There were 2 guys. Very professional, showed up on time, finished in the timeframe communicated. Removed and cleaned all vent covers too. Very happy with our service!

The Team arrived on time. They were very professional and thorough in explaining the process - what they were going to do, how long it wold take, asked if I had any questions and answered them to my satisfaction. I felt that the team provided the service to my home with the same attention to detail and care as they would to their own homes.

They were very thorough and the price was $750. They did a lot of work and they were here all day.

Crew was late for the appointment. They explained that the previous crew left the truck practically empty with gas. Crew was polite and starting working right away. I was disappointed with one room with debris left on the carpet and one of the cleaning cylinders left a black circular dirt mark on our carpet which needed to be steam cleaned afterwards. Not sure I would use this company again.

Excellent. Two service men arrived early after calling and asking if the new time would be acceptable. They were neat, no shoes in house, located a problem with the vent pipe in a crawl space, repaired it, and removed all lint and other debris. Tested and retested the venting to ensure proper operation. Pleasant and professional.

The company owner was present and supervised the work. The crew was polite, considerate and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. The day was extremely cold so the crew did their best to minimize the inconvenience of having the furnace off and the front door open for their hoses. They explained what they planned to do and why they would need to do it. They looked for ways to complete the work while keeping my house clean. They used lots of drop cloths and the vacuumed all the areas in which they worked when the job was complete. I was very satisfied with the work and plan to use them again in the future.

Brian and Sasha were wonderful. On time, professional and very polite. They explained everything they were doing and we're done in the time they estimated. Will definitely be using them again.

I called the morning of Wednesday, 27 January and they were at my home that afternoon. They actually arrived early! Our appt. was for 2 PM and the came around 1:30 PM. They did an excellent work and they were very professional. We are definitely going to have them back next year to vacuum out our dryer duct work. I would highly recommend them!!

We could not have had a better experience with Duct Doctor today - Sacha and Kevin arrived exactly (to the second!) on time, were extremely polite and professional, and did an amazing job that was above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they completely clean out a vent that had *never* been cleaned in the 17 year history of the house, they also noticed that the seal on the vent had not been done properly in the first place and volunteered to install a proper seal for us. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who asks - one of the best experiences we've EVER had. Thank you!!

The duct cleaning team that helped us out was prompt, polite, and very professional. They kept me informed about what they were finding in our dryer vent as they worked hard to clean out several feet of crud in the line from a birds nest, which wouldn't budge from the dryer end of the duct and required climbing up a long ladder to clean it from the outside. They did a great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them out again if I have other ducting issues in the future.

Duct Doctor arrived promptly at their scheduled time of 8:00a. They got straight to work in cleaning the system for our townhome, and worked very efficiently. In cleaning the dryer vent, they discovered that the line was disconnected somewhere in the wall - no way I would have discovered this on my own! Technician was very helpful in explaining how he discovered the disconnect, and the need for the repair. While Duct Doctors cost is a bit higher than other providers you may see deals for, I think the level of service they provide is worth the extra expense. One bit of advice, as a new homeowner, I didn't realize how noisy the process would be. Being in a townhome, I think I'll have them start a little later in the morning next time so as not to disturb the neighbors so early in the morning.

These guys were great! Very professional. Recommended additional service (dry vent cleaning), showed me what was wrong and why I needed it and then showed me the picutres of all the lint/dust as it was being removed from our system. Thomas (one of the technicians) even showed me where my dryer vent tubing didnt connect all the way and let me know that it could be a fire hazard if someone didnt fix it soon. He secured the tubing the best he could (since half of hte issue was behind a wall and he couldnt reach it) and told me how to fix it once we could access the other end. I plan to use this company again in the future and refer everyone I know to them!

They were great. They showed up on time and stayed for hours until the work was completed. They were very professional and methodical. Our vents were incredibly dirty and had probably not been cleaned in ten years. Our daughter's room was starting to have a musty smell, and we were concerned about mold. The guys checked It out thou roughly, and said they didn't see any evidence of mold, so they didn't see the need to pay extra for the sanitizer. Our house smells fresh and clean now!I would happily use them again if needed.

cleaned all ducts, even the clean ones, but a bill that started at 400$ ended up costing twice that, So, too much. Otherwise they did a good job. Just too expensive

They gave such excellent service!! They answered all of my questions and explained in detail what they would do. The cleaning was VERY thorough, and they stayed 6 1/2 hours to make sure they had completed everything according to their high standards. I highly recommend Duct Doctor.

They seem to pressure a bit when pressed for questions. Be persistant. They are responsive. I had to have them come back out and they were helpful in assessment of issue and showing me coils after i asked a couple times.

I requested Thomas since he has come two previous times. As usual he (and his helper) were courteous, punctual, did a good job and didn't leave a mess. I have since hired them to take care of my parent's dryer and I referred them to my sister who was also very pleased.

Contacted Duct Doctor of Hampton Roads to clean the duct work on both HVAC systems. They were scheduled to complete the service on January 3, 2014. They arrived on time on the prescribed date ready to work. Everything was well explained prior to getting started. Anytime there was an issue it was brought to my attention and the a solution was given. They were very neat and thorough, all debris was vacuumed up and any articles moved were put back in place. Couldn't ask for a better crew, would highly recommend them.

The technicians arrived on schedule. They took care to cover our carpeting and flooring with drop cloths in all areas over which they placed their hoses. They used a very powerful vacuum system to extract dirt and materials from the system. The technicians were willing to explain their techniques and procedures as they went, which was very reassuring to us. They worked the house systematically from top to bottom, making sure to get all the way to the end of the ducts whenever possible. They were careful to avoid tracking dirt over our new carpeting, and they cleaned up after themselves . As they departed, they double checked to make sure the furnace was operating again, since they had to turn it off for the duration of the procedure. We found it to be a very positive experience.
