Great- they were very responsive, prompt, efficient and willing to work with us at every stage.

The whole process was pretty painless. Hodges has a nice showroom, and their sales team was knowledgeable and no-pressure. The fact that Tom had experience installing the windows they were selling was a point in their favor. They were quick to get me a quote, it was detailed, and I thought their pricing was fair. Everything was transparent in terms of the pricing. Their estimate for delivery time and installation time was spot on, and the team that was sent to do the installation was efficient and courteous. I really was dreading replacing our windows, but Hodges couldn't have made the whole experience any better. I highly recommend them.

Tom Langworthy initially came to measure windows and detail what was required. Tom, and everyone else afterwards setting up the installation, and finally the installers were great! Excellent. Hodges is a great company to work with, very professional, do quality work, are timely and overall just a great value and experience. We had 8 custom sized Marvin ultimate windows installed to replace our 20 year old builder grade ones which were worn out w/ rotting sills, whose seals had given way resulting in fogging, and draftiness. Spoke personally with the president, Mark Russo, who made sure everything went well from initial assessment, quote and proving specs and back-up diagrams etc for the HOA. They have very experienced crews that work efficiently and quickly to get the job done, one day was all it took. Crew cleaned up afterwards and the finished project looks top notch and windows function well. Other neighbors have used them and all were very pleased. Other companies I called for quotes seemed somewhat shady and concerned more with closing the deal quickly and negotiating the highest price possible. Hodges took their time, were all about the quality and making sure you received a solid end product, they seemed like a nice family business. They weren't the least expensive, but not much more. And with windows I would strongly caution against going with the lowest bidder because with windows you get what you pay for. Hodges was absolutely the best value for installation and workmanship. The Marvin windows they recommended are very well made, warranted and fit perfectly. We have more windows to replace in the next few months and wouldn't think of using anyone else. Thanks again!

All of the windows and doors had to be replaced in our home, I did extensive research and looked at 10 plus companies to do the work. I selected Hodges and they did a great job with our Marvin Windows and Doors. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top company to do their windows and doors.

Our family has done business with Hodges for over 30 years, and they continue to impress us with their service. All of their staff (we worked with Rafael and Mark in sales) are highly professional and customer-oriented. They gave us an excellent recommendation for a mason to remove our existing windows, and we are very happy with the door they installed. When there were issues with timely delivery of the special-order door from the manufacturer, they went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Hodges truly stands by its customers!

Worked with John Mendoza to make sure we replaced the widows which were direct glazed and wanted to maintain that look since the houses in my neighborhood are part of historic district of modern design. John and the owner measured and explained how they would install the windows which made me feel more comfortable that they would duplicate the original look and would now be insulated double pane window glass. The doror and window glass were ordered from Marvin windows. The installers Wayne and Crew did a wonderful job which took about a day and 1/2 . one window came in the wrong size but that has been rush ordered . Taken care of immediately by Wayne .That day ..This is the second time I have worked with Hodges and they are a wonderful company to work with

This was our first experience with Hodges. The quoting process was quick and as we were obtaining several quotes, we delayed in making a decision. During that process Hodges followed up but there was no high pressure sales methods which I appreciated. The price quoted was in the middle of the range of quotes we received. The installers that performed the work were very professional were very skilled. It was all done right the first time with no need for "repairs" to be performed on the work, a problem I have had with other home repair services.

Overall good experience. Price was competitive and much lower than Anderson, Pella, and others. Door was delivered and installed quickly. No complaints.

They were easy to work with, the price was good and we are very happy with our windows. We noticed small scratches on the glass of several of the windows that were installed. They immediately ordered replacements (the same day as installation) and replaced them free of charge. We are very happy with Hodges and would definitely work with them again.

It was great! We love them. They replaced 50 windows in our house and they did an amazing job. Mark Russow was our salesman. He was not pushy at all, showed us all of the options and was very patient with us. He worked with us to customize color options and made sure we got the best prices possible. The windows are beautiful and our house is warm! We are very satisfied.

One of the windows was cracked in the process of being delivered. They put it in temporarily and put some tape on it. We had to keep calling them back to check on the replacement window that they were going to put in. We found out what happened, it was there, but they had misplaced it in their warehouse. It took 3 months to get it straightened out. We had one of the windows converted into a door. There was an issue with a subcontractor they had putting in the door.

I'm very happy with my new doors! I was very impressed with this company - from start to finish they were very organized and professional. Everything went smoothly - from sales, to scheduling and installation. The 2-man team arrived on time and worked straight through until the installation was finished. I'd hire them again!

It's hard to find the right words for how wonderful this company is to work with. The initial visit was on time, Rafael listened to our needs and wishes, looked over the house and provided options. There was no problem when we wanted to modify our initial request, the changes were incorporated promptly and accurately. Once we selected what we were going to do, measurement was done promptly, ordered promptly, the windows arrived a little earlier than expected and the quality is excellent. The installers worked hard all day, and the job was completed in a single day, everything looks great, and the site cleaned up. The masons did an amazing job on cutting and patching brickwork. A couple of small problems that arose from our not having completed some preparation were dealt with efficiently and courteously. Overall outstanding company, and will certainly use them again should we need any other work done.

We did not hire them. I don't think we ever got an estimate from them.

Window replacements were done on time and with great attention to detail. They were very responsive to my questions and completed the installation over the course of two days due to heavy rains. A few weeks later due to my schedule and once again heavy rain in May they completed the exterior trim. I am very happy with the work done by hodges Windows and doors and will use them again for future projects

We have been systematically upgrading the windows and doors on our 30 year old house, and we looked at many vendors and installers before deciding on Marvin and Hodges. Each upgrade looks great -- so nice (and weather tight) that we don't cover them with curtains or blinds! Mark Russow and the team at Hodges are also very pleasant to deal with for customer and customer service questions. With information and explanations we can count on. Even though we are relatively small jobs each time, they treat us as important customers. This time we needed to coordinate with another contractor and we especially appreciated the facilitation on this job. AND, we can't say enough about the excellent installation work done by Wayne, Scott and Doug. We really appreciate meticulous effort and they definitely perform great work. The installation team was especially knowledgeable, well-coordinated and well-managed.

We reached out to Hodges to discuss replacing 20 double hung windows in our house. Tom Langworthy came out to the house a couple of days later and had a full proposal to us by the end of the week. Replacing 20 windows is not cheap, but for the windows we wanted (Marvin with 12 over twelve lights and individual wood mullions) the price plus installation was very fair. When the windows were shipped, Tom arranged for installation, and the crew showed up right on time and had the job completed exactly on schedule. We had one issue with the windows themselves, and Tom corrected the problem in the most accommodating and professional way possible. I give Tom Langworthy and Hodges the highest marks for their professionalism and impeccable customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Working with Tom, the sales rep at Hodges, was great. He was very professional throughout the process, brought samples, and invited us to their showroom to see full-scale models. The transition from the sales to installation team was a smooth process and everything was very well communicated. We have another window project coming up to transition two windows to a sliding door and we will definitely be using Hodges again.

Hodge?s team is awesome! We?ve used them for three projects in the past 3-4 years, and are about to embark on another project at our current home. Service and product is excellent, both pre and post installation, our estimator was accurate and had good suggestions, and the installers were on time and careful to avoid mishaps with the existing walls etc, . We would most definitely recommend them without reservation.

Because of the age of the house, they basically had to take the doors they were removing and re-frame all three of them. Two of them were steel basement doors to the outside and the third one was just a fire door into my garage. They did a very good job. They had to do lead abatement procedures too because the old door frames had lead on them. They were very prompt. They had two guys that were here doing all the work with the installation. A third individual, who was a salesman I had worked with then came out. I specifically requested that all three of the doors plus a kitchen door to the outside have dead bolts. He came in and put the locks in and it was all keyed to the same key. They were very responsive, particularly to all of the questions I remember asking about my different options. They were very good about leaving me all sorts of catalogs and things. We worked through the options and colors. It turned out that I had a little bit more restriction on my options for doors than it might otherwise be just because of the age of the house and the size of the doors that were in here already. It worked out really well. I did not really feel pressured. They said, "Okay. These are your options. Let us know what you want to do. We will be glad to work with you." I would go back and use the company again for other things. I'm pleased with the quality of the doors and the work that was done. They were very prompt. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

Things started out well. Rafael was very responsive as a salesperson and worked with me through all of my concerns. The price was competitive with others, and everything happened on schedule. The windows were installed quite quickly, requiring two installers to take two trips of about 3-4 hours each. The windows themselves are wonderful, high-quality products. But I had some issues with the installation, and with customer service after the installation was complete. I am left to conclude that the installers' quick installation was not a matter of professionalism, but rather lack of attention to detail, and that I should not have high expectations from customer service from Hodges. Below I list my complaints. 1) The installers removed the outside sill on one of the windows and did not replace it, leaving the underlying wood exposed to the elements. I discovered this a few weeks after install because the window is not especially visible from outside. It ultimately required a call to the president of the company to get this issue resolved, although once the installers were sent back to fix it, their service was quick and professional. 2) The hollow external sills added by the installers amplify the sound of raindrops during heavy downpours. This has made it difficult to sleep a few times, but fortunately it doesn't often rain hard enough and at the right angle for this to cause problems. I expressed concern about this to Rafael, thinking perhaps the installers could fill the sill cavities with spray foam, but I never received a response. 3) Most of the windows are poorly sealed. Now that the cold weather has arrived, I have found drafts around the perimeters of most of the windows that have required spray foam and caulk to remedy. 4) Most of the windows are at least a slight bit out of level and/or out of plumb. Not so much that it draws attention, but not the high-quality craftsmanship I had hoped for. A typical measurement is 1/4 inch out of plumb/level over a 2 foot span. 5) Little attention seems to have been paid to interior finish work. I am going to have to add additional moldings and sash lifts myself, the former because the windows sit higher in the frame than the old ones, and the latter because lifts were never suggested by the salespeople but the windows look odd without them. It does not seem right to have to do so much work myself, after paying this much for the job to be done. These problems may just be par for the course; who knows, maybe these guys are the best, but the best is just not as good as I'd hoped. Would I work with them again? I'm not sure. I do love my windows themselves, and Hodges seems to be the best option for Marvin products in this area.

This company replaced my front door and storm door about 10 years ago. Over the years the handle on the storm door corroded, and then the latch failed to work. I looked for replacements but couldn't find anything that looked quite the same. While cleaning files I came across the original receipt for the doors so I called them today to see if they had any recommendations for replacing the hardware. They said if I could remove and bring in the hardware they would see what they could do. They had what I needed. I asked who I should pay; Merry Christmas, he said. I have another door I need to replace. I know who I'll call.
