It was perfect! Gentleman was professional, on time, and did a great job. Now, we have a new faucet which made us happy.

The salesperson was very condescending during the whole process. I wanted a high velocity a/c system installed and this was the only company that responded. They did a bad installation job. I think they did a worse job because I don't live in an expansive area, but I didn't get a discount for the poor installation. All of the vents and the intake were put in horrible places. I didn't realize what a bad job they did with vent placement until I had lived with the system for awhile. They didn't ask us about if we had furniture that would block the vents before they installed them. Even though they tried to sell me a service plan, they sure didn't seem like they care about repeat business with their work quality. My house is hot all summer long and I am stuck with a poor performing, expensive system.

Service was never performed.
Description of Work: I wanted exterior faucet replaced due to a bad leak and replace a broken faucet in basement. The company called to let me know it no longer services. Now I have to call Angie's List to get refunded.
