I called for an estimate for gutter cleaning. They have an online estimator that tells you the cost based on the size of your home and slope of roof, etc. It was very convenient. The quote was higher than what I've been paying for gutter cleaning but the service was exceptional. The service rep was very efficient and courteous. He also let me know that he noticed that the caulking around the flashing on one of our chimneys was in need of repair. He also told me that one of our gutters was "lazy" - meaning the water doesn't run towards the downspout and that I might look into having it rehung. I wasn't satisfied with the service I was getting from some of the cheaper companies. This experience was much better.

The did a great job - matched a competitor's price and did a great job. Workers were on time and polite. Window grids were replaced and not broken. Also, did windows on an outbuilding and garage. Very pleased and will use again.

Needed professional window cleaning service as well as power washing of the exterior of the home. Larry Miller and company were able to provide this service and were able to have a few window screens replaced for us. The guys did a good job and Mr. Miller personally delivered the fixed screens himself.

While I ended up going with another company due to a special, I would still recommend this company. With a hurricane around the corner, they moved things around to fit my gutter cleaning appointment in. Their prompt call back backs and customer service was excellent. I would use them in the future for their other services.

It took then about two and a half hours to clean my windows of my two story home. They worked quickly but with quality and put everything back in place.

They were fabulous. The roof system is kind a complicated and we have gutters all-round the place; which they cleaned. They were easy to deal with and show up when they are supposed to. The price is a medium high, but you get what you pay for. He is insured and bonded. They came exactly when they said they would and I will use them again in the future.

There was a mix-up in the scheduling, and I'm pretty sure I gave them a date of the 18th, they came out on the 8th instead. I sent them away, forgot to confirm for the 18th, and nobody showed. When I called, they were apologetic and rescheduled promptly so that the windows were done prior to a big event coming up that weekend. Great work, very professional, great price (almost half what some others quoted), and we'll use them again and again I'm sure.

The company representative told us to expect them between 10am and noon on Saturday, but they showed up at 7:30am. It was actually a subcontractor for LM because the company is so busy. They cleaned the windows and rinsed the screens and wiped some of the window sills. They needed to return to finish the job on Sunday and then had to return on Monday to redo a couple windows.

The company was over 1 1/2 hours late to start the job and never even bothered to call. It went downhill from that point. Enough said.
Description of Work: I contacted Larry's firm to schedule a complete house window-cleaning. At his assistant's direction, I completed the on-line estimator and was very pleased with how the system worked. She told me the entire job would take about 4 hours. Also, I got an actual bid to review based on the number and size of the windows. (My estimate was a incorrect because I was not clear on the type of window on my house but not because of their estimating system. ) That said, the estimate was the easiest part of this process. Once the appointment was set things went horribly wrong and I am not sure exactly why. I wish I had the positive experience other people who reported on this forum had with this firm but it was almost like a different company came to clean my windows.

The windows had not been cleaned in at least six years, and were obviously a mess. We wanted them cleaned prior to Thanksgiving. The overall service was excellent. The moment I called Larry Miller, he came over almost immediately to give me an estimate, as he was in the area checking on another job. To my pleasant surprise, the estimate was identical to the one I received more than a year earlier, but did not have that job done at that time. The team came over a couple of days later exactly on time, worked diligently and professionally, and left the windows sparkling. I had forgotten what a truely clean window looked like. We are on board now with bi-yearly cleaning.

They did a great job. They cleaned inside and outside the windows. They took the mesh screens down and cleaned them. We had a little bit of mould on some of the trim and he cleaned those off. They also got the siding cleaned. Their price was competitive.

They arrived promptly and immediately got to work. Very professional and courteous. They completed their work in a timely fashion. They did an excellent job on the windows and I was very pleased with the results. The only complaint, if any, was that not all furniture was put back in its proper place. They also went the extra mile in checking that my gutters were clear.

As every year for the past 3 years, Larry's team did a fabulous job. Quick and professional. We're bumping our window cleanings to twice a year now. Our house has many windows, and we love the look after the cleaning.

Two skilled men arrived promptly. The windows (which I had been warned would be challenging to remove) were removed professionally with skill and patience. They then proceeded to accomplish the washing of all windows and glass doors (interior and exterior). The result is spotless.
Description of Work: The lower halves of all open-able windows were removed. Screens were removed and washed. Lower halves of windows were washed, front and back, and interior sills cleaned. Screens and lower windows were replaced. Upper halves of windows were cleaned, front and back, as well as glass insets of front door and the sliding doors in the back.

They squeezed us into their schedule on very short notice which was great as we have our house on the market and our realtor suggested the windows be cleaned before the impending open house. They arrived exactly when scheduled and did thorough work. They were a bit less expensive than the other estimate we got because of their Angie's List discount. I only have one critical comment and I consider it very minor, there was a little bit of dirt I had to clean up from the floor below a couple of windows, but it only took about five minutes for me to rectify and given how long it had been since the windows had been opened up and cleared of leaf debris, it was miraculous how clean everything was after they left.
Description of Work: This company washed all windows on our large ranch house inside and out, plus two skylights, plus screens and storm windows.
