I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and we have continued to use them. They have actually been out a number of times. They responded quickly after my Big Deal purchase. I had extra work done so there were additional charges. I would recommend them highly. They were prompt, efficient and friendly.

They cleaned our two main levels in about 3.5 hours. Very detailed in their cleaning, even windows. And, they cleaned UNDER the beds!! I was unprepared for that and a bit embarrassed when they took on our 5 year old daughter's room but, in the end, I was grateful and impressed. It was the best service I have engaged thus far and I am planning their return this month!

Purchased a big deal from the Angie's list, and contacted the provider to schedule a date for service. But it took a long time for the provider to return my call or email. I had to contact the Angie's List for help, and finally got hold of the provider. Candy was nice and professional, and her team was nice too. Their service was OK. They cleaned two levels of the house, just normal cleaning.

It was initially difficult as we had a hard time connecting, but once we connected and set a time it was an amazing experience. I will definitely use her again and would like to have her on a regular basis. The best part was the porcelain tub - because it is old it stains very easily. After the cleaning, it was amazingly white. I am not sure what they used, but they did a super job!!

Candy is very communicative, detail oriented and professional. She and her brother quickly and efficiently cleaned our house, despite starting in the morning chaos of my family departing for various activities. I definitely plan to hire her agan.

We live in a small townhome and had occasionally used one those maid services where a car full of women in uniforms come to your house to clean. I have several 'indoor only' pets and I was always worried that the maids would leave the door open and one of my cats or my dog would get out. I also wasn't happy with those other maid services cleaning, since they take no initiative whatsoever and I really wanted a company that could provide us with more personal service. I searched Angie's List and found great reviews for Candy Baez at JC General Services LLC so I set up an initial consultation. I liked her right away ~ she is very personable and professional. I expressed my concern about my animals and she told me that most of her clients have pets so she is very careful, which really put me at ease. She and her brother arrived right on time for the cleaning. My husband and I were thrilled to come home that evening and find our house spotless. Candy and her brother did a much more thorough cleaning than any of the maid services we had used before, and they even organized my step son's room which was a real mess! I highly recommend JC General Services LLC. Great people, doing a great job.

I purchased the Big Deal for 6 manhours of deep cleaning, including the oven, refrigerator and windows. I emailed and received a prompt reply and set up the appointment. They arrived on time and started cleaning. When I got home (husband was there when they cleaned) the first thing I did was look in the oven. It wasn't cleaned, nor was the refrigerator. I went to the bathrooms and the shower curtain and our hand held shower attachment (in both bathrooms) also hadn't been cleaned. I noticed the grout under our bathmat also still looked dirty. When I clean the bathroom I usually clean the floors with a "wet swiffer" or a clorox wipe. Just wiping the tile and grout leaves the grout whiter and clean so I don't think they even mopped in one bathroom. I also noticed a cabinet in the bathroom still had a layer of dust when I ran my finger over it. The top of this cabinet is at waist level so it is very easy to see and clean. This was the first time we've paid someone to clean our home and it will be the last. We were looking for a thorough cleaning above and beyond what we normally do in preparation for family visitors this summer and sadly we didn't get that. The house just didn't look as clean as when we do it ourselves. Also, since they left we have found several horse flies flying around the house. I believe they left our doors open for awhile and the flies got in. We are very disappointed in the quality of work.

They were wonderful. We were moving and I was coming from the new house to the old one and got stuck in traffic. They waited for me. Their work was just what they said, deep cleaning, dusting, mopping, the bathrooms were spotless, and more. They even helped me move some things out of closets so they could clean the baseboards. The house looked great for the new occupants. I am so glad we used them and we will continue to use them in our new house.

They were good. They definitely helped me with the cleaning. They did what they could do with the time that they had. They were really professional, nice and hardworking.

Very well. She did not clog my drains as ohers have by washing mops in bathtub. Condo was sparkling clear. I now use her on an ongoing basis.

They did dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, oven, and windows. They did a great job.

Contacted Candy to do move out cleaning at my 2 bedroom apartment. She arrived on time and the cleaning services were excellent. She thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathroom as well as the rest of the apartment. I will be contracting with her to do biweekly cleaning of my new home.

I contacted Candy as soon as I bought the deal, and it took her about 3 days to email me back. Not a problem, but not as fast as other reviewers had mentioned so I was expecting a bit quicker. They showed up on time and cleaned for us, and did a decent job. This deal was advertised as a "deep clean" which I'm not sure is really what I got, because some areas were definitely missed (the tops of doors, top of refrigerator, behind some furniture), but it was still a good deal for the price. I let them in and then went back to work, and they didn't contact me to let me know when they had finished, so I have no way of knowing if they truly did the full 3 hours, but I have no reason to think they didn't. I asked Candy when she was there if she could let me know her rates for ongoing cleaning services, and she said she would decide after she had cleaned and get back to me. She never did, so I emailed her again the following week, and a week later she got back to me. She quoted $160 every 2 weeks and $220 every month, which was higher than I got quoted from other companies so we ended up going with someone else. Overall we were pleased for the price, and Candy was very nice along the way.

They were punctual and did a thorough cleaning. They were very polite. Scheduling was also very easy.

Overall they did a very good job. Candy was very responsive and they worked very hard. Unlike other companies they were more focused on getting the house cleaned than watching the clock for how long they had to clean to meet the requirement. I will hire them again when we actually move out of the house.

Everything went great overall. Booking an appointment took a bit of time, but I had specific time constraints they were trying to work within.

Excellent, thorough job. Candy was extremely flexible in working with me to find a convenient day and time to do the work. I look forward to having them do regular cleaning on a monthly basis.

I bought an Angieslist deal for this cleaning company, as I was renting my condo. My tenant is allergic to animals, and there were cats in the Cleaning place before. So I needed a good cleaning. The appliances also needed a good scrubbing. There was some issues with them arriving on time due to a personal delay. There were about 2 hours late. I was worried since I had to get to work myself. However, three of them came and spent two hours cleaning. To be honest, they did a better job then I expected any cleaner to do. When my tenant moves out, I will use them again.

Overall it was great and I've had them back several times since. I can't say enough about how pleasant and hard working they both are. The bathroom was spotless, the kitchen counters looks like new, the dishes got done, and the dusting... there was a lot of dust due to some remodeling and two cats (no shortage of hair either) and they really busted their behinds to get it all. On top of the furniture, underneath the couch, everywhere. Even the trashcan was spotless. I honestly can't say enough, and I'm very comfortable having them over now too which is huge. I don't want to feel like I have to follow someone around and watch them while they work, which often I do feel because I'm paranoid like that. It really is a pleasure having them over and well worth the money - they definitely earn every penny! If there is ever a time they're running late (happened once due to traffic) she will call to let you know and give you an ETA or offer to reschedule. If you forget to schedule them later for the next cleaning you might get an email reminder too. =) Some may find it pushy, but I appreciated it as I hadn't realized how long it had been (about a month), and the house was due for a deep cleaning vs the maintenance cleaning we give it once a week.

My experience started out a little rocky - we had to reschedule twice; however, this company stayed in touch and were very apologetic. I needed their services so decided to hope for the best, and the best is what I ended up getting. I needed my TH cleaned from top to bottom after a move. I was at the end of getting all items out of the TH and they were willing and able to work around that. This team worked hard and diligently to make my home sparkling clean. They took care of 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, a dirty fireplace (I'm really sorry about that), wood floors... by the time they got through 4 hours later, my house hadn't looked that good since the day I moved in. They even found an item in one of the bedrooms I had overlooked, which was greatly appreciated. This couple was very professional and very sweet. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone at any time. I'm only sorry I'm moving out of the area or I would hire them for weekly services. I highly recommend their services.

They have been very professional in their approach. Both are very pleasant, courteous and polite. They are punctual, responsive to demands and suggestions. I would highly recommend them.

Candy and her assistant were great. They arrived right on time, and did a very thorough job. She listened to what needed to be done, and our concerns due to past experiences and followed through perfectly. We had them back yesterday and scheduled them again. Highly recommend them.
