They are nice and communicative. Responded to last minute urgent call. I give B+ because i think the details could be better (eg dust on lightung fixtures that are eye level, not attended to, for a vacant house). . But they are flexible and willing to do more if you point out any details. I recommend them and don't Mund use them again in Ashburn.

I needed cleaning with very little notice, and Candy made room for me in her schedule. Candy and her brother did a great job cleaning my apartment, and even cleaned out my fridge! The were both very courteous - Candy handed me her card when she arrived, and texted me once she was finished (i had gone out on an errand). Very professional and good cleaners. I will definitely hire them again.

Overall was good. Charged me more than the quote price and that was because the tenant was so demanding.

They scheduled the appointment within two weeks of purchasing the coupon and arrived on the day scheduled. They let me know they were stuck in traffic and would be 15 minutes late, which I appreciated. We walked through the house and I let them know what I would like cleaned and what I would like done to each room. They got started right away and did an amazing amount of work in only three hours. I have scheduled them to come back.

.I called JC General Services LLC for an estimate to paint my living room, hall and staircase. I was able to schedule the estimate quickly. Jose was very professional, took measurements and got back to me with an estimate that day. We scheduled the time and he was very accommodating. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. The job took two days as stated. I was amazed at the progress when I came home. I have a high balcony with storage and they were able to move the multitude of boxes to paint which is not an easy task in such a small space. There were some cracks in the ceiling and wall that were repaired and it looks brand new. I had some questions and Jose was always available to answer them. Jose and his team did a fantastic job, my place looks amazing. They are courteous, professional, and provide top quality work. I am very pleased with the whole experience. While it didn't qualify as squalid, my house gave ample evidence of being lived in -- and poorly cleaned by -- a single guy. The areas I see got regular if infrequent attention with vacuum, sponge and rag but there were a lot of places I'd simply not noticed and it had been months if not a couple of years since its last overall full tilt scrub down. Through Angie's I purchased a 4-hour deep cleaning from JC Cleaning Services and contacted them by e-mail asking to set up an appointment. Candy got back to me right away and was able to come out that weekend. She confirmed her arrival time on her way over the morning of the appointment. She and her partner were very friendly and the state of my place as I pointed out the challenging spots didn't phase them at all. Some cleaning services seem to wipe things down with scented soap, pile things in stacks, and call the job done. Four hours of Candy and crew's efforts and my house was a new place. For the next several days my attention was regularly grabbed by the effects of their hard work and attention to details: How'd they get that rust stain removed from below the tub tap? It's been there since I moved in. Were these kitchen cabinet doors always this bright? They cleaned the rack and drip pan in my toaster oven!? Simply excellent service. I can't recommend Candy and JC Cleaning Services enough, and hope to have her return regularly rather than let the place grime up again -- now that she's shown me how clean it can be.

I purchased the coupon for three hours of home organizing for my husband here on Angie's list. The Owner Candy Baez and her brother Andrew arrived on time. We discussed what we needed done. She explained that we would take everything out of the closet and put it organized bins. I purchased them from Target in advance of her arrival. I was not sure what to use and we used all of them! They worked with us for the entire three hours and we got the whole job done. I have a full garbage can a bag for Goodwill and some stuff to give away on Free cycle. I feel liberated. I would use them again in a heartbeat. If you have that one room in your house that is accumulating clutter and you don't know where to start she will be a great help. She even works on Saturdays.

It was a great experience. She called right away to schedule my appointment and was very accomodating to my schedule. They were prompt and finished the job in the allotted time plus a few extra minutes due to a vacuum mishap. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone. If I had been staying in Virginia I would have used them ALL the time.

Company was lovely - they were very prompt and worked very hard. After I gave them a tour of the house they went to work - and thoroughly cleaned every room in the house. They spent over 7 hours cleaning (2 trips) my upstairs and downstairs...and I am extremely pleased. My house has not been this clean since we moved in 7 years ago. They moved furniture when needed, got under all the beds/furniture/couches, ceiling fans, corners top/bottom, bathroom crevices, etc. It was a great experience and I will be having them back. Worth every penny - and very nice people.

Candy was extremely responsive and able to work me into her schedule quickly, despite the holiday rush. She did a great cleaning, and addressed all the areas I pointed out at the start of the job. She walked me through all the rooms at the end to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Overall she was just very easy to work with. I plan to use Candy's service again at my new home.

I purchased service through Angie's List last week. Candy emailed me on Sunday. She came to clean my house on Wednesday. I am very pleased with the customer service. They did an outstanding job cleaning my house. They paid attention to details that other cleaners have over looked. My bathrooms have never been so clean. I highly recommend!

We had previously purchased a living social deal for house cleaning from someone else and couldn't get the service scheduled so we called and got a refund and looked on Angie's list for a deal. JC was much easier to work with, everything was scheduled immediately. We were very happy with the cleaning job that JC did. They called ahead of time and offered to arrive early. They cleaned our house throughly and even stayed an extra hour because our house is so big. We don't get house cleaned professionally more than once or twice a year, but we will definitely call them back next time.

I had an addition to the house done, and moved out of the house for a few months. Once it was done, I began the clean up, and called JC Cleaning for assistance in the clean up so I could move back in. They arrived on time, and worked to get my house move in ready. They did a great job, and took extra care in making a thorough job in each room. They were very friendly, and we ended up talking alot while they worked. I will definetly call Candy again.

They were prompt in contacting me to set up a time to come. They arrived on time and ready to work. They worked hard and addressed specific concerns I had. One problem that I often have with cleaning services is that there are a lot of tasks that they are unwilling to do. I end up spending so much time straightening up in prep for them to clean that it is more of a hassle than help. Candy and her assistant were wonderful. I had not straightened up from feeding the kids breakfast and getting them off to school. She put away all breakfast food and did all breakfast dishes, took care of pj s dropped on the ground. etc. I would definitely use them again
