Alex is very professional and well skilled in his trade. He has painted my whole house and did a great job. He repaired even some areas that I overlook to point out. Very reliable and detail oriented. Highly recommend.

I have used Alex several times both inside and outside of my house. I always get a quick response when I call them and can count on an outstanding job. I don't recall the exact cost of this work, but I believe it was around $500. The closet is very large, like a room in itself. Also some of the holes to be repaired were very large because the old hardware had actually ripped through the drywall because I had overloaded it with clothes and shoes. I was very happy with the work.

It was good. They responded very well with everything. I would bring them back again if I have a bigger job for them. They're paid by the hour for a worker because what they'll do is they'll give you a cost, an estimate but then they finish up or do what they think is complete in their work, it depends when it would be complete but if you just tell them what have to be done and then make sure it's done, then you got them there for a duration. A lot of these guys don't give you an estimate, they'll do all the work and then they go, that's what people had told me, you know how to deal with Latino type of mentality. It's just the way they operate, they look at things and they underestimate a lot of time and then they realize they're at a certain point and then that's about it, you won't get some of the things that maybe he understimated so you just pay them by the hour and they work good. So the whole point there is, you're getting production constantly they take part in the job and they know they are getting all paid. They got accomplished what I wanted and it was done good and it's high quality. They're very responsive, they're here in the morning and leave at night.

I \would recommend him, he does a really good job. He is very knowledgeable. He had to replace some of the wood on the house due to carpenter bees.

Alex arrived on time and we immediately discussed the work. Within a couple of days, he provided the extimate, and we scheduled an appointment for the work to be completed. To our delight, he arrived early in the morning as promised, and he worked happily on the task with confidence and ease that comes from many years of experience. Alex worked in a very professional manner with all the tools of his trade, the work was done in a neat, dust free, clean, organized fashion. After the next day, the basement apartment looked like new, and we noticed that he evened the dry wall and repaired the exterior door so that it would close properly and quietly. He did not install the vents and door knobs as we requested and he gave us time to answer all our questions and address any issues we may have had. The clean-up was excellent! We are very happy with his work!
