The man that I spoke with, Alexander, hung up on me twice and told me that I was annoying him. Then, he blocked my number so I couldn't call back to cancel my appointment. I tried to ask questions regarding their packing services, and Alexander yelled at me for having to repeat himself. He was so busy yelling at me that he wouldn't listen to the questions I was asking which were not answered in the email price quote he sent me. He yelled at me and argued with me so ferociously that I pulled the phone away from my ear and I could still clearly hear him tell me that I was annoying him. He was impatient with my questions and yelled at me over the phone. I would never, ever call them back even if I could.
