+ -1 moreWhen we moved into our new house last year one of the first orders of business was putting up our new play set for our 3 young children. The problem was that our backyard was by no means level enough to safely put up the set. I searched online to find a landscaping company to do the work and contacted 4 places. The only person who even bothered to call me back was Ivan with I & S Landscaping. He came out and I showed him what we needed and he gave us a quote which we felt was very reasonable. He came back a few days later and did an excellent job of prepping the site for our new play set. It looked great and was exactly what I had wanted. We have used him for other services since because he's a nice guy and his prices are good.
Description of Work: We needed a large area in our backyard dug out, framed and leveled so that we could put up a new play set.

Description of Work: Ivan completed my irigation, seeding and fertilizing. I am now on a treatment plan which is very reasonable. He was also asked to do some other stone pathway work, which required special order stones. He did not inform me of the delay in getting them, but when I called him he called me back immediately to tell me he was still waiting on the company to deliver the stones. Great responsiveness and awesome price compared to multiple other estimates
