Yu has been a godsend for our first renovation/remodeling. She comes highly recommend through a friend that does house-flipping for a living. Yu listened intently to our project objectives and came up with thoroughly prepared implementation plans. Her skill and know-how in the project, as well as her contacts in the business made the renovation considerably less daunting. Yu plans hewn closely to our timeline and budget. I would recommender her without any reservation.
