Reliable was able to come on very short notice - just a day or two. The day of the job, they were slightly delayed by their previous job, but called ahead to let me know. When they arrived, they worked hard and efficiently. They were responsive and didn't try to charge me any extras. Also very personable. An excellent experience. I recommend them without reservation.

The set-up for this appointment was quick and pleasant, and the work was done as promised. We will definitely call Reliable again in the future -- Arlington, VA

We called for an estimate. They were very professional and friendly. Said they would come out the next day and haul items away around 9:00 a.m. Showed up promptly at 9:00 a.m., loaded the items, and they were gone in less than 5 minutes. Sent us a bill, which we paid promptly.

They did a good work. They were courteous and neat. They sent us a receipt at a punctual manner. Overall, their services were excellent.

Great experience - Kyle called when he arrived (I was not home at the time), confirmed pricing and explained the reasons it was at the upper end of the range he'd quoted over the phone when I described the job to be done. Unbelievably, I had to email him to ask for the invoice so I could pay him - hard to imagine in this day and time!

It went very well. A crew of 3 came and left the place spotless in a very short period of time. Everyone was courteous, prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent. He came assesed the situation and the job was done in 15 minutes. nothing damaged great job! No more stress. He did not even charge for a whole hour! I would definately use this company again!

Gave me an estimate. Arrived on time. Loaded the truck with various items of junk. Worked quickly. Pleasant guys (2). I was very pleased and think the cost very reasonable.

I scheduled Reliable Hauling a week or two in advance. They came when they said they would. The second time I used them, they came slightly early. Got right to work, and put all my debris in the truck. Then cleaned up after themselves.

This was either the 3rd or 4th time I've used Reliable Hauling. I called Kyle in the a.m. and he was able to get by that afternoon. Kyle has always returned my calls usually within the hour. This time I had purchased a new sofa and delivery did not include haul away. I had to get the thing out of the house that day! Since he was going to be taking the sofa away I had him take several other things as well. I have always been very pleased with Reliable Hauling. Cost seems to be in line with other hauling companies. I was really pleased to see that they also do handyman services. I'm going to try them for that as well. Kyle is clearly a businessman who understands good customer service.

Kyle was easy to contact and I was able to schedule an appointment within just a few days - it would have been sooner if I hadn't requested the job to be done on a Saturday. Kyle and his helper were very courteous, punctual, and quite reasonably priced, considering the size of the load they took away and how quickly they worked. They even swept out my small garage; something I hadn't requested or expected. I will absolutely call Kyle whenever I need to hire someone for hauling.

Really nice guy. Pleasant, professional, quick. Only complaint is that he arrived late- previous job ran over. He did call to keep us posted, but was significantly delayed. Would use him again absolutely- just probably be prepared for him to be late. He has a service background and it shows in how professional and pleasant he is!!

I emailed Kyle and received a prompt reply. Kyle and crew arrived when scheduled and loaded their truck to the brim. They worked quickly and efficiently, and charged me a very reasonable fee for a fully loaded truck.

They are prompt and reliable. They keep their appointments and are very hard working. They are a good company and I recommend them.

The first time we used them we needed to clear out my mother-in-law's appartment after she passed unexpectedly. There was a lot of stuff, including a king-size waterbed. They were responsive to our calls and punctual. They were easy to work with even with odd-sized stuff. We used them again this past fall and had another good experience.

They did a wonderful job and it was very reasonable. They were very courteous. There were some difficult items to get out and they were very good about that. They were able to get the stuff out without damaging anything. We will definitely use them again.

Kyle is great - he heads one of my favorite service companies. He and his team are quick, efficient, very nice and professional and I think his prices are good. Highly recommend him.

Contacted the owner and told him the work that needed to be done. His handyman, Miquel Quiroz, contacted me and made the appt. to look at the work and provide an estimate. Had to reschedule because of illness, but followed up promptly and showed up as scheduled. Saw the jobs - explained the work he would do. Got the estimate from the owner shortly thereafter and scheduled the work. Miguel showed up with one helper and the helper began working on the ceiling patches while Miguel went to Home Depot to get molding to go around the attic access (he had decided that the old molding might get damaged when removed and so wanted to have new on hand). That was a minor glitch and did not cost time, since the helper could proceed with the patchwork. Over the course of the day four coats of the patch material was applied to the two location - one where there was a hole and additional falling plaster, the other as ten foot long crack in the plaster. Between coats they worked on the ladder, which included removal of old ladder, frame, and molding and then replacing same. The new metal ladder also had to be cut to length after it was installed. In all they were at my home for over seven hours, the last segment waiting to put on the last coat. I did not have them come back to do the light sanding and re-painting of the two patched areas as that is work I normally do myself. The quality of their work was excellent - I especially appreciate an attic ladder that closes tightly (the old one had a spring that had sprung). Our ceiling also looks a great deal better, the one crack having been visible for ten years despite my efforts to do spackle type repair. Miguel is friendly, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The owner is responsive - this is the second time I used the company (other time was for hauling). Overall just a great experience to deal with a reliable company for stuff that is normally just a hassle to deal with personally.

I thought that it was a good price. My interaction with them went well. We talked over the phone, arranged payment and they picked the junk off our front porch. It went perfect. They were very professional and they delivered exactly the service that we agreed to.

They were excellent and the best company that I have ever dealt with. Also their pricing was very reasonable. they were prompt, efficient, helpful, and went the extra mile. they recycled materials for us, donated items for us, and hauled junk to the junk yard for us. They were friendly, intelligent, and customer oriented. They were thorough, competent, and cost effective too.

Kyle was on time and called ahead when he was en route. Don't let the flat bed truck with stakes fool you: Kyle had all of my furniture and other stuff on that truck - no problem! He and assistant worked fast and safely. Kyle is a nice guy. Best of all his price was right

Wow! On time, hard-working, fast, sensible, helpful. Kyle even tightened the connection on my gas dryer so I could do laundry -- waaaay beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend Reliable Hauling and General Services.

It went very well. They had a couple of guys come in and they worked very fast.

We are cleaning out our basement after 38 years of dumping stuff down there that we "might use again someday." Almost everything had to go. Kurt and his 2 men arrived within the time parameters he'd set out and within 2 hours and 10 minutes, he had filled his truck to the the brim with our unneeded treasures and junk. He and his men were very patient while we peered into boxes and bags to assure ourselves that we did indeed want to get rid of things. There was a fair amount of debris on the floor and they cleaned that up also. They did a great job and we'll have them back to load another truck soon.

I called on Friday afternoon, August 20th, and they were able to schedule an appointment the next day. The service window was 3 - 5 pm on Saturday, the 21st. They showed up a little after 3:30. The owner, Kyle, was there with a team of two men. They were all friendly and courteous throughout the process. The rear projection TV was an older model and was about 5' tall. They removed it from the house without any issue. The stairway to my front door turns at a right angle. So, they were unable to move the whole TV down the stairs. They disassembled the TV on the front steps, and then removed it. They cleaned up the area around the stairs. They were also nice enough to take a set of small shelves that our trash company did not pick up. I was pleased that they were able to do this on short notice and in a short amount of time.
