Description of Work: I broke my mower mid season and had a hard time getting anyone to come mow for me. It took Sean a while to get to me, but he gave me a good price and the lawn was mowed and edged the same day. I am very impressed with the level of service. His crew will be doing some weeding and mulching for me in the near future.

Description of Work: They provide lots of services and the consumer selects what they want and the frequency of service. We needed some additional unusual services which they provided after their busiest time of spring clean ups. Sean is a very nice person who wants to please his customers.

Description of Work: They did a lovely job mowing every week. They edged at the same time and blew the driveway, stairs and walkway. Anything special they did eventually and then did a great job. It just takes a while for email requests to be answered and phone calls are never answered. The workers are great and reasonable in price.

+ -1 moreSean's is always punctual, professional, and responsive. They even took full responsibility and repaired a glass table that was broken during one of their calls.
Description of Work: We use Sean's Yard Service monthly for a rental property we have. Sean's mows the lawn, clips, rakes the leaves in the fall, and cleans gutters twice a year for us. The $25 is reflective of the lawn service only and it's a very small lawn.

+ -1 moreI have signed a yearly contract with him, as he is so good. He is very responsive to my emails. I can tell him through email as which bush needs to be trimmed and which one does not. He replies confirming the same within 24 hours.

Description of Work: We use Sean's Yard Service on a contract basis to clean up an other property we own. Their service is reliable and reasonable in price. Part of the contract includes the removal of leaves in the fall--no small feat in this particular wooded Arlington neighborhood. They did an incredible job. Not a spec remained.
