Description of Work: I found Mark here and contacted via email. He responded quickly and was available to come in a few days. In four hours, he fixed sticky front door that won't close without force, replaced kitchen faucet, disconnected water for ice maker, discover why my dryer was taking forever to dry, and installed blinds for window. He was quick and cleaned after his work. He explained what's wrong and how he is fixing the issue. He shared tricks of trade and was very helpful. Nice to find a reliable handyman close by who is also affordable. I would definitely hire him again. I think his expertise is flooring but he certainly can do more.
