Kyle Clifford and his assistant happened to be near my neighborhood when I called this morning, and he was able to give me a very reasonable quote over the phone and come over within the hour, which was great. They came right on time and were very careful getting these items out of my home. Kyle is very courteous and pleasant. I am very glad that I hired him, and I recommend him most highly.

Kyle Clifford and his assistant were just spectacular! I'd rediscovered Kyle (here on Angie's List) ten years after he'd first done a huge hauling job for me--removal of an apartment full of furniture. I sent an email and received a phone call from Kyle that day (like finding a long-lost friend!) and we made arrangements for him to pick up two chairs that I no longer needed in my apartment. There was no talk of "Well, it's such a small job" or "We'll have to fit you in for a job that small", only Kyle's trademark enthusiasm and eagerness to be the best at what he does. As scheduled, Kyle and his assistant arrived (early!) for the job and were in and out of my apartment within 5 minutes. The remaining 10-15 minutes was consumed by conversation in which I learned that since starting his business 10 years ago, Kyle had not lost one iota of his enthusiasm and appreciation for providing the best, most efficient service for the customer.

From start to finish, the operation was fast and efficient and done in an atmosphere of friendliness. Mr. Clifford even helped us to load what we were keeping into our car, and offered any other services we might need. We were very pleased with Reliable Hauling and would hire them again without hesitation.

This was the second time I used this company to haul away trash and old furniture. Each time they showed up on time, quickly loaded the junk onto their truck and took it away without muss or fuss. The prices were very reasonable.

The quality of the work was first class. He worked steadily all the time. AND he cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend .

I have found Kyle and his crew to live up to their name - RELIABLE. I have also found them to be reasonably pricecd. I would not hesitate to recommend them, whether it be just hauling junk to the landfill, taking items to charities, or light local moves.

I am a satisfied and repeat customer, as I have used Reliable Hauling approximately three times over the past three years. They have lived up to their name. The owner Kyle, and his assistant, are reliable and fast workers. The first time I used the service, Kyle hauled away a disconnected commode and a door. On two other occasions Reliable has moved items from one storage unit to another.

They showed up on time and hauled everything I asked them to. They were easy to communicate with and did left the place not just with less clutter, but clean. The did exactly what I asked and then went above and beyond for a reasonable rate so I would definitely recommend them to others.

They called to let me know about the timing, and arrived when promised. Even with my house a mess from packing and getting ready for a move, they took their shoes off to help keep my floors clean. They work fast and get the job done. The owner works right along with his crew when the clients are in a rush. It's a great company!!

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Kyle and his crew were absolutely the best from start to finish - I was moving items from an overseas shipment in storage to a short term storage facility. They were on time, highly organized and proactive about thinking through the logistics (we had to go through 8 large crates of household goods).This very detailed job was all accomplished and the move completed within 6 hours (including 1 hour driving between storage facilities). Kyle made this really difficult job a pleasure to have completed together.

What a treat to work with this company! We were moving from our house and had some leftover furniture to get rid of. Found Reliable Hauling from Angies List and wanted to give them a try since they had so many good reviews. I feel so lucky I did that! They were able to give me an estimate over the phone and within a matter of hours, they were hauling away my stuff. Very efficient, courteous and polite, they introduced themselves as they walked in, and everything went smoothly. In fact, I had an additional small table that Kyle moved for free because it was a rather small one but he could have totally charged me extra for it since that was not included in his original quote over the phone. He chose not to, I think that says a lot about the man and about the company as a whole. The most important thing is that he had no idea that I found him through Angie's List so he had no ulterior motives when he spared me the cost of that extra table. Thank you Kyle, will definitely use your company again!

My husband and I had moved into a new home and had alot of big boxes and other random items that we needed hauled away to make room in our garage. Kyle was very accommodating with our schedule even for a day that was quite busy for them. We believe he charged a fair price and he came promptly and removed everything we needed. They were fast and efficient, we would definitely use them again in the future.

Fine. They came exactly when promised, with in a few days of the call. they were willing to take more than I had originally discussed . Personable and interesting people.

They pointed out damage to my furniture that I had missed. They were in and out in less than an hour. Very reasonable price for the work done. I will definitely use them again

These guys were great. They were very pleasant and helpful. They picked up a washer/dryer in Arlington on time, and brought it to my DC home, where they had to put it in the basement. First, they brought the old washer out and set it in the alley. Getting the new washer down the outside basement steps was a challenge, but they figured it out and did it' quickly. Then they connected the washer and dryer and made sure it worked. I hadn't even asked them to do it. They just connected it as a matter of course--to my delight. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work.

Kyle (the company owner) promptly answered our phone request, arrived as promised, (with his assistant) loaded all items to be hauled into the truck. We have no complaints and certainly plan not only to use this company again, but also to recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

Setting up the appointment was efficient, they called the day before to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would use their services again.

Kyle answered his phone promptly and was able to come the same day. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the couches. The actual cost was at the lowest end of his estimate. He and an assistant removed the two large couches in a few minutes. He was polite, professional and I will use him again in the future.

I was given a window of between 10 a.m. and 12 Noon. I received a call shortly after 10 a.m. to say the would arrive at the storage facility in a half hour. I went to the facility to wait for them, and in exactly a half hour, they arrived! They efficiently emptied the storage locker, loaded everything on their truck, drove to my building, and brought everything up to my apartment --all in less than an hour. I would recommend this company. They are efficient, timely, honest, and reliable--a company well named!

We contacted Reliable Hauling and Services to clean out our garage and patio before a home inspection. Mr Clifford made an appointment to do the work on one day's notice. He arrived promptly, did a very thorough and very neat job. He and his helper were very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. They indicated that any of the cleanup items that could be recycled and/or reused would be so handled. We were very impressed with them and have recommended them to our friends, neighbors and our realtor.

They called when they were leaving to get to my house and were prompt. They were very careful with wrapping the glass. My friend reported that they followed her precise instructions for getting to the loading dock in her building and the cabinet was delivered without a flaw. They did an outstanding job!
