This is actually for usa clean master. who has changed thier yelp info to avoid horrible rightful reviews. DO NOT USE USA CLWAN MAATER!!!!! they ruined my Couch. it smells horrible!!! over a month since it was cleaned. I asked the day of cleaning if the smell would go away and was told it's just because it is wet. It never went away. My 5k couch which is only 1 year old smells like wet dogs! For 3 weeks they told me they would come out to declean if then today told me no that they don't guarantee smell!!!! They also ruined one of the Cushions. It immediately turned a nasty grey color and when I asked about it the day of cleaning I was also told it’s because it’s wet and will go away. It has not gone away! The cushion is stained gray As a result of their cleaning and sticks out like a sore thumb compared to all the other cushions. Not to mention the service tech smelled like weed.

Most horrific experience with carpet cleaning company ever. I thought I had hired a local company, Reston Carpet Cleaninf, but the phone is answered as USA Clean Masters. Booking easy, attendant on time. That's where anything positive ends. I was quoted a special price I was told of $147. I explained clearly on phone that I needed master BR and basement cleaned, and from prior experiences I know basement size counts as 2 rooms. Booking person acknowledged this on phone. When attendant arrived I asked him to call me to confirm the rooms I needed done (I was at work, sitter at the house). The tech told me his service order was 2 rooms, asked if I was paying cash or credit and suggested he 'could work directly with me' to do the extra room. I explained repeatedly the quote WAS for 3 rooms. Then he said there were pet stains (which I told booking agent) and price would be $250 because I needed deep cleaning not steam and inferred if I didn't do deep cleaning my carpets wouldn't look clean. I told him I just wanted the service I was quoted to which he laughed and said 'ok, I'll rip up your carpets.... nah just kidding'. OMG. I called the office and got USA Clean Master who told me there were no managers I could talk to. Then they told me they spoke with tech and would offer me a special price of $210 to do a deep clean. The tech was at the house for a little over an hour. And never left an invoice. I called back earlier this evening to verify name of company that actually did cleaning to write review and I never got straight answer. So since they answered phone without usA Master Clean that is where I'm writing review. The basement was halfway decent. Other areas not so well. I forgot to remove rug at top of stairs landing so apparently tech 'cleaned' around it. Instead of asking person here to move it! Pic posted. Granted the carpets are old and due to be replaced soon, but I'm not even sure they touched some areas. At all. And I actually took Resolve to one spot they left and it came clean. AND I paid the higher price for a deep cleaning. I felt extorted for money once they were here and when I balked the tech was not happy and I wonder if that is why my carpets look like they haven't been touched. Avoid. Other Reston area carpet cleaners that do much better job and are more professional. And yes, these are AFTER pictures.

We had several broken pipes in the crawl space under our home. The leaking water caused puddles of water and foul odors. Usa clean master technicians extract the water, sanitized and deodorized the space, leaving it clean and dry. It wasn?t an easy job to complete, given the nature of the area. These guys were extremely careful to keep debris out of the way by using protective sheeting.  The service was excellent, fast and the price was fair.  I highly recommend this company to anyone having water damage in their home.

My story started as a nightmare. My 7 year old gave a bath to his trucks. The next scene is taken out of a movie?overflow bathtub with water travelling down the stairs, down to the main floor. My home was flooded..yikes. I freaked out. I called usa clean master, and they came right away.

The technician came to my home, estimated and gave me a very reasonable price and I allowed them to start the work to dry my home. They did everything necessary to properly dry my home as fast as possible. The technician was very friendly and took me through everything that need to be done and answered any questions I had about the work.

They dry out my carpet, extract the water and checked for mold with some special tool. Very thorough.

 I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a water damage in their home. Thank you USA clean master

We contacted USA Carpet Clean and were given a quote over the phone after being very explicit about the issue. We were quoted $109 and were told if it needed a more concentrated solution, it would be $129-$139. On the date of service, the provider arrived 30 minutes after the two hour window and never acknowledged their tardiness. One worker (not Al, the main technician) smelled like cigarettes because he was outside smoking before coming in - an odd choice when coming to clean and deodorize. Both technicians were courteous and efficient. They wore booties and ran a hose from the basement to the upstairs to avoid needing to bring their machine through the house. They were personable and even entertained my overly energetic puppy. The stain was removed and, a few days later, the smell has almost vanished, the best result we've had so far. So on work done, I recommend Al and USA Carpet Clean. On cost, based on the extremely off quote given, I wouldn't use them again. Finding out it's going to be almost double the original quote after they arrive for service isn't a good look. Between that and the issue with timeliness, I'll likely look elsewhere when we have our carpets cleaned this spring.

UPDATE: After reading our review, we were contacted by Jonathan at USA Carpet Clean. He investigated the situation further and was able to tell there were some issues in the way we were quoted. He was quick to offer the very fair resolution of refunding us the difference to meet the original quoted price.  With the price meeting our original expectation, we have adjusted our ratings to reflect the work done at the adjusted price paid.  It is clear that this is a company that finds value in the impression of the customer and word of mouth business, and we appreciate the gesture of issuing some money back, despite a job well done by their technicians. By taking the initiative to make it right, we will absolutely consider using USA Carpet Clean later this year for our carpet deep cleans.

I had a leak from my ceiling. I called USA Clean Master and they came out immediately. Greg and anther guy came out and started looking for the source.They cut out some dry wall and located the leak.
Greg called a plumber that he works with and he fixed the leaking problem. During this time, Greg and his crew explained exactly what they are going to be doing, how long will it take and a breakdown of the costs. They did a great restoration job drying out the water damage. 
These guys are amazing. Fast, professional and polite. I will use them for sure in the future (Hope not) and will recommend them without thinking twice.    

Our bathroom had water damage coming out of our tub. I called USA Clean Master for an estimate. My first impression from their call center was very good, I quickly got an estimate and it was significantly cheaper than the company my insurance company gave us.  I booked the job with them and they came within a couple of hours, constantly explaining me that water damage must be dealt with quickly to prevent mold growth. I appreciated their honesty.

 

Two guys came in to do the work.  They were very professional and did a great job with the damage removal.  They also did an impressive job cleaning after themselves, they even wiped down the floors from the front door to the upstairs bathroom, and this was just WOW.



USA Clean Master definitely deserve 5 start for a job well done.



Because of their quick respond, needless to say, I didn?t not have any mold problem. Their responsiveness saved me major $$.

I had a small fire in my kitchen (cooking is not my strongest side).  The walls were disgusting, and the smell was very strong.  My insurance company referred me to usa clean master, and I'm sure glad they did!
The rep on the other side was very nice.  He told me what to expect and sent out an estimator.  They gave me a full and detailed descriptions of what needed to be done. The timeline worked great for me too. I know NOTHING about home repair and asked a lot of questions. They kept answering and being nice at the same time?.how can I not write a good review.
The results were fantastic.  You couldn't even tell there was any fire, it didn?t even smell.  They left the house in better condition than before the fire damage!
The best part by far was the fact they put me at ease throughout the entire ordeal.  Having a fire at your home is a traumatic and emotional event. They manage to just fix it all.
I can't recommend them highly enough.  Great results, great staff, quick response!

We?ve recently decided
to renovate our kitchen ourselves (how difficult can it be?). When we started
to take down the cabinets we discovered mold, and lots of it. Pure nightmare!
We were shocked and very upset knowing that this project is now going to
increase our budget drastically. We were also concerned for our health, not
knowing how long we have lived with this mold.
We researched online and
called a few companies. USA clean master were the first to reassure us they can
handle the situation professionally. The last thing we need is for a company to
come in and do half job, this will only going to cost us more and leave us with
the problem.
Al arrived with his team
that same day. He did a full examination and inspection and explain how the
remediation process will happen. He was kind enough to answer ALL of our
questions and didn?t rush us at all.
We?ve decided to proceed
with the remediation and booked the time for the next day.
The team came dressed
for the job. Masks, gowns and the works.
At the end, the mold was
gone, a third party came out to inspect, and we could continue on with the new
kitchen we always wanted.
And?their prices were so
reasonable that it didn?t increase our budget as much as we thought.

I contacted a company called "DC carpet cleaning.com" and when they showed up, they provided me an invoice from USA Clean Master. When I called to get the price discrepancy cleared up, it was with USA Clean Master, so this is who I am reviewing.
The reason for the low rating is this company's pricing strategy is intentionally misleading. When I called "DCCarpetCleaning.com" to get information about their services and price estimates, I gave a description of my room (130 sq ft, dirt from common wear and tear, no pets) they told me that carpet cleaning is $69 per room. The person I spoke with, David, made no mention of steam cleaning or deep cleaning. When the technician showed up a few days later, he said I would need a "deep cleaning" and that it would cost $140. The only explanation he gave is they use different chemicals. Given I had already emptied the room of furniture I went ahead and had the room cleaned since my options were limited. It got the common foot traffic dirt out. These are the results I expected since this was an otherwise clean room, with no pet stains or unusual usage.
I called USA Clean Master and asked for a price quote for "steam cleaning" they said it was $99. I asked them why I was charged $140, and the person I spoke with (Alex) said he would have to elevate this to his manager. About a week later I was credited $40. So, I essentially paid $100 plus my time on the phone trying to get a straight answer. If they would have been up front from the beginning - explaining the difference between "steam cleaning" and "deep cleaning" and giving an honest estimate for each, I would have no problem recommending this company. But based on my experience, I found the first sales rep to be intentionally misleading and quite rude when I asked for an explanation. I have no idea how they came up with the $140 quote, and I can only assume the tech and the sales rep split the difference. The folks at USA Clean Master were helpful after the fact in dealing with the overcharge.

I have wool carpet that my pet had an accident on. I had gotten most of the stains off myself but wanted it to be professionally cleaned because it's a rug a care a lot about. Because of the type of carpet it was they had to take it to their facilities. The person who picked it up said it would be a week so after a week we called and they said that the first person was incorrect and that it would be two weeks. So we said ok, another week went by and we heard nothing so we called again. This time we were actually given grief for calling again and were told that they had no idea what was going on with our carpet. This took 3 hours before they could figure it out and for them to call us back. They said they hadn't been happy with the cleaning and so were going to reclean it before delivering it. Again, I will say that we had to keep calling them to get information about our property instead of them ever contacting us. We were planning on leaving a negative review before they delivered the carpet because of their poor customer service and when we requested to talk to a manager they said one would call us back and never did. 
Upon delivery my carpet is more damaged than it had been before they took it. There are dark spots and lines in a number of different places and were they tried to scrub it (what you shouldn't do to a wool rug) it seems  the carpet looks more worn. When I stated this they said they could try to clean it onsite or if that didn't work they would need to charge me to bring it back to the shop. 
I of course called to complain and all they said was that they wouldn't be able to even call me back for 48 hours.

Job well done in a professional way, technician was very polite but came 15 minutes late without notifying, not too dramatic.
Price was very fair for the quality of the service provided. I would probably use their service again in the future.

They did a wonderful job - punctual, polite, and seemed to be a good job thus far.

Greg (from the Rockville office of USA cleanmaster) was excellent. The 2-man team worked efficiently and thoroughly. Our office carpets were in desperate need of a thorough, deep cleaning and they did their level best to clean them as thoroughly as they could. The only disadvantage of such a deep clean is that the carpets were not dry by the next day, which caused a couple people's alergies/ asthma to flare up. So I will try to schedule for a Friday night in the future.
Most old stains vanished. Fred was a joy to work with- very pleasant, courteous and trust-worthy. I feel no corners were cut and that we got a very very good service for our money. We will definitely use them again in the future.
