We like them very much. They are a very nice company and they do a good job. Our underground sprinkler system is very old. They do a good job of keeping it up to date and repairing. I have no complaints. In fact, they are ones who put the system in probably 15 - 20 years ago. So, they are very familiar with it.

The service they have provided us was very good. They come out every spring and every autumn. The quality of work was excellent. I have no problems with them. I’d recommend them to anybody. I don’t even call them. They call me and tell me that it is time to come out. They were on time.

I am generally very pleased with the product, and with the competence of the staff, for instance in the design of my system. However, they are located in Virginia, and I get hints that they don't have sufficient MD business to be fully responsive to MD customers' needs. This manifested itself, for instance, in difficulty in getting my service turned on last Spring, when a part went missing over the winter. Several visits were necessary (original attempt to turn on, visit by senior person to determine exactly what was needed, return to actually do the final turn-on) and I had waits of a week or more between visits, resulting in close to a month's delay in turn-on.

They showed up on time and were very efficient.

I have used Creative Irrigation for a number of years. They corrected a poorly installed lawn irrigation system, installed by the previous homeowner, and also installed my landscaping lighting. I have always found them to be very professional and courteous. They have always given me accurate estimates of work to be done and have done the work in an efficient and professional manner. They are quick to respond if I have a problem. Overall, great company to work with!

I have used the company for about 5-6 years. The staff is always punctual and very proactive. They always send me information about my system. They will send an email to let us know when they be in the neighborhood to see if it is a good time for us.

In short, it did not go anywhere! I am extremely upset and very mad at the inept handling of this attempt to do business with Creative Irrigation. You could not even get my email address right, leaving me hanging without knowing what was happening. After I called and you were finally able to get my e-mail correct, you send costs that are astronomical (actually doubled(!), totally unacceptable and completely wrong with what you quoted in our first conversation. I spoke with Office Manager, who defended the ineptness of the person I spoke with, and offered me a discounted price that was still going to be way over the original quote. If you choose to do business with this company: (a) You WILL overpay!, and (b) speak slowly and ask that all information be read back so you will know there was an actual trans I now have to try to find a company that can fit me in for Winterization/opening up next spring!

I have used the company for about 10 years and they have done a fantastic job. Their pricing is competitive. They are very reliable and provide high quality work. They keep to their scheduled appointments.

I have used the company for about 8-9 years. Their services have gone very well. They do a terrific job. Two technicians typically come out to turn on and off the irrigation system. The pricing is very reasonable. Thestaff is very reliable and professional. I have never had any problem contacting the company or scheduling them out.

Their services have gone well so far. I have been using them for about a year and a half. They go above and beyond for their customers. They will even repair the sprinklers whenever they need it. The staff is timely and prompt. The pricing is a good value for what they provide. They are credible company and that is why I hired them. They are very responsive and easy to contact.

How did it go? Where do I start? I had been looking for a new company to work on my sprinkler system and came upon Creative Irrigation & Lighting. So I will start by saying that I am very glad I did. And I will answer "How'd it go" by saying, very well. I couldn't be more pleased by the courtesy and professionalism that was exhibited by everyone involved. Their response to my initial contact was to ask me how urgent my need was, and even after I told them that it was not urgent, they still made every effort to have someone out to look at the system as soon as possible. When that occurred, not only were recommendations given to me for my thoughts, but I was listened to as well and one of my suggestions was taken as a better idea for what needed to be done. On the day the work was scheduled I was called and informed that a job before mine was taking longer than anticipated and I was offered the choice of rescheduling rather than waiting until they could finish it. I appreciated being given the choice rather than their just showing up late. I did so, for a short time after that, and they were there when they said they would be. As the work - replacing some heads; adding new ones; and closing off others - proceeded, they discussed various aspects of it with me and we made some revisions as we saw that they would work better. We knew this might occur and they made the adjustments to the initial estimate just as we had discussed. All the work was done with concern for my property and cleanup was performed when they were through. To make a long story short, when I need adjustments, maintenance, or any other work done on my sprinkler system, I will not hesitate to call Creative again.

They are super! The price is a little high but it is well worth the quality of their work.

They never followed up on the estimates. Their loss.

They did a great job. If you have anything above an "A", they get it. We were at a crunch with the rehearsal dinner that we had last night, I just ran out of time to do it myself and these guys came out and worked their buts off.

Tech showed up, even though it was raining. Dealt with flooded control box, and was able to get the existing sprinkler system working again. The back yard had to be disconnected - there was a bad valve, and a new fence that means the sprinklers need to be redone. So the tech capped the back loop, and took it out of the programming. Overall, quick and good service. I'll go back to them, once we get the backyard redone, and are ready for the sprinklers to be redone.

They did good work. They are very reliable and responsive. If they say they are going to be here they come. They come out and winterize the system in fall and then to get the systems up and running again in spring. If anything is wrong they fix it. I have no complaints about them at all. We have been using them for seven years now.

No complaints. The two technicians were very professional and nice...and they spoke very good English.

They did a wonderful job. They came in and was able to get everything done in a timely manner. Very professional, knowledgable, and efficient. There was slight problem in scheduling due to him being busy with another job but he was able to get the job completed. The wait was worth it and I would highly recommend his services to others.

When we interviewed three other companies, he was the only one willing to adapt to what we wanted. We decided to install the irrigation system right before winter, so we got a great price. He suggested alternatives, and was flexible, and creative. Everyone that works for him is professional and polite. They’ve always done a good job and we’ve never had any problems. I’d highly recommend them to anybody!

We’ve dealt with them since they started the business. They’ve been absolutely wonderful in every respect; take care of everything when they say they will.
