The painting itself was well done and even with no paint mess. The company was difficult to get in touch with after we paid our deposit, but that may have been attributable to recent extra heavy weather in the area in the weeks prior. Nonetheless, I expected a better response than needing to make multiple phone calls to get a call back. The largest area I was unhappy with was with the debris (old wood with nails sticking out) and the damage they caused to my front yard shrubs. When my wife raised this issue with the owner, he replied and quot;it happens,and quot; and left it at that. Another issue was with the drywall corner/intersection repairs; after 3 months the drywall was pulling apart again so that service was a waste a money.

He's good. We have required colors and they buy those colors and they also - our house is cedar siding and they have to stain that. He's very careful about, because he, himself comes around and checks on the workers and has them clean up, where they have to.

Quality fit and finish is the name of the game and Kris has never let me down. I have used Kris' company more than once to paint the interior and exterior of my home. He has also added molding and other detail finish wood work. His workers are very neat, on time and professional. In my opinion, if you need your house painted right and on time then Kris' Painting Service is the company to use.

Kris's Painting has been my 'go to' provider for painting since they did work for me in 2008. This is the second time I have used them on the deck and it's primarily because of the quality of their work and the products they use.

Service quality was good, but communications with the vendor were confusing and needed multiple call backs. They didn't completely clean up the work areas, but overall it was as expected.

Great price, and the finished job was excellent. The weather caused several delays and it could be difficult to get a call-back, but overall I am very pleased with the results. They actually did a bit more painting than they had quoted.

We have hired Kris' Painting Service three times now. In each case, the quality of the power washing and painting was excellent.

The estimate process was just fine. I appreciated replies to all my queries as I asked for detailed information to help me make my decision.

Rather straightforward really. Well, what was a bit different is that 95% of our communication from start to finish was via email. I was not home when he came to do the estimate (decks are outside you know) or do the power washing. It was fine though, just funny that I never actually met Kris. Anyway, the process was fairly standard: power wash one day and seal and stain a few days later. We had rain to contend with, so the delay was a week. No fault of theirs. I was home for the sanding, sealing/staining. I was surprised to see 4 guys. They did a great job and worked quickly. My price included one coat. I totally feel like I got my money's worth. Good value.

I would recommend Kris' painting service to anybody.
