They were on time and efficient. Windows were cleaner than ever before, and they were able to remove a lot of dirt and mold from the deck and rails. Excellent work. The crew chief was attentive to the details and very service oriented. Highly recommend.

Setting the appointment was very easy. They showed in the morning on my teleworking day, they got to business, only knocking on the door again to ask about the water connection (I only keep one outdoor faucet open, and it was not the most obvious one), and later asking permission to drop the leaves in my trash can. Very polite. I never got up there to look at what they did, but water seems to be flowing without problems, and my gutters, particularly the ones on my three-floor back of the house, were full enough before that I could see the difference from the ground. They left no mess, at all.

Responsiveness and follow-up communication were excellent. The scheduler and the workers that performed the work were extremely professional. The workers showed up according to the schedule. I was happy to be able to get on their schedule within 10 days after making the call. The estimate included cleaning the windows, screen and sills. I was overall pleased with the work but I thought they could have done a better job on cleaning all of the sills. One of the workers advised me to check the windows to make sure I was satisfied but I only checked a few which looked good at the time. I would use them again.

When they arrived they were very polite and provided me with an overview of what they were going to do and how much time it would take. They were very quick and they bagged up all of the stuff from the gutters and place in my garbage area. I'm waiting for a really good rain to see how everything turned out!

It went well. However their was a dispute about payment. I paid in advance using a big deal. When they came out, I was still charged. I informed them I have a certificate showing I had paid in advance. But they would not listen and insisted that I pay for the service.

It went great. The crew was personable, fast and efficient and very professional. The owner stopped by during the job to make sure that all was going well and to assess my window caulking needs for me which is scheduled for the very next week after the cleaning so that everything will be dry. Everything looks brand new. The pressure washing was done meticulously and especially detailed on the upper deck and the fence. I am having my deck re-finished but I added the fence to that because it was done so well it looked new and I want to keep it that way. I liked the crew so much I requested them for the caulking and will ask for them next year.

The team was punctual, professional and pleasant. Very happy with the service and will definitely use this provider again.

Larry Miller met me at the job with 2 employees (Melvin) and associate. The two-person crew did a nice job cleaning the windows. It took about 5 hours (the windows were very dirty). Very happy to have clean windows!

Excellant service! Knowledgeable & competent workers. The owener even went out of his way to come to the home and also fix damages made by another company.

We had to reschedule it a number of times because of the snow. They came in and cleaned the inside and then the outside. Asked exactly how I wanted it and which windows. I had more than 20 windows which increased the price but well worth it. I thought it was a little pricey but I am happy with the job that they did.

Easy. I ordered. They called, scheduled, got it done.

The job was done on time, and they did an excellent job of hauling away all the debris. It was a fairly simple task, but it was done well.

We have a fairly large home and the guys worked all day out in the cold to hang our Christmas Lights. They did our roof line, wrapped our portico and pillars, trees and lots of bushes. The lights looked awesome!! I got tons of compliments from our neighbors. The take down was included in the pricing and while we had to reschedule once (due to freezing rain, which is understandable) they were there the very next day. I will be calling them in the spring to clean our windows and again next winter to put up our lights again!

There were no issues with scheduling. A couple of guys came over and did a really nice job. The price was reasonable and no complaints.

Larry is a local small business owner. His prices are reasonable, and typically slightly lower for the services I've had done that other quotes I've received. He's always right on time, calls ahead, and I've never had a job that he did not personally show up on to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. For these services, he's now my 'go to' call and I usually don't bother with competitive quotes any more. He also highly values loyal, return customers.

Work was done quickly and well at a reasonable cost. The owner supervised the job himself.

Although I responded to the twenty window special offer we ended with approximately ten windows cleaned due to the fact that they were older windows with storms. The workmanship was professional, thorough and punctual and Larry Miller did come by to see that the crew was on track. With that being said my concern (not so much with Larry Miller) is that the offer of a specific service at a specified price often ends up being something different because of unspecified variables (in this case storm windows but it could have easily been the number of panes per window) Larry Miller does have a per window cost calculator on their website but if you simply purchase the "special" from Angie's list it may not be quite what it might appear to be

The service personnel arrive a few minutes early and were prepared to work right away. They were courteous, professional and efficient. They started with the upstairs rooms and worked their way down to the bottom floor. They washed, squeegeed, and cleaned each window and screen. Those areas and windows that were particularly dirty, they spent a little extra time ensuring that it was cleaned properly. I am extremely pleased with the results. The windows look like they are brand new. I expect to use this service a couple of times a year!

They did a great job, were at my home at 8 a.m. as promised, and were done by 11:30 a.m. Our windows are now clean and the gutters are clear for the winter.

Two people came exactly at the time we expected them. They were very friendly. They used plastic shoes and we were thankful for this taking care. They worked without any brakes for about 4 hours. We were satisfied with their work No any comparison with companies we ordered before. We plan to use this service again.
