Brooks replaced our near-30-year-old Trane heat pump that died on us. Their price was better than the other companies we contacted and they were also able to do the work sooner than those companies. They were professional in all aspects of the installation and we were extremely happy with their work. Unfortunately, an issue arose with the heat pump months later (through no fault of Brooks) and we needed to have the coils replaced. Brooks went above and beyond to fix the problem to our satisfaction, arranging for Trane to send new coils and then replacing them at no cost under their 1-year labor warranty. Brooks provided a 2-hour arrival window for the start of service and sent an email notifying us that the service technician was on his way, including his name and picture. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and the heat pump was working perfectly when he left. Brooks gets our highest rating and recommendation.

The estimate process has been good with them and they are being considered for the work.

I recently bought a new house and wanted to have my two heading and AC zones cleaned, serviced, and inspected. I submitted my request through Angie's List and I got a call from BVSM within minutes. After explaining what I was looking for, I was quoted what seemed like a very reasonable price for both units and was pleasantly surprised when I found I could even schedule work first thing the next morning. I was told our tech Geo would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00, and sure enough he was there promptly at 8:00. He was extremely courteous and professional and got right to work. He did an extremely thorough job and gave us a very comprehensive report card detailing the work that was done and the current state of our HVAC system. At no point did he try to sell us on unneeded services or extras (I've had this tactic used many times in the past) but did leave behind a brochure for an annual service plan that I will likely subscribe to. Given that my system is older, I want to ensure I have it inspected each Spring and Fall and will definitely be going back to BVSM for those services. And thanks again for Geo for doing an exceptional job.

Kenny and BVSM were outstanding. Kenny came out and performed a week-long air quality test as well as an HVAC system inspection and assessed all of the ducting. He gave honest feedback (ducts didn't need to be cleaned, system was adequately clean and not the culprit) and provided 3 recommendations of varying pricing after receiving and providing the air quality test results. His 20+ years of industry experience showed in all aspects as we discussed other HVAC and ducting concerns that had been plaguing us in a new house. These guys are my go-to HVAC company.

Kenny was the HVAC technician who arrived a bit early for our appointment. He was very professional and performed the service maintenance check-up for our AC unit. We also reported a noise that he discovered was a fan motor setting that was set too high. He adjusted the problem and there has been no repeat of the fan motor noise. We purchased a yearly maintenance agreement for service. We look forward to working with BVSM and highly recommend their services.

I've used BVSM for several years but I want to highlight my most recent experience and how they "saved the day" making a repair to the furnace in a home I was selling the very next day. The buyer was conducting a final review of all systems and the furnace was shutting off unexpectedly because I hadn't recently replaced the filter. BVSM responded to my "panicked" call and immediately showed up at the house and diagnosed and corrected the problem. They assured the buyers that there was nothing wrong with the furnace and the sale went through without issue. Their responsiveness and professionalism is unmatched in the HVAC business.

All is well. Tech was 20 minutes late, but called to let us know he was running behind. He serviced our unit. Found a defective part. He did not have the part on his van so he drove to Leesburg to pick up the part. He returned in 30 minutes to replace the part. I recommend BVSM for anyones HVAC needs.
