Great! This is the second time we’ve worked with Alan and his crew. They’re perfectionists and managed to do all the work within our tight timeline request (before our baby was due) and they even came in under the initial estimate that was given for the work. The work was a little messy between the column removal, drywall sanding and woodwork but every one covered the space and cleaned up after themselves everyday.

He was very flip in his attitude. In other words, he would say, it's gonna cost ya $20,000 and had this take it or leave it type of an attitude and we didn't want to spend that much money. So, I was very frustrated because we tried to communicate with him where in any place could shave some costs and all he wanted to do was show us pictured on his iPad of the work that he had done. All that is all fine and good, but we weren't on the same page. He was the business development guy, I don't think he performs the actual work. He didn't take any measurements, just 20 or 25,000. I'm sure he does very good work. I just didn't like his sort of take it or leave it attitude, we have a small townhouse, but business is business. He was going to do more work than the others, but the price was still high. He was late, but he did call and let me know.

Alan and his team came in and quickly did a thorough assessment of my home. They clearly laid out what needed to be done, and did it very efficiently. Not only were the bathrooms completed earlier than I had expected, but Alan was more than willing to hop on the phone with me and explain everything that his team was doing to reconstruct the bathrooms. The results were beautiful, and I very thankful for the hard work they put in! I feel safe using all of the showers in my home now. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

It went very well. We had a full remodel for our kitchen and it was completely reconfigured. We had appliances, cabinets, counter tops, tiling, sink installation, the whole nine yards. The workers showed up on time and worked hard. They got it done and it looks beautiful. We've been very pleased working with Alan, the owner, and have even talked about hiring them for future work.

It was exceptional service. I was very satisfied with work. He was also very well priced. Our bathroom is way nicer then I thought it would be.

Click Construction really helped me out of a tight situation. I had just purchased a condo and hired a contractor to completely remodel the kitchen, bathroom, floors and walls by the end of the month when my lease ends. Turns out the guy I hired wasn't licensed in VA so with 2 weeks left in the month I had to find someone to knock the job out at a reasonable price. Alan and his team at Click presented a good price and as soon as we inked a deal a crew was at my condo, I was amazed at the speed and quality they were operating at. First day, all walls painted with multiple coats. Second day, all demo work finished including removing carpeting, old cabinets. New cabinets were arriving just three days after Click started work, and they had already removed everything and painted the kitchen to prepare for them. Cabinet work started immediately, Mauricio and Rony were seasoned carpenters, meticulous in making sure the fit and finish were to their standards. They finished in about three days, the cabinet set looks fantastic. They didn't rush any aspect of the job or make mistakes, but were professional and very expedient. Bathroom tiling was done with the same level of meticulous quality as cabinets, making sure that things are done right and not just fast. They were open to my suggestions and tried to accommodate everything I asked. Alan was available, if need be, after business hours to discuss details for the next day or the overall project. We stayed in close contact by text, and I appreciated his advice and expertise when things came up. Alan is a great guy, and doesn't make promises he can't keep. He was up front about all costs in the estimate, which is a very refreshing practice in home remodel. I will be moving into a beautifully remodeled condo this weekend thanks to him and his team at Click Construction, just 1.5 weeks from starting the work. One last point: there was nothing written about finishing in 1.5 weeks in the contract, this was purely because Alan saw I was in a bind and made it happen out of old fashioned trust and customer service. I will be using them in the future, really a five star job! Since they had done such a good job with the walls, floors, cabinets and faucets/toilet in the original project I decided to have them come back and redo the bathroom (paint, vanity light, mirror, wainscot trim, molding, wall cabinet relocation) and put in a tile backsplash in the kitchen. Once again, they offered a very compelling price and started immediately after an agreement was made, this time with a different crew of two. The first day they showed up at 8 in the morning, which was amazing. Marlin and his associate started work immediately, cutting tile sheets and making custom pieces for the layout of the kitchen. They were very careful and attentive to make sure the backsplash ended where I wanted, and worked quickly to lay everything out the first day. The tiling was very meticulous and filled every turn and corner with custom cut tiles. Day two: Marlin was very positive, and greeted me very excited and eager to make sure everything I wanted in the bathroom was pointed out. I went through all the things I could think of (just once) and left for work at 9am. After work, I came back and every little thing that we discussed was done in the bathroom plus grouting in the kitchen tile. There was not a trace that they were ever working, sawing, cutting tile, or painting- just the great looking finished kitchen and bathroom. The backsplash looks incredible. They cleaned up very well after working. Attention to detail was very much appreciated, like finishing exposed seams with white caulk. This project took only two days, which was also greatly appreciated!

After researching for a good construction company for a few months because I had a bad experience in the past. I was reading so many reviews for so many companies. I came across Click Construction and Remodeling here on Yelp and they had 4 ½ stars, I decided to contact the company. I was in contact with Alan within the hour via e-mail. I was describing to him my needs for construction, which was constructing a new half bath in my basement. Alan not only said they could do it the way I wanted but they could do it exactly how I wanted. In which, I originally wanted a half bath under the basement stairs. I scheduled a time for Alan to come out and see the space. After seeing the space he reconfirmed what I wanted complete was attainable. He did suggest a full bathroom with a standing shower could be better for the space. While it would cost a little more but it was not a pressured suggestion. I told him I would think it over a let him know, he understood and let it go. After having a few contractors come and give me estimates. I decided Click Construction was the better fit. I also decided to go with Alan?s suggestion of a full bath because it made more sense as I thought about what he said. In doing so I needed more space and that required my laundry room being moved. With such a big job in my head I thought that would be expensive but Alan assured it would not be and he came through with that assurance. Click Construction and Remodeling is one of the most competitive construction companies in this area. Throughout the remodeling process, it was great and effortless. I picked out the vanity, lighting, toilet, flooring and paint. It all came together beautifully. Alan is amazing, the energy he gives off and very positive and sprinted. Also, when you need him he is there for you to get in touch with him. He makes time around your schedule to meet with you. The guys he has working for him are nice, respectful and clean. They make sure they clean up or straighten up on a daily basis. When all said and done, the only thing you have to supply on your own is the toilet paper and paint. They think of everything that you may need. I would and will recommend Click Construction and Remodeling to family and friends. I?m thinking of even updating my upstairs bathroom now ;)

Helped us from beginning to end. Went to supply stores and was very patient and knowledgeable and saved us lots of money where we would have made costly mistakes. Our bathroom came out beautiful.
