Description of Work: These guys were great! They came over to give us estimates. While going through the house, they gave us tips to do some of the work ourselves so that it wouldn't cost as much for us. They were then prompt with giving us a quote. Recommended!

Description of Work: They installed windows in my house about 20 years ago. I was washing them and one panel came out of the track and we could not get it back. Called them and without hesitation they arranged for one of their employees to come by on his way home, that day, and fix it. He arrived as promised and was able to take care of the matter. He put the blinds back in place and offered to reinstall the curtains! The company did not charge for this!! Wonderful people to deal with!!!

Description of Work: Mr. Ganley came to my house on 9/27 to give me an estimate for a 2nd floor window, 2 storm doors, and replacing a fogged window. He was very personable, and we easily decided on the style of doors and window, the hardware, etc. He said he would email me an estimate and contract by Friday or over the weekend. If I didn't get the email, I was to call him Monday because sometimes email filters were a problem. I didn't receive an email and called -- He hadn't sent it; he asked me to wait an hour. The contract arrived, itemizing the items and costs. The hardware wrong -- brass versus white -- but otherwise in order. I have an old house and the custom storm doors were going to be a lot more expensive than I had expected. I thought about it a few days and emailed him on 10/8 that I wanted to do only half the work this year, to send me a new contract, I'd sign it, and we could set up a date for the job. I never heard from him again.
