Wilmer Flooring

The provider quoted me $2100 for the work on September 29th and wanted to do the work right away. I was not able to get the work completed at the time and he contacted me again on October 4, 2023, stating he could complete the work that weekend and offer a $300 discount and he only accepts cash or Zelle. I agree to get the service completed on October 7, 2023. He sent me picture of the completed flooring and informed me the flooring has a 10-year warranty and 1 year warranty on the labor. I made 2 payments via Zelle. on February 9, 2024, I sent photos and a video showing where the flooring was lifting in the same area that the floor was supposedly repaired. I informed him that the flooring needs to be repaired and he stated he would repair it next week. I sent follow up messages on February 10,11 and 12th. On February 12th, he said he needed to order the flooring. I followed up again and then on February 14th, he said the flooring was ordered. I followed up again on February 29th and March 1st, via call and text and he said he was driving, so I asked him to contact me later. I followed up again on March 2nd,4th. On March 4th, he said he would fixt it the same week and only provide a 2 hour notice before arriving. He never provided notice or arrived. I followed up again on March 10th, 11th, 14th, 25th, 26th, stating I need to get the flooring repaired and still no response. I would like a refund for the work so I can hire someone else that can complete the work correctly or complete the repair this week as I have been waiting for over a month to get this issue resolved.
