+ -1 moreExcellent customer service. With our measurements in hand, we were able to have our closets all drawn to scale on a custom software programs by one of their closet representatives. Great suggestions and plan. Unfortunately, WAY overpriced. My husband elected to do them through a home improvement store for a fraction of the cost with comparable quality and look.

+ -1 morePreviously, I had been weary of tackling my master bedroom closet. Reading reviews on Angie's helped me make the decision to "do it myself".
Description of Work: This was a self-installation. However, I used the on-line tool (on their website) to get a basic closet design. The design was sent back to me in 2 days. I then went to the local store and had a few design adjustments made. I placed the order and within 1 hour all of the parts were pulled and loaded into my car by their staff. The shelving product was easy to install and the finished product looks just like the closet design they created for me.

+ -1 moreWE RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE--IT WAS EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. WE SPENT ABOUT HALF AN HOUR IN THE STORE WITH AN EMPLOYER WHO DREW UP PLANS FOR OUR CLOSET BASED ON OUR MEASUREMENTS. THE PLANS HE DREW WERE ABLE TO GIVE US THE ADDITIONAL CLOSET SPACE WE NEEDED.
Description of Work: WE HIRED AN EMPLOYER FROM THEIR STORE TO PLAN/ORGANIZE OUR CLOSET SPACE SO THAT WE COULD INCREASE OUR SPACING TO ACCOMMODATE ALL OF OUR CLOTHES/SHOES/ETC.
