The showed up on time, asked me if there were any places they should be especially careful with, and talked to me about what I could expect in terms of results. They then went right to work. They worked their way around the house and did a very good job. I did not notice any missed spots. There were no problems with the parts I asked them to be careful with (some loose vinyl siding.) The let me know they were done and asked me if I wanted to inspect the results. I had checked the back when they were working in the front so I already knew they had done a good job.

Service was prompt and efficient. Some confusion on the billing but Larry immediately responded and corrected everything.

We were away at the time the service was scheduled, but I had contacted them about doing some extra work while they were at our home. I was surprised when we returned to see that not only was the house's siding spotless but the extra work (deck and exterior stairwell) had also been completed. The company was prompt and responsive. Their customer service was very good. I have already recommended them to family members.

We were not home at time service was rendered. On inspection of the house, it appears to be a through cleaning. Items were replaced that had to be moved for the cleaning. We are pleased with the results.

Ended up costing extra on top of $180 I purchased the Big Deal for. At the end they did an okay job, it was just a misunderstanding about the money.

Larry Miller Inc. responded quickly to my inquiry about re-seating and replacing some fallen gutter guards in addition to cleaning, quoting a fair price which I paid via an equal offer for a slightly different service. A couple of minor communications problems notwithstanding, three techs arrived announced on an "any time" schedule and went about their work. On completion they took care of a couple of items with which I was unsatisfied: a badly replaced gutter guard and a small section of apparently uncleared gutter. Based on my limited ability to closely inspect the work and observation during fair heavy rain days after the work, a good job appears to have been done.

Service provider was scheduled through the neighborhood service program... company was very responsive to a short-fused request for a Tuesday appointment that was made the Friday before. Professional crew; Melvin was courteous and engaging and did a great job communicating with me about the work would perform. He also recapping what was done at the conclusion of the job and provided an assessment of the condition of my gutter covers for me. Hoses were neatly recoiled and the area left clean--overall a great job. Crew arrived about 45 minutes behind schedule for a 1200 appointment, but the delay was not unreasonable and did not create any inconvenience.

This couldn't have been any easier! I received an email from Angie's Neighborhood Services that this provider was offering an exterior power washing service for a house up to 2500 sq. ft. for $250. We bought the service and were almost immediately contacted via email by Angie's Neighborhood Services that they had received our payment and would be contacted about a scheduled service date. Within 24 hrs. we received notification from Larry Miller that we were on the schedule two days after the purchase! We were also told that we didn't need to be home for the service which was good since we were going to be out of town. When we got home after the service was completed, the house was washed and looked great. There were only a very few small spots of dirt that we could find that remained on the whole house. We were very happy that they were able to remove all the spots of mildew on the window surrounds and facings. Nothing was damaged, plants weren't trampled. We were very pleased - the price was certainly very reasonable.

When they cleaned the gutters, they just apparently dropped or threw the dirt, etc., on the lawn. No effort was made to clean it up or put it some sort of container. True, they did not specifically state that they would do that, but it does seem to me that would be good business, particularly considering the price.

The back of our house is adorned with a covered porch which may have restricted some access to the gutter. But the gentleman who did the job never told us . We therefore assumed that he could and would do it. It looks like as if not because we have water still overflowing on one corner when it rains.

Excellent service. Promptly responded to my email questions, and quickly scheduled service. When I got home from work, they had already cleaned out the gutters and for the first time in a few years the gutters actually flow now.

Overall, it went very well. The debris from the gutters was placed in plastic bags for disposal and the area around the house was left clean. The only issues was that one of the downspouts was plugged after the gutter cleaning. I assume that the service included downspouts.

Everything looks clear. Good job. I'd definitely use them again.

I got the gutter cleaning through Angie's List and I added those two services. They were here when they were supposed to be. They were very nice and they were very quiet.

I wasn't home when they arrived but they called me to let me know they were at my house. When I arrived home after they had already finished and left there was no mess or any damage. They picked up everything and put everything back where it belonged. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

Cleaning was great. Previously the gutters were over flowing during heavy rain, afterwards they worked great.

It turned out fine. They were very good about notifying me when they were going to come. They came when they said they were going to come. They were fast and clean and did the job well.
