Cleaning was adequate - Have used them at least twice - HOWEVER, just called for estimate and she quoted me $750 for the exact same job. WILL NOT HIRE AGAIN. Said there prices have gone up - that is an understatement.

The crew showed up on time, and did a great job of cleaning the gutters. They were quick, professional, and made sure that we were satisfied before they left. We will definitely use Larry Miller again next season!

Quality was ok, but missed a section of siding around side entrance. Extra charges for front porch columns, so requested estimate for additional work. Did not receive phone estimate for porch columns while they were doing the work, as discussed. Instead got phone call months later stating an additional $50+ was due from doing the front porch columns - without ever receiving an estimate or giving permission for extra work.

It was OK - but I've had better cleaning with other companies. I don't believe they even used a ladder.

It went ok. It wasn't as thorough as others I've had perform the work but mold was removed.

Company was on time and did good work; only complaint was they left the trash after the service in my driveway. I think it was an honest mistake by the workers.

Larry Miller Window Cleaning sent a three persons crew to clean a couple of windows and a sliding glass door at one of my listings. The crew arrived on time and the lead cleaner promised me an excellent service. I specifically explained to the lead cleaner that I need the sliding glass door tracks cleaned well because they had spider webs, dust and they have not been cleaned for a while. I then left the house and asked the lead cleaner to call me when the job was done. Less than an hour later, I received a call and I was told that the job was completed. I was really surprised since there is no way they can finish that fast knowing how much work that sliding door would require. When I came back to check on the work, I was very disappointed to see that the sliding door tracks haven't even been touched. Only the glass was cleaned. I called the lead cleaner immediately to ask why was the sliding door not cleaned. He was very apologetic and offered to come back to remedy the issue. I was ok with that solution expect that I did not have the time for another visit from the cleaners and I had to change my schedule the next day to accommodate their return visit. He apologized again the next day and mentioned to me that he did not check the other guys work before they left. Which was a big surprised to me as a professional. For the price that I paid, I expected a better result from Larry Miller Cleaning Services.

They were early to the appointment and did a super job. We are very pleased with the job and will definitely use them again.

Did not happen as the deal price was tripled when they saw that I had French windows. Came earlier than arranged for and changed price on the phone as they got there. The windows are French and some have storm windows, so I expected it to be higher, but not triple. My small single family home looks like every other house in the neighborhood, so they need to put a more realistic price on the deal and confirm BEFORE I take time off work to accommodate their schedule.

Showed up on time, were professional and left the place much cleaner at the end of their visit!!! Very satisfied and will be using them annually for this service.

They provided the dates they could come out. I responded to the time that was ok. They never came out and when I called them, they stated they were waiting for another job before they would come out.

Larry Miller Inc did a fabulous job. I purchased a special for gutter cleaning. After my purchase I determined the gutters needed to be replaced and I contacted Larry Miller to see if I could apply my purchase to something else. They easily agreed to power wash the house for the same amount. We have a 2000 sq ft single family house with brick on the front and siding on all other sides. We were noticing some mildew, mostly on the back of the house where we don't get a lot of sun. When scheduling I agreed to let Larry Miller Inc show up on a day of their choosing within the next 10 days. Within a couple of days, they called an hour or two before arriving. I didn't think the brick was dirty but they washed it and all siding. The house looked almost new! I was especially pleased with how the eaves and garage doors looked. They put both hoses back on their racks and locked up our fence when they left. The only thing I noticed was that a few of our screens on the front of our house have the look of residue on them in a line. I haven't tried cleaning them yet and it could just be the screens are very old and deteriorating. They need to be replaced anyway. We also have a dog so in hindsight I would probably try to schedule for a specific day so I can make sure the blinds are closed or the dog isn't home. I'm sure she barked the entire time Larry Miller Inc was here. Overall some of the best money we've spent in a while!

This was a big deal purchase. It was fine. I did not hire him, my wife did, but I think it went really well. They were great.

The provider did a horrible job at meeting my expectations. I was expecting a thorough cleaning, in and out of the glass, and also the panels themselves. They did clean them, but the cleaning quality was horrible.When I opened the windows to check if the panels are cleaned, there are dirt left in the corners of the windows. They also damaged the walls next to the window when trying to remove the blinds. Literally the blinds left huge marks on the walls and removed the paint as well. For $200 and 15 windows and a Deluxe service type I was expecting more than just a water wipe for the glass and the panels.

Great company. I requested an appointment online and was called almost immediately by a very friendly employee. The 2 guys who cleaned my windows arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They did a great job. I will definitely use Larry Miller again in the future and recommend them to my friends.

I had to reschedule a few times due to another construction project but the staff at Larry Miller, Inc were very accommodating. The day of the service the crew showed up right on time and were thorough and efficient. I have very high windows and many just difficult to get to. The crew were very polite and courteous while at my home and tolerant and understanding of my dogs. My windows look fantastic and I will definitely use them again.

Purchased deal, received a phone call that the deal I purchased was for the incorrect sized house. They would still be able to complete the service, but would charge me an additional $120. Their estimate was based on going online to see the square footage of my home. Had previous estimates from other companies for lower than the $180 purchase price, but selected this company based on their reviews and location to my address. Had the service performed by another company.

Larry Miller and his crew were very professional and friendly. I bought the Deal on Angie's List in March but did not have the windows cleaned until mid May. The two-man crew arrived on time (a little early) and were quick and efficient in getting the job done. I had decided after I bought the Deal to also have all of the windows cleaned instead of just the ones for the $200 deal. I am really happy with their service and will call them again. I will also recommend them to friends.
