A couple years ago, I added landscape lighting and I was pleased with the installation and their on-going trouble-shooting and maintenance.

Description of Work: Called them to look into my sprinkler system that was not running. The appointment was made quickly to arrive the next day (2 of their technicians were in the area) with a narrow 2 hour window. | |They arrived about 15 minutes into that window. I explained to the technician what I had tried with no success. He quickly looked over the system, and flipped a switch behind the panel that I was not aware of making the system work again. He told me that the rain sensor was bad, but that they couldn't do the work today since they didn't have that part. Leaving the switch in that position wouldn't cause an issue, and he said I could call the office again to get an estimate. No charge at all. | |Although I didn't reach out to the company, 2 days later I had an estimate e-mailed to me with a tentative date. I had a few exchanges with the person to delay that work until spring turn-on, and got put on the list for notifications on when they would to fall winterizations. The responses were all professional and extremely quick. | |Very impressed overall. The estimate for the work as well as for winterization are standard for the area, but actually low for this level of professionalism.

Description of Work: They turned on my irrigation for the year. They ran the systeme to insure that all the heads were sound. They showed me where broken ones were and asked if I would like broken heads replaced and informed me of the cost.I Cost was @$ 110. The staff is polite and will show you how to run the system upon request.

Description of Work: I have been a longstanding customer of Creative Irrigation since the mid-90's. Brian, the owner, business has grown significantly over the decades. My services, of recent, have been for annual maintenance of irrigation system. |I rate the quality of his service and customer service by his technicians as above average. However, as a customer, I have experienced unprofessional customer service by an office staff. Unfortunately, this is permissible.

We have used this co. for annual maintenance of our sprinkler system as well as for repairs. It is a small family owned co. whose employees have been with the co. a long time; so we see the same techs, if not the owner, Brian. They are always on time and professional. Apart from a few minor gliches with staff last year, all has been resolved to my satisfaction. In September they resolved a drainage problem as well.

Description of Work: Creative Irrigation installed the irrigation system approximately 10 years ago and services it every spring and fall to start up and shut down the system. They have also repaired a break in the line caused by the core aeration done by the lawn service company. All is done professionally and in a timely manner.

Description of Work: They came for the seasonal irrigation shut down. It went very well and they were and are always very pleasant. I highly recommend their services. They have also put in outdoor lighting for me...I am very pleased with that as it's a subtle lighting yet serves it purpose without being parking lot luminescent.
