This company was recommended by a top rated window/ door installer. Mr Choe came over several days after contact (he did not tell me he was coming but just knocked on the door and luckily I was home). I got an estimate for insulated siding, capping and gutters. Their estimate was a little below a top rated place I had already gotten an estimate from and was planning to go with, but Mr Choe had also said he could cap my porch roof supports which everyone else said they could NOT do (This part of the capping he did himself and It took him a lot of work). Now, I have no more painting of any trim. I also had tyvek wrap and tape. I choose the Certainteed CedarBoards for insulation and the reduction in sound provided, but all these increased the cost a fair amount. Once I signed the contract, it was about two weeks and they began. We had a two day delay due to weather. There were some challenges with communication, but we made it through. Any questions I had were answered cheerfully. Mr Choe also coordinated with the door installer who is going to install new entry and storm doors, to make sure everything was capped correctly. Mr Choe also had to work around the current deck which is going to be replaced. He told me that I should call him after the new deck is installed so he could come back and make sure it is all good. He left me several pieces of the siding. This all took two and 1/4 days. His team works well and Mr Choe was here most of the time. The house looks great.

They could communicate better. The work was very professional. It was hard to set anything up through e-mail because his English was not great. They got everything done in less time than I expected. They generally cleaned up the grounds, it wasn't a 100% clean, but it was much cleaner than I expected.
