The annual service was fine; no issues. Leak repair is still ongoing. The biggest issue with Creative Irrigation & Lighting is their lack of communication. When you call, you never get a hold of someone and always have to leave a message that may or may not be returned. Emailing general email addresses does not produce any different results. I've finally been able to email an individual, Beverly, who has been very responsive and extremely helpful it handling everything from billing to scheduling service. Without her, I likely would've sought services elsewhere.

Overall, I was very pleased with the installation and quality of work. I received a few quotes and Creative provided the best value. My only minor complaint is that it was a bit of a pain to finalize the contract but everything worked out in the end. I believe they are a bit thin and busy which caused some unnecessary back and forth with the contract. But again, the services rendered were great and contract issues were finalized without much headache.

They previously completed sprinkler work for us and they and did not send me a letter that would have prevented us from having to pay for excessive water usage and we ended up with a water bill that was over $1,500. On a separate occasion, one of their techs advised extensive work to repair a sprinkler valve after removing the components and he misdiagnosed this as I brought out my tools and was able, from that, to detect that it was in fact getting power.

Creative Irrigation did a beautiful job on our landscape lighting! They also put in our sprinkler system and continue to deliver exceptional customer service! Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Although the job was just completed, we were very impressed with the system and professionalism of Creative Irrigation and Lighting. We can hardly wait for summer to set in and see the difference the system makes in the up keep of our lawn and consumption of water required to keep our lawn healthy and green. During installation the crew was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous to our needs and wants. We would definitely recommend Creative Irrigation and Lighting. We are thinking of hiring them to have some minor outdoor lighting done too.

Creative Irrigation and Lighting were punctual and did an excellent job installing our system. Not only were the workers and staff conscientious and hard working, but the front staff who answer the phones and help direct you are amazing. I had interviewed a couple of other companies for the job and to be quite honest, it was their phone associate, whom I was very impressed with in terms of their dedication to doing a job well done, who was my deciding factor in using Creative. Once the job was finished, they really took the time to go over the system with me and they do an excellent job on winterizing and turning on the system. The associates who do the winterizing are extremely professional. I wish more companies could model their sales and service techniques like Creative has. Hands down, I would select Creative Irrigation and Lighting for any of your irrigation needs!

The service tech was so friendly and polite. He took the time to knock and let me know when my service was complete. They are very good about arriving in the two hour time window. I would definitely recommend them.

This was the second experience I have had with Mike Hall at Creative Irrigation and Lighting. Both have been fabulously successful from both an operational and aesthetic standpoint. Beautiful lawns and plantings, no matter the weather, and lovely lighting. Many nice compliments from neighbors. Service, whether regular or unexpected, is terrific. These people are a joy to work with and the irrigation control system software is state of the art. Have recommended them over and over and am glad to do so here. They are justly proud of their creations and the value they add to their clients properties. Thanks Mike, Bryan and all the crews and office staff!

They installed my system over 10 years ago, and have done fall and spring maintenance every since. They're always here when they say they'll be here and get the job done correctly and quickly. This time, one of the sprinkler heads had broken, their techs responded quickly, made the necessary repair and adjustments, then, while looking over the system, noticed another defective head, which they also fixed. I'll happily use them for as long as I have this system, and would certainly look to them if I ever need a new one in a new home.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Mike replaced old lighting system with newly wired fixtures. They updated some of old system adding new lighting fixtures and it worked beautifully saving money Whole process was seamless and complete timely. Due to recent moves I hired about 10 different contractors for whole house renovation....frustrating. Mike made the best example of how professional should communicate and work with customers. I am enjoying beautiful outdoor lighting every day. Thank you, Mike!!

Both issues were addressed by experienced technicians who quickly saw the problem with the sprinkler head and installed a new one; then identified problem with the lights and got them working again. I was expecting to have to replace the lighting system.

Jobs were several years apart. Creative was originally highly recommended by landscape designer. After first installation entire neighborhood constantly complimented our home both for condition of lawns and plantings and night time lighting. Lighting was especially well thought out. Irrigation system was easy to adjust and any questions we had over the years were quickly answered/serviced. The second job was recently finished and presented some unique challenges. It is even more beautiful than the first and incorporates some new, state of the art technology. These people are extremely proud of their reputation and justly so. I highly recommend them!

It went very well. The service and work performed was excellent as always. We have been using creative irrigation for 9 years. They have never disappointed us. The invoice came in at 1/2 of what was originally quoted. I paid $300 and was originally quoted $600. That was a nice surprise! Thank you.

Creative Irrigation was awesome! They were the only one of four irrigation companies to actually provide me with an engineered drawing of their proposed system- as part of their quote! Responsiveness was excellent- all calls were answered, as were all questions regardless of how minor. Much to my surprise, this level of responsiveness was not provided from the competitors I dealt with. I needed a quick turn on the install due to my travel schedule, and not only did they accommodate and work around my hours, they checked on my new system to make sure it was running properly while I was out of town. Mike and Brian were both courteous and professional throughout the process, as was their team while working on site. They did a fantastic job of protecting and repairing my turf during the installation, and I'm happy to see that my yard is not all cut up and scarred. After receiving four quotes, and working closely with the final two options, I can honestly say that I felt that Creative was more interested in providing me a specific system to meet the needs of my specific lawn, while the other finalist was merely pushing a cookie cutter approach in an attempt to make a quick sale. In the end, I'm thrilled with all aspects of working with these guys and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an irrigation system. Bottom-line, they're responsive, professional, and will invest the time to design a system that will meet your specific need.

Experience was fair. Tech left a valve open on our backflow prevention valve that flooded our back yard, and when they came back out to address it the tech was pretty rude and unprofessional about the situation. No significant damage done other than inconvenience and unprofessionalism.

Not very happy with this service. I've used them in the past and last spring I scheduled a back flow test and they just forgot to do it. I got a notice from the city that my water is going to be shut off. They were nice enough about it and did come out and get the inspection done, so thought it was just one of these things. I then I tried to schedule a winterization and called 3 times to have it scheduled and no one would call me back from their scheduling department to confirm a date. They kept telling me, "I am on the list to get schedule, just can't give you a date yet". I was on the schedule in the spring when you forgot to inspect my backflow device, so what confidence should I have this time. Why is it a struggle to just schedule service? I started this process in early Sept, expecting that schedules would fill up quickly. Now waiting around to "maybe" get serviced from Creative, has left me trying to find someone that isn't booked up. BAD customer service....

Since having taken over from Allen Sprinklers, every year, there is some pipe broken or sprinkler head broken. Given the sprinkler system is old, i can understand that part. This year, they came by and the backflow device supposedly needs gear drive replaced. Since the technician doesn't have a new one on the truck, he puts an old one which has water leaking anyways. Meanwhile, a few months later (and 2.5 times my average water bill) they come by for repair and say they rebuilt the leaking backflow device but broke the pipes that lead upto this device. So, i have paid $390 for their service and repair and they send me an invoice for another $450 if i want repair work. Thanks, but no Thanks!

We did not and will not be using this company for a variety of reasons. They came to our home to provide an estimate to detach our front sprinkler system from our neighbors, get the system back up and running and possibly install a system in the backyard. Creative Irrigation came back to the home two more times after the initial meeting because they needed to look at the yard again and access our home…again. We made arrangements to ensure we were home to accommodate this each time. Not once did we receive a call or notice during those appointment times and no one showed. We had to call to ask where the worker was and were then advised someone had already been out and that they really did not need access to the home again. This was extremely frustrating to alter our schedules, per their request and not have anyone meet with us. Additionally, we were told the estimates were free as that is all they did, provide an estimate. They then began sending bill after bill and calling incessantly about their “fee for service”, but could never specify what service they provided. Very unprofessional company. I cannot imagine how they would be should we have hired them. Please avoid Creative Irrigation.

We have used Creative Irrigation since the early 90s when they installed our system. Crew are always on time and professional. We have never had a problem that wasn't corrected within a short timeframe and I would highly recommend them.

Where do I begin with this terrible experience. I asked this company to give me an estimate for some drainage work in my yard in late January. I received HOA approval in March and have been trying for 3 months to get this work scheduled and done. I call numerous times a week and they keep on saying it is on the board. I call the manager, admin, etc. nothing. No call backs no contact. Not a peep. Not to mention no one has space left on thier voicemail to leave messages. I am done with them and hope no one else.

They're very professional and provide quality service All the time.

I never called them back after getting put off by there phone manner.
