Unfortunately Tradition and in particular, manager Trent Wahl, did not act professionally in this engagement. The original rough drawings were interesting but not exactly what we wanted. Nonetheless we provided detailed descriptions of the work to be performed and asked Tradition for estimate ranges including a couple of options that we may or may not do, based on their cost. Tradition refused to provide even rough estimates and would not leave their drawings behind for us to expand upon or consider further. Months later after we had architectural drawings done by another respected firm, we provided those back to Tradition for a bid. Tradition declined to bid on our project after having been eager before. Overall a poor experience with this division of Tradition Homes.
