Renata has represented us int he purchase of two different homes. For the most recent one she helped us search for a house off and on for approximately two years. We finally found the right house in January of 2015 and closed in March. She is always quick to help set up tours, explore the neighborhood, and provide any relevant sales comps data. I was a first-time homebuyer looking for an agent in 2010. Although I knew the general area in which I wanted to live, I did not know must about buying a home (I read a "how to" book, but that was it). My husband and I do our research and always interview a number of people whenever you start a project. So, we spoke with a number of agents, but none were as friendly, accomodating or knowledgeable as Renata. In our first phone call, a few months before we moved back to the area, Renata spent about a hour on the phone answering my questions and asking me about what we were looking for. She then followed up with us when we came back to Arlington. Her conscienciousness really impressed us. That, coupled with her knowledge of the area, convinced us to work with her. My husband and I had a time limit in which to purchase the home, but this did not discourage Renata. She listened to what we wanted in a home and only showed us homes that met our criteria and were within our budget. She never once showed any frustration with us (and our pickiness!). She showed us homes at night and on weekends; she really worked around our work schedule. Renata definitely knows the Northern Virginia area and helped us to narrow down our search to a couple of neighborhoods. She found us THE house within our time limit and budget the first day it was on the market. There weren't even any pictures posted yet, but she knew that it was the house for us and took us to see it that night. She was right! She then helped us through all of the steps to purchase the home and made it as painless and stress-free as possible. We are very careful who we recommend to friends, but have no qualms about recommending Renata. We know she will do a phenomenal job for whomever she is working with. We have since recommended Renata to a number of friends and they all have had the same fantastic experience. I HIGHLY recommend Renata to anyone looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and more importantly, HONEST agent.

Renata Briggman is an excellent real estate agent. From the first time that I met with her, I knew that she was the right agent to help me find a condo in the area that I wanted. She took time to really find out a lot about my interests, hobbies, wants, and must-haves, and then she started identifying places for me to view. When I found the place that I wanted to buy (in exactly the area I wanted with all of the critical specs), she then helped me negotiate all of the steps to closing. She saved me hundreds of dollars with her recommendation of a home inspector, and she helped me find a loan officer who offered me a more competitive financing rate. Renata is extremely customer service-oriented, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. I highly recommend her.

Renata is extremely conscientious and professional. We recently used her services to purchase a condo in Arlington. She knows the market extremely well, has connections and great deals with the accompanying services needed (title company, lenders, etc). She was able to get everything taken care of in a very tight deadline and made the whole processes very painless. She is a hard worker and is looking out for her client every step of the way. We are NOT first time buyers and she is by far the best Realtor we have ever used.
