Description of Work: I had used Larry Miller, Inc several years ago and liked their service so I purchased their $200 deal for cleaning of X # of windows or whatever it was. I knew our house would be more than $200 and I sent photos of all four sides to get a final estimate, including my invoice from last time which was $425 total. I received 3 prices for 3 levels of service back from Kathryn at Larry Miller. I chose the one for $450 which was the least expensive and I think included just the windows inside and out and maybe the sills(no sash, screens, frames, etc.). I scheduled the work after some back and forth. I then received a follow-up email indicating there was a mistake in the price and it would be $550 and not $450. I elected to decline the service at that point; my thinking was why pay $125 more than last time for less work being performed, especially if it's an Angie's List "Big Deal". I didnt really see where the "Deal" was. I'm sure Larry Miller still does great work but there are plenty of other good window wash companies on Angie's List and I'll just try one of them instead.

Description of Work: This is the first time I have used this company - I found them on Angie's List and had never heard of them before. I will definitely use them again, though, to clean the windows and skylights and may try them out to power wash my flagstone patio. Communication was via Angie's List and the office scheduler was responsive, informative and pleasant. The two-man team arrived promptly; they did a thorough job, were quiet and not disruptive (I was working at home) and also offered to clean the blades of my ceiling fan while they were on the ladder. While on the roof to get to the skylights the fellow also checked out the condition of the roof and gutters for me. I like the initiative that he showed. The price was fair (it was actually the lowest of the three bids I got) and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend Larry Miller, Inc.
