+ -1 moreRoland Hook responded immediately and arranged to visit a couple of days after we contacted him. He arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. Bottom line, he provided some terrific recommendations. He thoroughly evaluated the basement for wet areas. His recommendations were very helpful and we are now implementing them. There was no pressure whatsoever to do more than was really necessary.
Description of Work: We engaged Basement Detective to evaluate our damp basement and provide recommendations to resolve our problem.

Description of Work: Roland, the estimator and job manager was really nice and very knowledgable. They put in a new interior french drain. They were on time and polite. Did a very good job over all. Some dust inside and rock outside that we had to clean up but all in all a very quick and professional job.
