Description of Work: They did a good job drying and cleaning the carpet in my rental house in Silver Spring. The problem was the receipt. I paid upfront with a credit card as I live out-of-state. I requested the person who was in charge of the job to send me a receipt. For the past two months, I kept calling him and emailing him, numerous times giving him both my email address and street address but to no avail. The two Fs I gave for responsiveness and professionalism relate to the way the person in charge of the job responded concerning the mailing of the receipt. It appeared as if he were toying with me assuring me every time that he had mailed it and repeating my address to prove that he mailed it to the right address. He promised to mail the receipt to me three times, always assuring me that he would do so but he never did. Finally, last week,I called the number that appeared on my credit card transaction, left a voicemail message, and the next day I received the receipt by email.
