Kyle was on time and did the job satisfactorily in 2 installments. He came the 1st time on short notice with his son. The tub was too heavy to be removed by 2 people and the space was tight so he tried unsuccessfully to cut it with a reciprocating saw. He hired 3 more people on the spot and got it out for the pre-arranged price. Kyle is game for almost anything I believe. This is a single person business. However, I think removing this large tub was at his limits.

The men were nicely dressed and clean. They let me know the costs up front and they were careful with the items that they moved. I feel I really got my moneys worth with them. I would recommend them.

Came quickly, worked fast and charged what they said they would.

I called Thursday and spoke with Julie, who asked that I submit my request via email as she was in the field. I did so and was called back by evening to schedule a time block for the following day by Kyle. They took my cell phone number to give me a call 30 minutes in advance of arrival, so I wouldn't have to wait around. They ended up calling and arriving ahead of schedule-which was wonderful. They removed all the junk we had piled in the yard quickly and professionally. They charge based on the percentage of the truck that is filled (and let me know the rates over the phone the day before). It ended up costing less than I thought and being easier and quicker than I imagined. I would absolutely use them again. (And, as our home repair continues, probably will!)

I emailed Friday night, they emailed Saturday morning. I emailed asking for an appointment. They said they could come Saturday. Not good for me. They scheduled for Monday at 12:00. Monday at 10:00, they said they were running late, and would be here at 1:00. They called at 1:00 to say they were on the way. Showed up at 1:15. In less than 30 minutes loaded their truck. Said that because everything was so accessible, they would only charge me for half the truck load.

Very professional, prompt contact. It's a small "mom-n-pop" outfit that is light on the frill, but very personable and easy to work with.

Kyle explained pricing when I called and called 30 minutes before the appointed time to let me know he was on the way. He was on time and removed items very quickly from a high-rise apartment, and was patient with some snafus with the elevator access that was the building management's fault. He charged less than the estimate because the items didn't fill as much space as estimated. Would definitely use them again!

Couldn't have been better. I found them on this site and emailed them asking for some answers to basic questions. (How much, lead time, etc.) Kyle emailed back the same day with all the info. When I called them, Kyle answered set up the appointment over the phone. They arrived on time and hauled everything away as asked. They charge by the load, so I was expecting to pay more, but apparently my version of a "lot" of junk isn't all that much. They also do some light moving service, and we'll probably use them for that, too.

Kyle called with an estimate and offered to come by to do the job several hours later. His assistant called again when they were on their way, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were pleasant, polite, and completed the job quickly.

This is the second time I've used Kyle's services. He and his crew are professional, courteous, and quick. Forget the other folks that stick "we haul" signs everywhere. Reliable Hauling is a great local small business. Will use again, and highly recommend.

Kyle emailed promptly about accepting the job, and they called on the day of the appointment to ask if they could come an hour early. Sofa was already on the front porch, but the fridge had to be moved from the basement, up stairs, and out doors. The entire thing took a little over 30 minutes, and they were very professional. I will use them again.

Kyle was on time, friendly and polite. We filled up his van, which we were surprised to be able to do. His price was reasonable, although not the cheapest but we liked his aggressive recycling philosophy. He gave us a small discount and did not charge us extra for the construction items out of gratitude for my husband's help in loading the van. We would use his service again.

On time, very polite and professional. Very careful in moving furniture around. Actually charged me less then the quote because it did not take the full hour.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT, AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CAREFUL IN MOVING THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE HOUSE SO MY NEWLY PAINTED WALLS STAYED WITHOUT A SCRATCH. THEY'RE EXCELLENT FOR SMALLER MOVING JOBS, AND HELPFUL IN GETTING RID OF JUNK.
