We felt we got a good deal for what we paid for.

We were very happy with the results. In particular the window tracks had not been washed for a long while and yet the crew took care of them without missing a beat. Even the hard to get to windows were cleaned. The crew was friendly and professional, we had a very good experience.

Larry and his team went out of their way to work around a last minute schedule change on the day of my appointment. My deck looks new again and all windows are sparkling! I will definitely be calling them back again for my next cleaning.

I purchased a voucher for $180 for gutter cleaning. I was called within a day to discuss the schedule, and was told that I would be put on an "anytime" schedule, which meant the crew would show up some time in the next 1-7 days, and that we did not need to be home, but the water to the outside faucets needed to be on. I requested a call the day the crew would be coming out, and was told I would get a call about 30 minutes from when the crew would arrive. The crew showed up about 2 days later without having called, but we were home and there was no problem. The two men worked quickly and spoke with us at the end of the job about what was in the gutters (they had not been cleaned in a long time), and the state of some parts of the roof that we might want to have fixed if we notice water pouring over the edge of the gutters with the next heavy rain. We were satisfied with the service and would use the company again.

The team arrived exactly when they promised. They were fast, efficient, thorough, and the windows look sparkling clean. They did not leave any mess or disturb anything. They were careful where they placed the outside ladders so as not to injure any of the gardens around the exterior. I have already recommended Larry Miller to 2 of my friends.

The 2-man crew did a great job. They were prompt, professional, friendly. They also were neat and cleaned up after they were finished. An overall great experience.

I plan to use them every time we need the windows washed. The crew showed up on time (maybe even early!), and Larry Miller explained the entire process and introduced me to the crew before leaving for another job. Two employees washed the inside and out of all the windows, took the screens out, cleaned them and put them all back in place. They even cleaned inside the window casings. It was well worth the money spent as I would never be able to make the windows sparkle like they do!

First off, I don't remember the exact date the service was performed. It was around Fall season in 2015. I obtained the cleaning service through Angie List Band of Neighbor program so there was some confusion. After buying the service, I got an email from Angie stating when the gutter cleaning service will come by. The email has a lot of details including making sure the crew has access to a water faucet because they would need to hook their washer to the faucet to hose down the gutter afterward. The email stated the date that they would come by, however, they came one day early, I actually don't have a problem with that. The problem I have is that they did not hose down the gutter as indicated in the email and the faucet is readily available at the front of the house. Also, this is just a suggestion: an email acknowledgement of service afterward would be great because I didn't even know the crew came by at all until my husband asked me about the bags on the side of the house. I ran upstairs and checked the gutter and there were still stuff left in the gutter. In all, they did ok not superb!

They were very efficient. They were even able to get behind the azaleas by our front windows to wash them without damage to my azaleas. Well done!!

Needed the high-pressure downspout cleaning as gutters were still clogged after having other providers come out multiple times. Gutters work great now. Price was a little high, but they got them clean where others couldn't.

On time, thorough and neat.

Window cleaning & outside power wash

The company called me to reschedule by one day due to cold weather. For this reason I wasn't home when the service was performed. The person on the phone was really polite and informative and it appears that the work was completed as promised. They flushed the downspouts for no extra charge.

Used this company because of a coupon. 2 man crew showed up to clean windows. Senior gentleman did all the talking the whole time they were on site. I had filled out the online form to the best of my ability-they were not happy with the estimate of the size of the job. He called their office and spent 15 minutes on the phone complaining to someone. The crew counted every pane of glass as a window so he complained several times there should be an extra charge. I tired very quickly of hearing this. They did not clean the screens-there is an extra charge for cleaning screen. Did the inside of the windows first. Did not wear shoe protection in the house. Once the outside was finished I asked them to hold on and let my wife check the work. They were already in their pickup truck and told me to call the office if I had any problem with the job and there would be an extra charge? Checked their work - it was an ok job but not as good as other vendors I have used. Some do-over/touch up was needed in a couple places. When I went back out front to tell them - they were gone. They mentioned they had a big $1000 job to get to. Lesson learned - will not use again.

Beyond my exspectations for the price. Coordinating with time, date, a bit confusing as presented seemed like immediate future, as it was over a week out without a scheduled date. Once I expressed my concerns they did their best to get scheduled. Holiday season so this may have been part of the problem. The gentlemen who came to do the work were exceptionional on being organized and working as a team to get the house done in a timely manner. The house looked great after completion! Definitely will use this company again.

When I purchased this service online, the contractor's questionnaire didn't have an option for a split-level house - I had to select "two-storey home," which I suspect was more expensive. Wasn't contacted by contractor to arrange a date, but instead received an e-mail telling me when they would come by. Nobody showed up on the appointed day, so I called the office late in the afternoon and spoke to a young woman. She informed me their "tech" had inspected the house at about Noon and determined there was ice on the roof. I had been at home at Noon, and I have dogs who would have barked if someone had been walking around outside, so I believe this is baloney. The temp had gone down to, but not below freezing the previous night (according to my thermometer), so I am confident there was no ice. She said she would "relay (my) concerns to the Office Manager" and call me back, but I never got a call. Instead, I got another e-mail informing me they would come by on Wednesday. The intervening two days were bitterly cold, and when the crew arrived the head expressed some doubt whether he could get everything because some of the leaves on the roof had frozen. Nevertheless they got up there and got things done in a short period of time. Bottom line: this contractor's customer communication stinks, but the crew who finally did the work was fine. In my opinion $189 to clean a split-level's gutters and clear a couple of patches of leaves on the roof is pretty steep. I will look elsewhere next year.

Larry's team did a very nice job. I have a two story house but with a walk out basement which makes the house three stories in the back. Not a problem for Larry's team as they had all the equipment they needed. And Larry himself showed up to supervise the job which was pretty cool.

Easy to schedule. They came when scheduled, cleaned gutters and left everything in good shape when they left.

They did a great job, but they could have responded to the email faster.

They were supposed to provide power washing service. They cancelled, and refunded on the same day that service started. The coupon was good through January 7, 1016. This is December 8, 2015. Stop wasting peoples time if you are not seriously offering the service!

They arrived on time. The workers were very nice, friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. They got off really tough dirt. I was very pleased with the whole experience--no complaints at all.

They scheduled the work just 2 days after I requested the service and I received an e-mail confirmation letting me know what day and between what time the work would be done. They did a great job and my house looks bright and clean. I'd definitely use them again for this service.
