It went very, very well, thanks to Melvin and Tony. Melvin explained the what he would be doing and the two of them went at it, nonstop until the job was done. They wore shoe covers to protect my floors and closed all the plantation shutters, etc. after washing the windows inside. They did an excellent job inside and out. I was also pleased with the company's good communication practices. A rep called me almost immediately after I signed up for the $200 special deal and we scheduled a date for the job to be done. She called again to warn that rain that day meant we needed to reschedule a day and time. On that day, they ran into an issue that delayed them, but once again the call from the office warned me of the problem and they arrived on the rescheduled time. Altogether, it was a very good experience.

Very responsive via e-mail with additional information, appointment reminders, etc. The online price quote system is a VERY convenient feature. Price seemed high by way of gut check, but honestly not much by which to compare. This was the first window washing in a new and much larger house. Good follow up by e-mail as well. Would definitely use again.

They were fantastic. It was $250 and it was very reasonable. One thing that stood out would be super reasonable cost.

They did an excellent job in about 4 hours that included some high ladder work. They arrived on time and were very efficient. All work was cleaned up too. THey were extremely polite and careful. What they did in a few hours would have taken me days and wouldn't have been as good.

The two men that came out to the house to wash and caulk the windows did an excellent job. They were thorough, fast, and very well mannered. The price was also very reasonable. The only issue that we had with the company was poor communication on the scheduler's part. Since we weren't told exactly when the work was going to take place, we were unprepared when the workers arrived. I would still consider using their services in the future, but I would insist on more details and information about the job.

This was the second consecutive year that I used Larry Miller Inc., and they did an excellent job again. Their web site is very easy to use. They are very responsive and reliable regarding scheduling. The 2-person crew was very professional, competent and thorough. They worked methodically and diligently without seeming to rush, and they did not interrupt our lives I especially like that this company knows how to clean the window tracks which others do not. My windows, patio doors and outside lights look pristine. I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend the company.

Melvin and Antonio power washed my house and it looks fabulous! I'm amazed at how new my house looks now! They did a fantastic job. Melvin was conscientious and very professional. He was thorough and made sure he performed the service with care. He double checked with me about any particular concerns I had regarding services to be performed as well as being gentle with the plants around the house. They finished in 2 1/2 hours (my house is about 5500 square feet) and the place looks great! I highly recommend Larry Miller - at least if you have Melvin!

Discussed the price over the phone with Katherine prior to the actual cleaning. Then on Saturday morning (31 May) a two-man crew came out to start the inside window cleaning. Larry Miller showed up and discounted the total price. When the inside windows were clean, they started the power washing, following that, they cleaned the outside windows. They do great work, were on time, and very professional. Larry checked on his team twice during the time that they were here. Larry and his team have cleaned our windows a number of times over the last few years and have always done a great job. When we need our windows cleaned, we call him. His pricing is dependent on the number of windows a house has. Although we didn't need our gutters cleaned, I understand that he also cleans those. I highly recommend his company for window cleaning. We've signed up with Larry Miller, Inc for them to clean the windows twice a year and the power washing once a year.

A crew of two showed up right on time and introduced themselves. One started inside while the other started the outside. All screens removed, all glass cleaned, all edges wiped and dried. Great job, then they did the outside. Not only did their pressure washer clean the black staining from our gutters and soffits (20 ft off the ground) they washed down the whole house. Sparkling clean. The crew was here about three hours. Larry showed up near the end of the time just to say Hi, and make sure we were pleased. We were very pleased.

The 2 men arrived on time. They were extremely efficient and through. They were also the quietest workers i've ever had in my house. I heard no banging or bumping. They did a fabulous job and although the $425 might be a little high the quality of their work matched the price. Very good and I'll definitely use them in the future. They also cleaned out my gutters and downspouts- cost $175.

I first did an online estimate on their website, but it didn't have all the window types I had, so I called. Kathryn (whose name I hope I'm spelling correctly) walked me through the estimate, scheduled the appointment for five days later (it was a Friday, so that includes a weekend). My time window was 11 to 1 to expect them to arrive. The two men showed up to clean at 10:30. They started on the inside of the house, removed all the screens, washed all the insides, then moved to the outside where they washed all the screens and the outsides of the windows. I was worried about drips on the carpet on the inside, but didn't see any, they were very careful. They washed a couple windows where they didn't put all the things back the way they were prior, but nothing major. Both guys were very polite and asked when they weren't sure what to move. I also asked them to take a look at one gutter that was a little loose. They fixed it for a nominal extra charge over the quote. I also forgot about the garage window, and they did that one too without raising the quoted price. All in all, with the repair, it took the two of them about 4 hours to finish up the house. I called at the end to pay by credit card, which was the easiest for me. A good service all in all, given the ladder work that I'd have trouble doing myself. The cost was a little more than I'd have liked. The cleaning inside the window jambs was just a wet wipe in most cases, so it was cleaner, but not completely clean. I think I'd go for the next level down the next time, given that the window cases were relatively new and not that dirty. But the repair on the gutter was much appreciated and less than I'd expected, so it all evened out I think.

After I called the office to inquire as to pricing, Larry Miller came out the next day to provide me with a quote. I was able to get the following Saturday appointment. The quote was $800.00 for washing 3 slding glass doors (Pella) and 23 windows (Pella) and 8 Skylights. Essentially Pella windows have to be taken apart and the inside cleaned as well. The two window washers showed up promptly at 8:00 am, they were professional and worked continuously for 4 hours. The quoted price ended up factoring out to approximately $21.00 a window and/or labor @ $200.00/hr. (2 people for 4 hours). Angie's List advertised a 10% discount, however I am not sure that was factored into the quoted price. Payment was made at the end of services @ the quoted price. The windows look much better, however the insides of the skylights were not cleaned and when I inquired as to why one of the workers told me they didn't clean them because they have film on them (professional window tinting) which I find strange. I guess I am still suffering from sticker shock and had higher expectations. For sure expected the insides of the skylights to be cleaned and also expected the screens to be cleaned versus just wiped down.

Everything was great! They did an excellent job and were very prompt and thorough. It was a pleasure to do business with such a great company and pleasant people.

I initially sent an email on a Wednesday evening looking for some information on window cleaning and Larry called me back just a few minutes after my email was sent. He asked how many windows total there were (just about 20) and he quoted me $200. This included a large arched window above my front door. Larry mentioned that he could have a crew out on Friday morning or Wed/Thursday of the following week. He told me that it would take just about 2 hours to do all the work. The crew arrived approx 45 minutes early but it worked out fine. They mentioned that they had a last minute cancellation and stopped by. Might have been nice if they called - just glad I was home when they arrived. After getting right to work - starting on the top floor, they were finished in just under two hours. Overall, I was very pleased. Would have taken my husband and I much longer than two hours - well worth it!

We recently purchased a home with windows and gutters that hadn't been cleaned in quite a few years. I contacted Angie's List and found Larry's Window cleaning service with a high rating. I contacted Larry and he came out to preview the work and gave me a reasonable estimate. On the day of the work, he arrived a few minutes early and he went right to work taking off the screens around the house. He has a great crew and they worked hard throughout the day to clean the windows and the gutters. Larry is quite personable and it is obvious that his cares about customer satisfaction. His caring attitude show with his team too. He supervised the entire work during the day and even had his team bleach the gutters and remove the green mold from our driveway. We will definitely be using Larry again!

We selected Larry Miller due to the positive reviews in the Annual Guide that is delivered in our mailbox every year, where they were favorably recommended Needless to say, we wiil be using Angie's List from now on for these referrals. Bottom line: Due to the inattention of the job to be performed, as well as the poor customer service on the back end, we will be looking elsewhere in the future for exterior house cleaning services. The appointment process was done very well. The lady with whom we made the appointment was friendly, courteous, and prompt. Making the appointment was easy, and we received a confirmation for power washing at a competitive price. I confirmed that no one had to be home for the service. The gentleman from the company arrived on time; however, he was set to wash windows. If my wife had not been home (which she was scheduled not to be), we would have received the wrong service. I double checked the confirmation, which clearly states "power washing" instead of "clean windows." The part of our service which was most annoying and least satisfying, however, occurred following the service. We did receive a small invoice at the time of service which states $300 in a "cash received" line - I know, of course, what this meant was the amount owed, but I bring it up to indicate the lack of clarity and detail on the invoice; most importantly, no where does it state the terms of service - net 30, due upon receipt, etc. nor did I receive a call that day (a Friday) asking how the service was. However, over the next few days, we received some fairly unprofessional messages on our answering machine, describing how workers need to feed their kids, and implying that we weren't going to pay. My wife and I found it insulting, especially since the terms of payment were unclear, and it has only been (now 8) days since the service. Since I have been out of town, I called the lady who left the messages, told her the check was in this morning's mail, and I wanted to give her some feedback as a customer that the terms were not clear. She was very defensive and raised her voice, explaining her "guys need to get paid," which I can appreciate and understand, and continued to argue with me. I did not appreciate at all the back end of this process - it is certainly not a way that I expect to be treated as a first time customer. Overall, the house is clean, but the process got steadily worse from beginning to end. I would've expected this business to have been thinking longer term about repeat business (i actually do need our windows washed), and to have given us a much larger benefit of the doubt after only having an invoice for 8 days. Courtesy messages explaining the necessity of prompt payment would've been fine as well, but I don't need messages implying anything else.

His team arrived on time, and they were very professional, courteous and thorough. I was amazed by the window shine as a result of their excellent job. Thank you!

I first saw this company in "Best Picks Reports" and then I went to Angie's List and decided to try the company based on the excellent reviews and the 10 percent Angie's List members' discount at the time. I was impressed that the company's website provided an easy and comprehensive way to define the scope of work, choose among several options for different prices re window washing, and receive a full quote. The team arrived on schedule, were very professional, and worked hard and efficiently. The windows and outside lights looked great. I chose the Deluxe method because I like the window tracks cleaned which often is not done by other window washers. This company did a thorough job and delivered what they promised. I also appreciated that Mr. Miller, the owner, visited the site while work was in progress to make sure that all was going well. This was a very nice customer service gesture. I would certainly use this company again.

It was a little bit confusing trying to get a quote and schedule, as there were different numbers that I called and that called back. Apart from that, all went great. The guys did a nice job, they were on time, and very courteous.

They were here promptly and worked all day. They were very personable. All of the screens were taken out and washed. Larry stopped by about midway through the job to make sure everything was done correctly. The price was also very competitive. We were very happy with their service.

Larry's crew showed up a few minutes early, and worked quickly and efficiently. Our windows were really dirty, and we were never able to clean the screens ourselves as they are almost impossible to remove (at least for us). They started inside and cleaned all the windows removing the screens as they moved between windows. They then switched to the outside of the home and while one crew member cleaned the screens, the other cleaned the window exteriors and re-installed the screens. They did a fabulous job - we can't believe how great our windows look now! Thanks Guys!!!

I got a quick response to my online quote request. They were easy to schedule an appointment with. They showed up on time, worked hard and left the windows sparkling. The price seemd very resonable.

Everyone was personable, professional and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them and would use their services again.
