They were good. They were really thorough and listened to what I wanted.

I purchased the house cleaning service and scheduled a cleaning for 12/24/13. The women arrived promptly and began cleaning the house without hesitation. The cleaning was standard - very good job. When they were done the contact person asked how I paid for the service and when I told them Angie's list they did not seem to have a record of the sale. I fortunately did. When I was able to show them the record it did reflect 4 hours of cleaning. They had not done 4 hours and she asked if there was anything more that I would like her to do. I really was satisfied with the work and could not figure out what I would have asked them to do for another hour and a half so that was it. I have no complaints. The work was very good.

Before I purchased service, I spoke with the provider and explained I would not need the service for as long as 6 months, since there was construction going on at property to be cleaned. I was told this would be okay. When I called to schedule the provider said that only one cleaner would be available, not the two I purchased for the cleaning. We settled that after conversations and emails. Then I was told that she was available only at 7:30am. I do not live at this property and that posed difficulties for me. Now I am unable to drive due to medical issues and must depend on others. I had been leaving messages with the provider since November and they had not been returned until I contacted your customer service. I spoke with Candy of JC last Friday after you intervened. At the time I was unable to pick a date/time suitable for me and I realize now I would just like to have my money back and start all over with another cleaning service. Any referrals would be appreciated. Thank you.

Candy and her assistant are incredibly thorough. I have them clean my house regularly after trying several other cleaning services.

They are an awesome group. They are very detail oriented, very thorough, and very responsive. After the Big Deal, I hired them for bi-weekly cleaning until I moved away.

I purchased this voucher thinking I could get the cleaning done soon, but they were so booked that they couldn't accommodate my schedule. So I used someone else instead. I kept the voucher thinking I could use it next time and kept communicating with them, however, eventually they still cannot accommodate my schedule, so I'm going to have to just cancel and get a refund.

Took a week to receive a response from the provider. There may have been a communication or system issue between the provider and Angies list. Can't speak to the level of service although they were very apologetic about the slow response time. I will give them another try at some point in the future.

I was unaware of the List's message service and had expected a direct phone or email response from this provider, without checking for messages I RECEIVED NO direct RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY WHICH I HAD SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED I THEN PURCHASED AND SATISFACTORILY USED THE SERVICES OF ANOTHER PROVIDER WHO IS ALSO ON THE LIST. AFTER PURCHASING SERVICE (WHICH I NEEDED TO HAVE PERFORMED WIHIN A WEEK'S TIME BECAUSE I WAS EXPECTING OUT OF TOWN VISITORS) I ACCESSED VOUCHER AND FILLED OUT PROVIDERS FORM INDICATING THEREON THE SEVERAL DAYS IN THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE ON ANY OF WHICH THIS COMPANY COULD PERFORM THEIR SERVICES AT MY RESIDENCE. I INLUDED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND MY PHONE NUMBER, REQUESTING THAT I BE CONTACTED WITH A YES OR NO ANSWER. NOT RECEIVING ANY RESPONSE I SELCTED AND USED ANOTHER COMPANY ON ANGIE'S LIST WHOSE SERVKICES WERE PROMPT AND OUTSTANDING. REQUEST FULL & PROMPT REFUND OF MY $125,00. Thank you.

The team did an outstanding job cleaning my home. They cleaned, removed dust from the blinds and furniture, vacuumed and mopped. The bathrooms and kitchen shined when they finished.

Two people came for about 2 hours. It turned out really good. They are very through. I was satisfied and hired them again. The cost was $125 each time.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it wasn't so good. One of the cleaners was sick that day, and didn't do that good of a job. We were getting ready to move out of the place, and the people who moved in, said it wasn't such a good job.

We purchased a coupon for two cleaners for two hours. I wasn't expecting them to clean our entire house in this amount of time. They managed to get everything done that I wanted them to and they even stayed a few minutes past the two hours to finish. I was pleased with the thorough job they did and I will be using their services again in the future.

Gentlemen was very pleasant on the phone and stated they could do the requested service, but due to abundance of work requests they were unable to honor appointments on 2 separate dates resulting in cancellation on day of service. They were willing to reschedule for future dates but my availability was limited therefore I requested a refund which was given.

Candy was great. She was very professional. If she lived closer, I would use her on a regular basis.

Great. Thoroughly cleaned bathrooms, under sofas, kitchen, etc... They did a wonderful job.

They were supposed to be there this morning by 7:15 am and did not show up until 11:35 am. It took them until 10:00 am before they called to tell me they were going to be late. The house was completely empty and would not have taken too long to complete. I only needed to have 3 bathrooms, the kitchen area including the appliances, and the laundry area to be cleaned. They originally said they were going to bring out 3 people and only brought 2. I had also bought all the cleaning supplies for them to save some time. I paid them to be there for 3 hours and they said it was going to take longer then the 3 hours scheduled. I also had to pay $10 hours an hour for my neighbor to be there while I was at work and now I have to pay her to be there for an entire day.

Candy and her team are great. Thorough, efficient, and pleasant...definitely plan to continue using them in the future!

They were very thorough, pleasant, and punctual

They clean very well, they are prompt, they arrive on time for the appointments and they are good not just with the cleaning, but also with the personnel. Usually, I'm home when they do the cleaning and they usually send just one person that has been to my house and this makes me feel better about not having to tell them every time where the trash bags are and that kind of stuff.
