I have used Kyle many times over the years. As always, this most recent time he arrived on schedule and very quickly removed all the debris in less than half an hour. Kyle is always pleasant to deal with and gets the job done quickly, as promised and with a pleasant attitude and solid professionalism. I will continue to use his company in the future as I have in the past.

Kyle and crew arrived on-time and removed every scrap of wood debris in less than 20 minutes. Always a very professional, courteous, and thorough company to work with. The prices are very reasonable when you consider all that you get. He's not just a dumpster service. He brings along plenty of help and will carry your junk or trash from point a to point b and get it out of your life! You don't have to lift a finger! I've used their services several times and will continue to do so.

Kyle did a great job for me on several occasions. He was always available by telephone and was always punctual. He hauled away a lot of junk for me at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend him.

Kudos to Reliable Hauling!! Excellent service; from my initial contact to the completion of the job, my experience with Kyle and his team was above reproach. Kyle was friendly and helpful on the phone, he and the team arrived punctually, moved a very large, heavy, and cumbersome, broken-down recliner sofa, which had to be further dismantled, and a two-shelf cabinet from the third-floor without any scratches on the wall. I also was quite impressed with their punctuality. I was provided with a window between 11 a.m and 1 p.m. At 10:45, Kyle called to let me know that they would be arriving in 10 minutes. We have used Reliable Hauling & General Services for snow removal since the Fall of 2013. They've done a great job for us -- they're very communicative, told us exactly what services they would perform, communicate by e-mail when snow is expected, and show up on time, each time. They agreed to use the ice-melt we provided instead of salt. They cleared ALL the snow that we requested in a very efficient time. Their rates are lower than our old snow removal service. We highly recommend them for this service, and based on their work we would hire them for other services such as moving or hauling.

He was responsive, it cost what he estimated, and was on time.

Reliable came six different time over a period of four months. Each time they were on time, very efficient, took the time to handle any recyclable items carefully, but worked rapidly. We loved the idea of some items being recycled rather than dumped in a landfill. After the house sold, they removed the "staging" furniture. Not one mark was made on the newly painted walls and several items were big and difficult to remove. They made sure to clean up after they removed everything from the garage. This is the second time I have used Reliable Hauling and both times they exceeded my expectations. When I move, I will use them again and have already given their names to friends. They also have had a good experiences with Reliable. Kyle is a great person to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had researched all of the other bigger name haulers and there was no comparison in customer service and pricing. Reliable Hauling 'felt right' to me when I talked to the owner Kyle. Although located in NOVA they service the DC Metro area and were at my place in Bethesda exactly within the window of time they quoted. They were very efficient, quick and packed that truck to my benefit so that my cost was as low as possible. I was sure that my haul would be 3 times the amount that it was. Very very pleased. Mr. Kyle Clifford was responsive, timely, and professional throughout the process of planning and then conducting the haul. When he arrived on time to do the jobs we previously agreed to, I asked if he was also able to assist me moving the new refrigerator. He had a very positive response and made some helpful suggestions that made the task easier and faster. Kyle approached each of the tasks professionally and with a positive attitude. His price for the work was more than fair. In the future, if I have any jobs that fall within Kyle's varied skill set, I will call Reliable Hauling & Services.

What attracted me to this company to begin with is that they don't use landfills and repurpose/recycle. I called at the beginning of the week and Kyle and his assistant showed up even earlier than expected (which was great) and completed all the above work in appoximately 30 minutes. All I had to do was show Kyle what I wanted done. Great care was taken to prevent any damage to the walls. My husband and I are very satisfied and will definitely be repeat customers.

These two strapping young men called before they came, appeared early, and moved a huge and heavy universal machine from the third floor of my home to their truck. They also moved a huge treadmill from the same third-floor space down to the basement and reassembled it for use. They were careful, thoughtful, and perfectly professional. I will use them again and will recommend them highly.

They were the least expensive, they were nice they came on time and they did not break anything.

The service was great! I needed a few large items removed from the basement. They were able to perform the service within a day of me contacting them. They arrived early and finished the job quickly.

They were great. They came and they actually tore down the whole metal shed, we didn't have to even touch the thing. So they tore it down and they hauled it all away. It was a really quick process. They hadn't really left any debris or anything like that, which was nice.

Called Kyle when another company on Angie's List did'nt come through. I needed the contents of my attic (accumulation of over 30 years worth of trash, clothes, furniture, etc) dumped. Kyle was very friendly over the phone and was able to schedule me in the very next day. My father met him at the house and seemed impressed that he showed up on time. He was very considerate about finding ways for us to off-set the cost and worked alongside my dad to bag and dump everything. My mother was there, and said it took them roughly an hour to dump an entire truck and the men never stopped working. From my experience with them, Reliable seems to be a great company with good customer service.

It was just a moving job, they picked something up and they moved it. They were fine and did a good job.

Owner answered cell phone first try and quoted price for junk removal over the phone. Came by when he said he would, removed everything promptly with no surprises on the bill. Allowed me to mail him a check. Will definitely use again.
