister. The reveal was AMAZING. I highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

I had a great experience with Let's Roll Painting. My job consisted of repainting my 2000 square foot townhouse in Egg Shell Paint and repair to the dry wall tape.The builder, no names ( Centex) did a horrible job.... Painted the house in Flat paint to hide the imperfections and through the building issues and the settlement process the dry wall tape was coming down. Lester (Owner) was my first estimate of five.... We did a walk through and I explained the work I wanted done and then Lester did a walk through to take notes and measurements. I received a estimate approximately two days later via email.... After my four other estimates I decided to choose Lester and his team. I also added a few other things that I wanted done to include repainting the entire base trim throughout the house. Lester and a few guys come the week before the job was to start and did a final walk through and updated my estimate... The catch is, I was going on vacation for the first five days of the job and I needed a contractor that I could trust to take care of my house while I was gone and act and work professionally..... Lesters Team started the job on the morning that I left and worked everyday for six days ( Wednesday to Monday)..... When I returned Sunday night his team was still at worked.... The house looked amazing. They come back Monday morning and finished the job..... Like I said my house looks amazing with the upgraded paint job and the dry wall repairs look great.... The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that I had done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trusting painting company.

I got the cheapest quote from Let’s Roll Painting Company. They were recommended to us by friends. I was thinking I needed to replace the entire trim around the door. However the person that came out from Let’s Roll Painting Company cut out the parts that were rotted and replaced it with Bondo. He then painted it and it looks like it always been that way. That saved us a lot of money. They told me that they would only power-wash the exterior of the house but they even did the patio and the front walk. I was very happy about that. It made a lot of difference to the entire appearance of the house. It wasn’t a part of the contract but they did it anyway. So I even got value added service.

This is a great company. They worked long days, cleaned up after themselves each day, arrived promptly every day, and were very polite and professional. I highly recommend everyone in this company, from the very hard working crew (every one of them was a pleasure to have in the house), to Lester, the very likable and professional owner, to Lester's wife who does a great job helping to manage the business end of things.

They did a good job. They painted fine. I liked their price. They were incredibly professional and on time. I rate them high overall. I have used them many times and would continue to use them.

They are fabulous. I am their regular and long term customer. So they sent one of the best people out to repair the wall. They went beyond the call of duty and did a really fabulous job. These people are quiet, conscientious and good. Their price is great. I can?t say enough about them. They guarantee the quality of their service. They want to make sure that you are happy. They try to get long term customers and they do that by making sure that if you are not happy, then they come back and correct anything that is necessary. When they correct something, then they just don?t do that spot. They repaint the whole wall. I had some stress cracks in another room and I showed it to the painter while he was here. He fixed that and repainted the whole wall and it looks brand new. He is just great. I loved the painter the owner sent out. He was fabulous. He obviously keeps the same painters. He was the same painter who was here about three years ago. He is very clean and really protected the surfaces. He cleans up after himself. He is very quiet. The price is very reasonable. The last job done by them totally cost me $225 which included $95 for downstairs. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I highly recommend Lester and his crew. They arrived on time every morning, worked efficiently and cleaned up every evening before leaving. Lester planned the work so that there was minimal disruption to the household over the course of the 4 days it took to complete the work. The quality of the work was outstanding. I could not be more pleased with all of the repairs and the finishing work and the painting that they did. The kitchen was a particular challenge with the removal of all the wallpaper and then the prep of the walls for the paint. The rooms all look beautiful and the dry wall repairs were perfect, as was the carpentry work. I couldn't be more thrilled! I will be calling on Lester and his company again in the future to paint the rest of the house.

Exceptionally well. One of the bedrooms was particularly challenging: covering my daughter's "artistic" self-expression through a whole wall of vibrantly colored checkerboard squares. Perfectly covered. This is the second time we've used this fine company. They are superb.

As, twice before, exceptionally well. We have now used this fine firm for 3 jobs; we have gotten numerous compliments for the quality of the work. We are delighted with the way they've made our home look.

Left 3 message over a two week period on office and cell phone numbers with no call backs. Maybe the April 2010 office message should have given it away

They were excellent! Friendly; gentle color advice. Very prompt, courteous, clean; no drops; repaired nail pops, drywall tape; moved furniture, careful of wood floors; repaired broken sill within quote. Excellent quality; visitors have commented approvingly. I very much intend to use again.

They were incredibly professional, timely, and a true pleasure to work with. The did everything they promised and much more.

The quality of the work was exceptional and was completed entirely in two long days. The painters cleaned up after themselves and were polite and on task.

I called them the week before and asked for an estimate and told them I needed the work done ASAP. They showed up the next day with an estimate significantly less than a similar estimate I had gotten. After signing the contract later that day, they had a crew onsite 2 days later. They helped me make money-saving decisions (touch-up where possible). I was very pleased with the timing and quality of their work. I will use them again.

The workers at Let's Roll had very meticulous preparation. The were very neat and friendly. Their prices were reasonable.

The bidded price was very reasonable, and no extra "surprise" with the bill. The crew was very professional showing up on time, courteous and easy to work with, cleaned up as they went, and obviously took pride in their work - what more could one ask for?! The Foyer job was especially difficult (in addition to the 2-story heights) as it was painted a bright (hideous) burgundy. This took 2 coats each of primer and ceiling white paint to cover. We still can't believe it's finally gone! It wasn't in the contract, but they decided to paint all the wooden trim around the ceiling edges at no additonal charge.

They did a very good job. I've got a brother who is a very good painter himself but, I don't think he could have done a better job. We even threw some additional work at them but they were really good about taking it on and actually, they agreed with us that it needed to be done. I would recommend them to the people who are buying our home and we also have recommended them to our family and friends.

They were EXTREMELY polite people. They would also do little things, such as scrubbing the floors and coming back for touch ups. That added a special touch to the overall experience. They were really careful with moving and covering the furniture. I have already recommended them to two other friends. Their estimate did not change, they were right on the money. I did get their winter rate, their summer rates are different. They always returned my phone calls and will also deal by e-mail. They do not ask for any money up front and it was a pleasure having them here.
