Description of Work: Jessie is awesome. So very nice and friendly. He mows over an acre of my grass and it looks even. Uses weed eater and blower too.

Description of Work: They have done clean-up, such as mulching and trimming.

Description of Work: I am using K&H Landscape and Grounds Maintenance. I signed a one year contract with them for seeding and lawn treatment.

Description of Work: K & H Lawn Services do our lawn maintenance and trimming. They were at our house mulching and trimming within the last two months.

Description of Work: I have been using K & H Lawn Services. They come every Friday to mow the lawn and edge it.

Description of Work: K and H Lawn Service takes care of my lawn. I pay annually.

Description of Work: They come and treat my lawn 4 times a year. They aerate it, seed it, apply insecticides, and do spot weed killing.

Description of Work: We needed some basic yard work done (trimming back bushes and ground cover). The sales consultant from K&H called the morning of our appointment to cancel, giving us less than an hours notice. We rescheduled and he came out, a few days later he sent the estimate but it was incomplete (only quoted hourly rate...not how many hours it would take to do the job). It took several more days to get revised estimate. I signed and sent contract in on a Tuesday I got an e-mail from the sales consultant Sunday night confirming receipt of contract and saying I needed to call their office to pay the deposit. When I called the office Monday to pay the deposit, the individual who takes payments was not there, so I left a message. Since I had heard nothing back from them, I called again the next day and the person was in the office, so I gave her my credit card info. But she informed me that she hadn't yet received the contract and asked if I could resend it. At this point I was fed up with their low level of customer service and how long the process had taken, so I canceled everything. That whole process took almost a month and we were no where near having any work done. There is an obvious lack of coordination within K&H offices and we were disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the sales consultant.

Description of Work: Tom came to our house to measure our lawn and sent us an estimate within a week. The cost for their turf program is reasonable. Their response time was excellent overall. I had made an appointment over the phone and Tom came in a timely manner. I was able to discuss with him the services K&H provide. We are talking to another lawn service company as well and haven't made up our minds yet on which service we will use.
