Description of Work: They power washed the house and it was different from any other washing we've had done. Our house is 2 stories high and in the past it always required ladders to do the upper level but these guys used CLOROX! Not sure if it removes the dirt and stains or just bleaches it out so you can't see it. The bad part was they broke my hose. When I asked about it they said it was because of the pressure but I don't believe that was the cause. The hose was cut clean in half as if it had been cut with a knife. I've seen my share of busted hoses but never one that was like this one. Don't know what happened but the guy wanted to argue about it when it was obvious that the hose was busted someway other than by pressure.

Description of Work: I booked inside window/skylight cleaning service with possible gutter cleanout if needed. Scheduling was very easy and work was completed within a few days of booking. Crew was prompt, friendly, professional and honest. They took photos of my upper gutters and said that they were spotless (so did not clean them). The boss showed up toward the end of the job. I was shocked because I live wayyy out in the country. Very nice guy and chatted with me for 20-30 minutes and offered several helpful tips. I will definitely call Larry Miller again next year.

Description of Work: The 2 men showed up 20 minutes early. They went right to work and used shoe covers when they were in the house. I had 13 windows and screens. They did not make a mess. After they left Larry Miller himself showed up to check on the job. He was very pleasant. I will use them again next year. I purchased an Angie's coupon.

Description of Work: I contacted the Larry Miller Inc via telephone and received a call back from his Office Assistant, Breann who told me that to obtain a quote I had to go online and fill out their online form. I wanted multiple services from this provider, i.e., power washing, exterior window washing and replace of some damaged and missing window screens. I went on line and filled out the online form and then was instructed I needed to fill out MULTIPLE online forms for different services. REALLY? In business you should not make it harder for our customers.
