Bonnie worked hard to earn my business after evaluating two other companies. However, she mentioned multiple times how busy she was. I was not in a rush to have my kitchen project completed, but I started the evaluation process in February. She mentioned we were looking at May. I said that was fine. After 3 visits to my house to review the details of the project, I was ready to move forward and sign the proposal. In her updated non professional proposal (written up in an email, no formal breakdown of costs and services), she advised me to write her a favorable Angies list recommendation and mentioned the job had moved out from May. In my experience, she may be good at what she does, but she is overwhelmed with the business she has and doesn't have the business savy to communicate well with potential new clients. She wasted over a month of my time. Bonnie is an artist and not a business professional.

Great. The cabinet refacings too a little while to come in and be installed. The whole project took 6 weeks so it's not something that can be done over a week or so. Her installers did a great job. They were clean, quiet and competent. Two of the drawers didn't fit correctly but she fixed that pretty quickly.

The quality was very nice and my kitchen looks brighter. I highly recommend this company for factory finish furniture and/or cabinet painting. Bonnie gave a fair price and didnt try to sell me more than what I needed.

She was very professional. She talked to me about colors and I feel it is going to come out nice. She was speedy and on time. We are looking forward to getting the doors back next week.

Everything was done for a fraction of the cost of refacing. It is beautiful. I wish she would be available in Denver when we move.

After meeting with Bonnie, she was great at working within my budget and timeframe. The staff who performed the service were on time and professional.

Bonnie took her time explaining how the process would work. She was patient when I had a hard time making a decision about colors and she gave me a great reference for a company who could build a custom wine rack for me. Her crew came in and took my cabinet doors off and brought them to Bonnie's shop for painting. She mixed custom colors and brought back sample doors with several paint color options so I was able to choose a color worked with the lighting in our home. Once we chose a color, the crew came back and painted the cabinet frames and attached decorative end pieces to the cabinet frames. Because of the bevel on our cabinet doors and the fact that we had pull out drawers in our bottom cabinets, hinging was challenging and took some experimentation. Bonnie was diligent and found a solution that worked.
