Description of Work: Rip out existing black top drive way Install a new wider concrete drive way (new grade) install drainage and a new window well

Description of Work: Steve Hadley (as a part of a team of contractors that was organized by Home Energy) removed an 25+ year old deck and the topsoil of the entire back yard of our townhouse - poured footers for the new deck posts; prepared the gound for a slab that covered the entire back year; poured the slab; in coordination with the deck builder finished the paving and installed flagstones on the entire backyard except for small areas for flowerbeds. The process took place over several days; each day he (and/or his workers) cleaned up the work site and areas surrounding our backyard; arrived when they promised, had all the proper tools and equipment; took care to minimuze the damage to surround lawns (as they hauled rocks, concrete and flagstone from the trucks to the back yard - a distance of about 100 feet. Our back yard is the lowest point in our community so the hardscape had to be sloped enough to cause rainwater to flow away from the house into the french drain running behind the house. That drainage system had been installed by our homeowners association. Overal, a highly progessional, prompt, on budget, beautiful disign and excecution of what for us is a superd hardscape; with flawless coordination with the deck designer/builder.
