Description of Work: The service was performed according to the plan. But because I was not home, the technician didn't explain the service to my wife, nor provided a written report. I wrote to the company about this and was promised that the report is coming our way, but I never received. I know that our system has some issues, and was hoping the service will inform me the extent of the issues. Instead, I think all they did was to turn off the water.

Description of Work: They were annually managing our sprinkler turn on/off and have attempted to fix broken sprinklers. For the broken sprinklers this group could not fix our sprinkler box and broken sprinklers. We had to organise another group that did fix the issue.

Description of Work: Winterized the sprinkler system. Creative did a thorough job, as it always does. Excellent company. We have used Creative since 1993; over that time it installed two sprinkler systems and performed all maintenance at two residences. Great work at competitive prices.

Description of Work: Creative Irrigation had been out to my residence several times this year. My Septic system had to be relocated and it messed up their lines for my sprinkler system.
